Kevin and his team are hands down the best remodeler/construction company in Green Valley/Sahuarita/Tucson. We are so pleased with the quality and reasonable quotes for work on our house which included roof and skylight repair from storm damage, rebuild of our patio cover, and exterior painting. We were so used to contractors who charge an arm and a leg for substandard work and might not even complete the job that Kevins professionalism and attention to detail left us speechless...in a good way! We have more projects lined up and Rau Construction will be our first call.

How do you find a contractor when you are still living 1600 miles away and you know no one? After speaking with several contractors on the phone I settled on Rau Construction for two main reasons. One I liked the fact that both he and his wife were veterans and two I had a gut feeling after our phone conversation. I was very nervous at first but Kevin alleviated those concerns with great communication and sending pictures of the project every step of the way. The project he did for us was extend our patio cover 26 feet across the back of the house and replace a picture window in the bedroom with a sliding patio door. The professionalism was second to none from workmanship, communication and even little things like keeping the jobsite clean even though we were not living there yet. By the end of the project we felt more like a friend than a customer. We are looking forward to our new home in Arizona and any future construction or remodeling project we have there will be only one phone call we will make and that will be to Rau Construction. Thank you Kevin for helping make our transition to Arizona smooth and easy.
