Hiring Sand Dollar was the best decision I made! I had a rental property that I had to get on the market to sell quickly, and it needed a lot of work. Alan came by, provided a very reasonable quote, and lived up perfectly to everything he said he would do – and more! Flooring, painting, appliances, drywall work, pressure washing, exterior vinyl, you name it, they did it! And quickly, and expertly! Alan and Kim are great communicators, and they are professional, expert at what they do, knowledgeable, show up early to get everything done, and so easy to work with! I will use them for anything and everything that needs a renovation or even just handyman work. Very reasonable costs and did the work in half the time I wouldve expected. If youve got repairs or renovations to be done on a home, you really should contact them for a quote. Honestly was the best decision we made to get this house on the market. It looks fantastic because of their work.

If you need work done around your house, please reach out to Sand Dollar Services, I know I plan on using them again. I just had my attic stairs replaced. Alan and Aaron did a great job, very professional and, more importantly, very nice people. Kimberly gave me a quote over the phone based on the fact that they have previous experience installing attic stairs, adding a little for contingencies. After the work was completed, the cost was under what was quoted because no problems were encountered

Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Alan and his work. From the very first inquiry with Kim to the finished product. So personable and nice to work with. Projects we had put off for quite some time are now beautifully completed. Quality work at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

We highly recommend Sand Dollar Services. Alan and Kim are easy to work with and do fantastic work. First, they installed a kitchen faucet. After that, we asked them to do a little drywall repair and redo the ceilings in our bathroom. They had the idea to use beadboard on the ceilings and it turned out beautiful. Very coastal feel!

I can’t recommend them enough! Fast quick service done right! We had an issue come up during an inspection before selling our home underneath the crawl space. The crew worked to repair it right way and in a timely manor! Pricing is fair to the customer and everything was over communicated to us which is the way it should be when making such a large repair on our home. We then sold our home so quickly and passed all inspections with a breeze after repair work had been completed. I can’t recommend them enough! Great handy man as well for small things around the house! Highly recommend!!

Worked with Sand Dollar services for the past year and they have done a fantastic job for us. We have remodeled several rooms in our house and also have had them working on repairing our porch and other structures on our property. Highly recommend this company. They also do nice work as a general contractor and work well with subcontractors for refrigeration electrical and plumbing.

Alan and Kim are the best. They removed rotten wood on the exterior of my house that had rotted due to lack of proper flashing. They then put new wood, added flashing, and painted to match the existing color. They also replaced a door frame that had rotted, again matching the previous color when they painted it. They hauled away all of their construction debris and even hauled away additional debris from a different project I had going. They work hard to get things the way you want them. They are fair priced for the labor and materials involved and do quality work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alan and Kim for the past year on various home remodels and home repair jobs. They do excellent work,and are hardworking, honest and fair, as well as being genuinely nice people. I was so impressed with them, I hired them to do work on my own home and my mothers home as well.
