    I am elated with the most courteous, professional service provided by Mark Johnson Plumbing! Today is the first time we used a different Plumbing service in 20 years!     Chris Copland and Ryan Smith did a fantastic job! They were very respectful and knowledgeable. Told us what the issues were and fixed them on the spot and also gave recommendations on what should be done going.     Excellent experience! This crew has their process streamlined. We went from having a major plumbing issue to everything being resolved within roughly 4 hours. Theyre very honest and upfront about their pricing. Its affordable, but plumbing is never cheap. I appreciate the fact that they did not overcharge simply because they could. I will definitely use them in the future.

    Had a tankless water heater installed several years ago at this point and the company has gone out of their way to make sure everything is running smooth and I dont even have to worry about doing any of the maintenance. Had a couple of hiccups when it was first installed, but that was due to someone who no longer represents the company and they have definitely made back their reputation as good plumbers plus some. Our last tech to come do maintenance was named Ryan and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend using this company. They always do their best to make sure to keep the customers satisfied. UPDATE: now 3+yrs in and todays tech, Mike Matteson was just as professional and helpful as my last tech. This time I scheduled some plumbing repairs for other items in the house and between the friendly tech and my discount for being in their members club made my plumbing repair cost/estimate drop by at least 1/4 compared to other companies in town. For sure 10 out of 10! If you want quality plumbing and long-term maintenance and care, then this is the company for you! UPDATE 2: just had the same tech, Mike, come and fix/upgrade several showers, toilets, and a few sinks. Not only did he finish faster than expected, but also did some amazing work with superb installation of all the new plumbing. Still a 10 out of 10 company! Im a member of their discount program and had the entire 15yr warranty life of the hot water heater cleaned/maintained for less than 1/3 of the cost of a few years of maintenance if not a member of their discount/membership program. Definitely give them a chance and if your not happy after the work is done, they will work to make it right.

    Update 1:Mark Johnson & Sons sent Hagan out today to install our tub and prep the other bathroom plumbing for me to install drywall. Hagan and his apprentice were very friendly and I enjoyed their banter back & forth while they worked. The whole team so far seems to enjoy job and take pride in their work. I’m glad I chose Mark Johnson & Sons to help me with my bathroom remodel.Original:Quinn was great. Extremely professional and super friendly.     I need to point out that Nick has gone above and beyond the call of duty or employment. My Duravit inside the wall toilet has not needed any service for 22 years, but now ran water all the time. Nick knew how to access tank through the wall flush panel to gain knowledge of and a visual of, the part needed, something other plumbers and even a couple of his own colleagues could not do previously. Duravit is now owned or at least serviced by another company, so he had to converse with experienced people at that new corporation to find the exact match for this part. The first assessment and the final install, were virtually flawless. With Nick being assisted by Chris, they nailed the repair and I now have a ‘like new’ fully perfectly functioning toilet. I must summarize in saying, I was completely impressed by this dynamic duo team with their results through highly skilled observation, assessment, research, part procurement, and installation. Kudos to Mark Johnston Plumbing! Great company to work with!

    We called yesterday about our leaking 12-year-old water heater not expecting anyone to come until after Christmas. Very much to our surprise, Mark Johnson Plumbing set up an appointment for 8:00 Christmas Eve!! Noah and Joshua arrived on time and assessed everything and gave us an estimate. Informative, courteous, and knowledgeable! In a couple of hours we had a new water heater!! We are very satisfied customers!! Thank you Noah and Joshua!!!

    Had to have a PRV installed on my line. Hagen came out, installed it, but it was a faulty valve. He had to reconnect water line, and return the next business day. I wasnt there on the return, but he called me before and after the work was completed to let me know everything was working as should. Great customer service.

    I just had my entire yard rerouted due to old broken 1950s piping and tree roots collapsing it in places. It hurt but had to be done. Austin and team made the sting a little less.     Had a sewer line broken at the T connection at my septic tank and they came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced my line, replaced my T connection and raised my lines up for adequate flowing to the tank. All done quickly and professionally. Would always use again and recommend to anybody. Tech that came out was Riley. He was very nice and quick. Knew exactly what he was doing

    Had them come out to look at the aerator (which I had to cancel and then reschedule due to no power and they were VERY understanding and got me back on the books as soon as my power was back on) on my newly purchased home, confirmed it went out, Tanner (who was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful) explained the entire process, got it all fixed up for me in minutes, and let me know what to expect for the next few days. He didn’t mind answering any question I had and made sure I was all set before he left. Definitely will use again in the future.UPDATED: I didn’t post like I thought, apparently. I also just had a water filtration quote and Quinn came out. Explained everything and even talked to my kiddos. He was super nice and very personable. I really like everything about their company and how great they’ve been for us.They send a text and an email with your technicians name and photo a little about them so you know who you’re expecting and you kind of know a little about them. I really liked this part. It makes you comfortable when the face matches the photo.

