    Abatiello has done several projects for me ...Their work is outstanding!!! From new tile in our bathroom to refinishing our wood floors...they have consistently been responsive, competent and the quality of their work---superb. Finding good contractors these days can be a challenge, and I have to say, it has been nothing but a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend!

    The service was fantastic! Diane at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The tile crew when they got here were extremely professional and very friendly the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned up extremely well when the job was finished. Everything looked fantastic.     Our project consisted of removing the old and installing the new backsplash tile in our kitchen. Our experience with Abatiello was positive all around!From choosing the tile at the showroom until the completion of the install. The staff was friendly, helpful and the installer was professional and experienced. Even when I made a change and added additional decorative tiles behind the stove, they were accommodating and fair in their cost increase. Would highly recommend.

    We had the best experience with Abatielli on purchasing flooring and backsplash tile. They were always very helpful and the product has been great quality. The service has always been exceptional!

    I had a job that required cutting of floor tile to use in my shower. They actually took over for another tile remodeler. The father/son team that did the installation was amazing. Very precise, cleaned up after themselves and although this job was about 7 years ago, it still sits in may mind as top notch. In fact, my husband and I are in the stages of planning an addition to our home next year and Abatiello will be one of the first design centers I go to for selection and tile installation.

    We had a tile surround and mantel installed for our fireplace and the two installers sent were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. We would use them again.

    Mike and his crew did a major revamping of my shower, including destruction and construction. I know many people comment on a recent experience with Abatiello, but I’m commenting on a job done 10 years ago that still looks brand new. No cracks, tile and grout still solid, and add ons like shower bars and soap dishes still shiny new. If you want something to last, get these guys.

    Mike and his crew have put carpets in throughout our home, tiled our master bathroom and refinished our pine floors! We couldnt be happier with Abatiello Design! They show up on time and go to work. They are priced competitively ad they focus on the job. Whats not to like?

    This review is from work done three years ago. The selection of products that we needed was good. Getting the materials on time was good. The installers were good and got the job done in a timely manner. Also, this project (new hard wood floors, new countertops and new vinyl floors) was rather last minute and Abatiello Design was able to fit us into their schedule. The only complaint we had was that the owner did not come over to the house once to check on how things were progressing. Otherwise, I give this store a B+.

    Mike and his team are a real pleasure to work with... they have done many projects for my family at multiple properties in Rutland county. Craftsmanship at its finest, and if there is any issue whatsoever with scheduling or changes, Mike takes care of it from star to finish until you, the customer are satisfied.

    We had a great experience with Abatiello Design. They replaced the floors in our house, put in new kitchen countertops and backsplash, and took care of an extra project of replacing our doors on short notice. Their work is meticulous and detail oriented. All the work was done in a timely manner and with great care and quality. I would recommend them to anyone who values good workmanship.

    We recently purchased a new home and are having Mike and his crew redo the floors throughout the entire home and the kitchen remodeled. We could not be happier with our experience.
