    Stan kept me in the loop through the entire process. I needed a new faucet installed, my toilet needed a flange repair, our shower needed a new handle and spout and the tube needed a new overflow plate. Stan and his son took care of everything and did a great job. They were both quite friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Gem Plumbing again.

    Stan has always been very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Also, Tom and I had three under-slab leaks, and Stan was diligent in the repair process of those. His son Chase works with Stan now. Chase has done several repairs for us, and we are impressed with his skills and knowledge as well. Gem Plumbing is trustworthy, competitive, and highly reliable. If I could give more stars, I would!

    We had a sewage blockage that flooded our floors. Stan was providing services and tips (while on a job) over the phone which was so invaluable! He could have easily had me just schedule an appointment but instead, patiently walked me through some things I needed to check and confirm. In doing so, the chances of this being a water line issue were very low. The water ends up draining on its own with no intervention. I will definitely call Stan for future services due to his support and kindness.

    My daughter broke her shower handle on Super Bowl Sunday. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. I called a different plumber to come out the next morning. They never showed up. LUCKILY, after the no-show we called Gem Plumbing. Stan answered and I went into my story. He let me know that he wouldn’t be able to come out that day but started asking me questions about the situation. Stan ended up speaking with my husband and walked him through fixing it! Gem Plumbing is now saved in my phone and will always be my go to. Amazing customer service and just a great person!

    We recently moved and stan and chase fixed and updated multiple copper water lines for our bathroom. They also replaced the master toilet and installed new flappers on 3 others. They are efficient, have great prices, and are so nice. We have used them for years and will never use anyone else.

    Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need.     My wife and I have used Stan on numerous occasions. He and his team have always been great. One time I put in my plumbing in my shower, a few years latter my solder work let go, and the wall flooded. He and his crew rescued me on that job. We have a slab house build in 1988, twice piping below the slab broke and he had a crew tunnel under the house on one occasion to fix the repair. We tore out our master bath, Stan and his crew put in our new garden tub and new drain line and shower pan. Top notch work and you never have to worry about his work. Back in 2004 we put in a new 4 ton A/C in the attic. The drain line that takes the condensate down the shower wall and into the P-trap of the tub drain...the PVC piping in the wall came apart. The original A/C installer from 1988 twist fitted the PVC coupling with no glue. Stan and his team opened up the wall and put it back as it should be. No concerns ever with GEM Plumbing.

    We used Stan and his team when we were is North Dallas. When we moved to the DFW airport area we were in need of a plumber for our new place.We continued to use him because we trust Stan. We never feel that we are being swindled. Stan explains what he is doing and why. He even teaches you about plumbing. He is reliable and his crew is trustworthy. We recommend him...even our dog likes him. So when a dog likes someone, you know they are worth it.

    We were renovating our house for sale this past Spring and Stan easily worked around the erratic schedules of several other contractors. He removed and then later re-installed our pedestal sink and toilet to allow us to put in new flooring, he put in a new sink facet, fixed a broken outside facet and more. He was a pleasure to work with and I had no problem coordinating the work with him via text and phone.

    I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. Recently in our remodel of our bathrooms, they replaced all the valves under my sinks, removed the exposed pipes after we removed our master bathtub and one bathroom sink, and then installed the new plumbing while the tile contractor had the master shower gutted. I am a person that relies heavily on reviews, including as late as last week on vacation. You will not go wrong with the reasonable pricing and excellent quality and trustworthy work of GEM Plumbing.

    Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

    This company will go above and beyond to make sure you understand and are happy with your service. I had them come out to correct another companys inadequacies. Stan (the owner) is on the front lines and will take the time necessary to make sure youre comfortable.All in all this company is exactly what you want from a plumber and we will be calling them over anyone else.

    Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

    Stan is fantastic to work with! We called after 5 when we realized our situation seemed like more of an emergency than we realized. We’d booked another plumber minutes before 5 but the phone just rang when we called back. Stan didn’t have to but he took time to talk through the scenario with my husband and was out the next day with his son to fix a broken flange and install a toilet for us. Would definitely hire them again and recommend others use them. Reputable and down to earth plumbers!

    GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

    Hands down best plumber I have ever dealt with. I had a leak that seemed like its going to cost me an arm and a leg. I called GEM Plumbing and Stan came out almost immediately to my house. Found the problem within 5 minutes, and was able to fix it with minimal cost. I will never use a different plumber!!
