    We recently had a hot water heater replaced in a mobile home, and it was imperative that it be done as quickly as possible since we were in the last two weeks before closing on the property sale. James showed up within the timeframe that he said he’d be there,gave a call when he was on his way and done an amazing job installing the heater. It had to go into a small area, and James was able to put it into that space by himself very carefully, taking care not to cause any damage to any of the surrounding areas. He tapped everything to make sure nothing got wet and cleaned up everything like he had never been there when he left. Thank you, James. Our family recommends you 100% to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.

    I had a pipe issue in my kitchen while trying to fix our home ourselves after the devastating hurricane. I called at 930 pm and had amazing service the next morning since I shut off my water and did not have an immediate emergency.     Storm blew through and knocked down a sign directly onto the outdoor spigot. Snap the pvc pipe. Justin was to our house in about a half hour and had it all replaced like no in just about as long. Very nice man and great customer service. Will definitely use them again. They already replaced a toilet for us now this. If you need help give them a call.

    I had a very nice experience with Jones & Sons Plumbing. Excellent customer service. My call was answered right away & my appointment was scheduled for that same day. The technician, James, called to let me know he was on his way. It was right in the time window they gave me. James was very friendly, polite and professional. A very nice man. He evaluated and diagnosed the problem which did not require any repairs on his end. However, he told me the problem was my water softener system. I was very glad I called Jones & Sons, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommended them.

We had a broken hose bib that was leaking…i called them late morning and they had their tech Kahlil out to replace it by early afternoon same day !     I needed to have the water heater replaced. So I contacted Jones and sons They answered the phone promptly and a very nice person answered the phone. I made an appointment and Mr. Daryle Wall came over right on time. He checked the problem. Gave me many alternatives, and explained anything I didn’t understand. I made my choice and he said I’ll be right back. He came right back did a very precise installation, even cleaned any excess glue around the pipes, and on top of that he is very a very approachable person, and easy going.     I called Jones and Sons Plumbing by mistake but was so happy afterwards! I lost my husband in May so I had no one to help and I had water leaking under my bathroom sink.     We feared a cracked shower drain pipe under our home, but Justin saved the day. He had to return to the office to pick up a smaller snake head but he tore through the hardened clog and got both shower and tub drains wide open. He also gave us great advice about pouring vinegar down each of the drains and let it sit overnight, then flush with hot water tomorrow morning. We were happy with the problem resolved and the great advice!

    As usual, James got here right on time. He had to fix the bathroom sinks lack of water pressure and the clogged drain, the outside spigot leak, and check out something on the roof. He showed me what he was doing each step of the way because he knows I like to learn from each experience. Last time he was here he fixed the kitchen sink garbage disposal. I was able to fix that myself as it got clogged up again in the recent past. During this visit he showed me how you can use your hand as a plunger if you have a clog in your sink. Not only is James a down to earth, real, salt of the earth kind of guy, he has a killer sense of humor. After you talk to him for ten minutes, you know his sense of integrity is a ten out of ten. I would never recommend any one or service that I havent personally used; recommending Jones & Sons Plumbing, and James in particular, is a piece of cake. You cant go wrong here, using them for your plumbing needs.

    Daryle came on Saturday August 3rd for a heavily clogged drain. He was able to pinpoint where the clog was and told me exactly what needed to be done. Daryle was very polite and professional and he also has quite the sense of humor. He came into the room where I was watching the Olympics and said that I needed an entire pipe replacement and then he says I’m just playin, then says job is complete.Quite the jokester.     I was out of state for 30 days and when I came home, went in my she shed noticed the floor was very wet all around my washing machine. I pulled it back and I was almost positive that it was coming from where the floor meets the wall! I shut the main water off and all I could see in my mind was a HUGE repair bill and dollars floating away!!! Henceforth, after a sleepless night, I called Jones & Son Plumbing.This is not the first time that Ive called them. I was concerned about when they could come, it being Saturday however Tech Kahill was at my door in about an hour!! He assessed the problem and I was thrilled to know that the leak was NOT coming from the floor, it was leaking from the pipe fittings which bring the water to the washer.. In less than an hour, Im happy to say the problem was efficiently, professionally and totally resolved..Kahill was very respectful before he left as to making sure my floor was dry, and everything he touched was clean.If you need plumbing services, I urge you to call Jones & Sons...The service was A+, from my initial call to the office to Kahill making sure the job was complete.     I called Jones to get a slow bathtub drain cleared. Daryl came and found the drain was fine but when he ran the water to test the drain he found the water handle was not working properly and needed to replace a cylinder that was probably original from when it was installed. This saved me a repeat call in the future when we could not shut off the water. Daryl was kind, polite and knowledgeable.

