A1 is undoubtedly the best. They were at our home quickly after sewer backing up into our basement. They unclogged the pipe, used the camera all the way to the road and even explained what they saw as they were using it. They also helped us come up with a plan to re route our plumbing because of a sagging main drain pipe. They also explained how to prevent clogs from happening before we change our plumbing.Bonus they even had the city open the man hole 🕳️ in the street to be sure it wasn’t a problem on the city’s end and no joke the city was jack hammering within ten minutes of the request. Don’t waste your money anywhere but here. They know it all, were professional, straight to the point and a super fair price I had no problem paying because they got the job done right.

Outstanding Service from A-1 Sewer & Drain! After trying to unclog our kitchen drain ourselves, then calling in another plumber that also could not fix the problem, he recommended A-1. A-1 was here within an hour—Brandan confidently unclogged our drain in forty-five minutes. He was efficient, polite and clean. He was careful not to scratch our floors or make any mess that we would have to later clean up. Well done Brandan, well done!

I had a partial blockage in the waste line, so I called A-1 Sewer & Drain. The person who answered the phone was prompt and courteous. She explained the process and told me what the hourly rate would be. Since it wasnt an extreme emergency, I was given an appointment one week out. I arranged to give the technician access to the basement, since I wasnt going to home. I asked that they call when they arrived so I could walk explain the problem. Brendan called me first thing in the morning to say he was on his way. He called again when he arrived in order for me to explain what the problem was. He called a third time to tell me that he found the source of the problem and had rectified it. The invoice I received was reasonable, and within the range of what I was expecting. I commend the reliability and competance of A-1 Sewer and Drain, and I do recomment them.

I used another drain cleaning company to unclog a pipe and they could not get the clog. I ended up calling A-1on the weekend and they fixed the clogged drain in a timely manner and explained everything they were doing as they did it. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Great service. Not out to sell something that wasn’t required at the time. Dylan was great and straight forward.This was a below septic pump for a downstairs bathroom. I’m now installing an alarm system instead of a pump.Nice.