    We had a gas leak in the house we purchased so we could not get the gas turned on. We called Marc Johnson & Sons Plumbing and they scheduled a certified plumber to come out the next day. They sent Ryan. Ryan was very knowledgeable, found the gas leak quickly and repaired the problem. He explained everything that he did and answered all questions that we had.     Ben Colvin was very professional and accommodating. He answered every question that I had before I made my decision to either replace my conventional water heater or convert to a tankless water heating system. He pointed out the pros and cons of each system. There was no sales pressure to go one way or the other, which I liked very much.The work Ben and his helper performed was very professional. They tested everything and made sure that I was comfortable with operating the system and made sure to cleanup everything before they left.I will definitely use Johnson Plumbing again and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing work.

    My experience with Hunter was great he has a real nice personality, but the plumber before him Reagan Walker was a nice guy also, but Tuesday of this week didn’t complete the sheet rock job like he said. He mentioned that you normally don’t do that type of work but I asked him to put the sheet back the best way he could but he apparently took it with him and didn’t complete the job.

    Quinn Wall came to our place to provide an estimate on a number of plumbing jobs that we needed to have done. He inspected our home and came up with a few items that we had not considered and we agreed that these items were potential problems (the house was built in the 80’s). He actually resolved one issue on the spot when we showed him the problem. We found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. All of the work is scheduled.

    Noah was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem. He got me going temporary. He explained to me that the clay pipe joints were separating and quoted me on a permanent repair. Mark Johnson is very lucky to have him on the team. Also when i called the after hours number last night Patty answered the phone and was the nicest person i had talked to all day yesterday she told me exactly how it all worked and she gladly put me on the list for today couldn’t have asked for a better person to talk to her communication skills were excellent!!!

    Daniel was great and deserves 5 stars. He easily explained what was going on and fixed the problem in the kitchen in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions. The reason it is not a 5 star rating is because of how long it took to get it fixed. Although the delay was unavoidable due to staff family emergencies and staffing issues, I was still without water to wash clothes or dishes for almost 2 weeks. (The original time line was 8 days from first call). Even with the delays, I will definitely use Mark Johnson Plumbing again.Sandra M.

    Let’s talk about the crew first:Daniel Blazer for the date of 08/13/2024 and Riley Murphey for 08/14/2024Both my partner and I recently moved to Ruston not some few weeks back from the date of this post. Initially, with the purchase of our house, all was fine but shortly after the plumbing in the wall proved to be a pain for the guest bath and we ended up with a hilarious (not really) water feature in our front yard that caused us to get a water key for a week and change.We initially knew we wanted to go with Mark Johnson and Son’s plumbing hence we got an estimate and sought to check if our home owners warranty or the city would cover it. Of course not, home owners warranty is a scam and the city wouldn’t cover you if Jesus himself came to bless your pipes. But you know who wasn’t a scam? This beautiful company.They gave us competitive pricing options and tiers for the level of work they provided and even took care of us with some extras. They had prompt, professional, and friendly service.Every issue we had was addressed and fixed. They offer financing if necessary and as well flexible scheduling. Even after hours. It’s pretty obvious why they’re so highly rated.Thank you for the phenomenal work and the warm welcome to the neighborhood. Highly suggested. You can’t go wrong.And while they may not be the cheapest, the question you’ve gotta ask yourself is if you really want cheap pluming solutions or the job done right and well the first time.If the latter, seek no further; they’ve got your back.

    I appreciate his professionalism. The company is very reliable and the prices are high. To replace a valve and the inside of a toilet, parts would be less than $100 and I just paid over $400.

    I wish all service companies were as great as Mark Johnson Plumbing! It was easy to call and set an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Noah, the technician, arrived well within the expected window. He was polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue I was having and made several great suggestions about how to solve the issue. The work was done efficiently. Noah was careful to protect my floors and other areas of my home. Pricing was reasonable; I am sure I got a good deal. I am completely satisfied!
