    My experience with Korrie and her team have been nothing but exceptional. During this most difficult time( two Hurricanes)and supply shortages- went the extra mile both keeping communication timely and on point.They did whatever it takes to get a working lift on schedule. ( Even though a part is still on back order.) Their field electricians were helpful,knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about our short timeline.Thank you so much for the extra effort.- Robert Reichelt

    I wish that I could give more than a five-star review for Korrie and her company! We have a rental property in St. James City, with the intent to move to Florida at some point after retirement. We live about 2800 miles away in Colorado. While I had renters in the house, the power was fluctuating and lost in some portions of the house. I had to have the renters move out to get the problem fixed. Sound electric came out and assessed the issue which was a horrible and expensive prognosis. On top of that, it sounded like parts would not be available for a couple of months. Korrie went to work for me. Once they started digging into the issue, they found ways to make it fixable and work.I am so grateful to her and her staff. I will use her for any electrical issues I have in my house, and I would recommend her to anyone that needs electrical work done!

    The office staff responded quickly to my request to fix my boat lift damaged by hurricane Milton. An agent came out two days later and assessed my situation and gave a written estimate for my needed repair.They scheduled a day for the repair two weeks from the estimate.Kadafy and Kiel came the scheduled day and put on two new motors and a new switch as planned and then demonstrated the lift was back in normal working order. They left a clean work site and communicated well regarding the repairs.Job well done.

    I recently had my main power ripped out of my house by a fallen tree, all my electrical was old and not right. I needed a large amount of work done for it to be up to date and right, Korrie and her team came out before anyone else could even finish a quote. They came out got to work right away got the power on with 0 issues. Korrie the owner came out her self to install 1 last part at 9pm to get my power turned back on for the night. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of work I received by the whole team. I can not recommend them enough !!

    Unfortunately the service provided ran into some issues. When I spoke to the owner she was very understanding and within days the issues were addressed to my satisfaction. If it were not for the initial issues I would have given a five star rating. I must say the company was very proactive and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend Sound Electric if asked.

    We could not have been more pleased with Sound Electric! The entire staff beginning with Korrie and Lisa in the office to all of the techs we encountered!     Great service during an emergency on a hot Saturday afternoon when we needed a breaker replaced in order to get our AC back up and running. Korrie found the part and quickly got us back online.     We are so grateful we discovered Sound Electric when we needed an electrician to help us with our house lift. Korrie actually stopped by the same day!     Had an electrical problem at a house we rented in St. James City. Kadafi from Sound Electric showed up and had the problem fixed in no time. Very courteous and friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. A real professional!

They went above and beyond to help me with getting my service back up after hurricane Ian. The responsiveness of this company is truly amazing.     Sound Electric performed a very large job on our new dock and lifts, and also our new tiki hut. Running wires for lifts, outlets, underwater lighting, piling lights, and fans. They have went above and beyond for us! We could not be happier, all of the electricians that work there have been very polite, professionaland knowledgeable. They will be our first call for any electrical work!

    I cant say enough good things about this company ! They came to me recommend by my air conditioning company. I needed a new central unit and had to move the power source.
