When our old 80 gallon water heater finally gave out, I contacted Greenlight through Yelp. Josh (the owner) got back to me quickly and was at our house within hours. He went through our options and answered our many questions. We had our new and more efficient water heater installed soon thereafter. Josh is a dependable and knowledgeable plumber. He gave us a fair price and did excellent work.

Josh carefully and professionally explained his approach to fixing our boiler/plumbing issue. He then made time to address the urgency of it with cold weather approaching. He then executed what he said he would do within an expedient time frame. I should note that we were able to secure his services because he got back soon after we left a message. Especially for “over the bridge” services, Greenlight is a beacon of responsive and professional service.

Josh SAVED me from no heat and confusion on zones (mine). He came almost immediately after I called, spent several hours figuring out a very complicated system. Thank you Josh! He had to come back a couple days later with a new part, and made sure it was all working. I will definitely use Green Light repair again. Prompt, smart, polite, and knowledgeable. I have a home warranty and the company did not have a local plumber available to dispatch fro my repair. They contacted Greenlight and Josh came out diagnosed our issue and came back the next day and did the repair. I know that Warranty companies are not easy to work with. However, once Greenlight was contracted for the repair the transaction was seamless.
