    Carl and his crew came out Christmas week and repaired our broken pipe and went on to replace many feet of old copper piping with new plex piping so that we would not have future issues. He and his crew are great! They were very helpful and left everything clean when the job was completed. A job that could have been a quick fix and go, they went over and above to make the home better efficient for the future. Thank you to the entire crew!

    We hired Spangler to replace our defective water heater in our Tiny Home. Colby and Conner arrived and were very efficient, informative and professional. I had already gotten approval from the local hardware store to replace the water heater. They drained and removed the defective water heater, took it to the hardware store, and returned with the new one. The installation was performed in a timely manner, with Colby explaining everything he was doing throughout the process. They assured that the job was done properly and was up to code when they were finished. We highly recommend Spanglers teams, and will use them again in the future, if plumbing needs arise.

    We hired Spangler to renovate an old store into a restaurant kitchen. It was a large-scale project.They showed up on time. They gave us an accurate estimate. They didnt try to sell us solutions we didnt need, and they talked us through the why and how of everything.Was it smooth? Absolutely not. The building was a nightmare, nothing was properly installed previously, and we encountered every complication you could imagine.But Carl and David handled problem after problem, stayed on our budget, worked through everything, and left us with such a well-crafted plumbing setup that our inspector barely turned a faucet before passing us.Were happy to say that our company found the right plumbers for this job and for future work.

    I have used Carl Spangler twice now through Home Serve. Once for water line issues and again for sewer issues. Both were dealt with in a very timely manner by Carl and his crew. All were polite and respectful and went about their business, always willing to explain what they were doing and why. The after-care cleanup was a bonus!I learned many things I did not know during the times they were here, and absolutely will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. BTW, if you have Home Serve and need a plumber, you can request Spangler to be the Company to do your work. You will not be disappointed!

    Had a backed up sewer line that turned out to be partially collapsed and ended up needing a full replacement. I talked mainly with Colby and Carl and both guys were great to work with, they provided a lot of great information about what was wrong, what was going to be done to fix it, and other incidental information that will be helpful for the future. They also came back and did the restoration work that was included with my service line insurance plan. In all visits to diagnose, replace the line and restoration they showed up when expected or even a day or 2 sooner and worked quickly. Id be happy to have them work on my home again in the future for other plumbing projects.

    These people were great. I needed my plumbing inspected after buying a new home and Carl came out with a great attitude and response time and gave us a thorough inspection and a great quote.     Definitely recommend!!! Our hot water heater decided to spring a leak. We called them up and they were able to immediately come out the same day, within a few hours to install the new one that we purchased. Installation cost was reasonable.     I can not say enough great things about this company....And a very special shout out to Colby. We had major issues with our ancient plumbing and for 3 days Colby was out here going ABOVE and BEYOND to finally get the problem fixed, even staying until late in the evening.     An good bunch of folks willing to help people out. Had an emergency and was without water. Spangler drain and rooter send two technicians out that same afternoon.     We had issues with water draining and toilets flushing. Spangler was referred to me by our home warranty service company after another company was a no show for scheduled service assessment 7 days before.     Today was the second time Ive used Spangler and just like the first time I can not sing enough praises about them. When I first meet Carl I told him my knowledge of plumbing consisted of flushing the toilet, he never treated me like an idiot and explained everything to me. He busted his butt and did an amazing job. Jessica made scheduling and payment super easy! I can not recommend this company enough.

    Carl (& his crew) did a phenomenal job for us. We knew we had a LOT of work to be done & he knocked it out in 4 days. I mean a lot, removing, replacing old piping, our water pressure is about 4 times stronger. They had to use a backhoe in our yard to make sure pipes werent being strangled & went ahead & reseeded with straw coverage. Above & beyond. Our toilet was a terror, what it was going to cost but hopefully he can get us in soon. I wouldnt want anyone else! We were able to afford it. The fear & waiting was silly.     Carl was available on the weekend for a serious issue. He came out Saturday and was able to get us working until he could come back on Sunday day and do the bigger repair. Him and his wife were very professional and walked us through everything that was going on and why. They cleaned up everything afterwards and made sure everything was working before they left.     Carl did an excellent job cleaning out and repairing my dryer vent in the dining room and the corroded copper pipe in the living room of my rental property! He and Jessica communicated every step of the way about the diagnosis, status, and cause and future expectations. I received pictures and videos of the before and after. I’m relieved that their quick response prevented mold growth and additional damage to my property. It’s difficult to find a honest and punctual business that takes pride in their work!     Had a wonderful experience with otherwise unpleasant plumbing issues thanks to Colby and Omari! They were quick to come out and assess the situation, gave me a fair estimate on a big job, and were back out to complete the work in a timely manner. They were so generous with their time as they explained everything that was going on with the plumbing in my 78 year old home, and I felt completely happy and satisfied when the project was complete. Now my drains are all draining and my water is all flowing - better than new! Would highly recommend this group to anyone having issues with their plumbing in Rutherford County.