    Absolutely thrilled with this service. I called this morning and James was here within a very short time. Previous owner had knocked a hole in drain pipe and repaired it by covering it with duct tape resulting in tree roots damaging and blocking the drain pipe. James cut the pipe, cleaned out the roots, used a camera snake to ensure the line was clear and installed a cleanout access drain. I am very, very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any upcoming plumbing issues.

    This business is professionally managed. I made an appointment that had a two hour window. They called me prior to appointment and was on time. They sent me a picture of my technician for safety.     I was very happy with the service & quality of work from James Meriott of Jones & Son. I called in the morning with an emergency, because sewage was backing up in my shower every time we flushed the toilets. The sent someone out ASAP within 2 hours. They sent me a picture of who would be arriving for safety reasons. James was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I could expect and what each step would cost. I could customize what needed to be done immediately and what could be done at a later date. James even explained how to replace the inside of the toilet float should I decide to do it myself.     I have used Jones for years. Old houses need plumbers. My tech today (for a slab leak repair) Mike T, was exceptionally kind, professional and kept me apprised through every step of the process.     James was very professional, informative and patient with my questions. I have had problems with leaks, which are now fixed. My hallway bathroom is now working properly and I will actually be able to take a relaxing bath for the first time in a long time. I absolutely will call them again and reccomend James should anyone need any work done .*This was a second visit for outdoor plumbing. Will be having more work done . James does a great job.**this was the third visit for sink and stopper installation. Very happy with James work and the price. At least one more visit coming to remove garbage disposal and install new kitchen sink. Obviously happy with this company.

    Very prompt and upfront. Scheduling was easy and on time. Technician Jason came to our house and was very professional and gave a very fair price for repair. Once repair was completed Jason went over everything and placed a piece of toilet paper underneath the feed line for the toilet and said to keep an eye on it and call if we saw any leaks. About 3 hours later we had a very small leak there and I called the main number and they had a technician at my house within 20 minutes and repaired at no cost in less than 30 minutes. Highly suggest this company.

    I had Jones and Sons out today (12/29/22 @10am) and I couldnt be happier with the quality of their work. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name because he deserves some recognition. He fixed my existing sewage backup, identified another problem, gave me estimates on that and another issue Ill need in the future, and even offered some advice to help me clean up the mess that this problem caused. He was extremely professional and he didnt charge a dime more than his initial estimate even though it probably took him longer than he assumed. I would definitely recommend them. They are not CHEAP, but neither is the quality of their work. If you want it done right, call these guys!

    Had both inlet and drain valves replaced on my water heater. I had called earlier that morning, and within an hour received a call back. Twenty minutes later Chuck showed up and went right to work. Like me, he was also a proponent of ball valves and switched both out for that type. His work was of excellent quality, and when it came time to settle accounts, I was charged for exactly the time he was here (1-1/4 hrs), no more, no less. The invoice was filled out neatly and legibly with the parts and labor broken down (with due respect to the medical community, he would not have made a good doctor!). Good work done in a timely fashion and reasonably priced. What else is there???

I have used them twice and have been more than satisfied. Their prices are fair, they show up when they say and they leave the place spotless. Dont be fooled by the ads of some of the other guys. Jones is the one you want.

    Was called first thing Monday morning about a leak under neighbors very old mobile home.....and was called back within mins. Dave & Roger were there in 20 min... hassled and fixed leak under mobile home in no time.....We were sooo Happy..I had another Pluming Co... tell me it would be 2 to 4 thousand $$$$....I recomend Jones & Sones to anyone....
