    Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! They did all new plumbing for us and were able to get it done in a day. The plumbers were nice and they explained what they did once the completed the job. They even cleaned up the dry wall cuts they had to make and put up entry points. The cost was reasonable considering the scope of the work that they had to do. We are pleased and if we ever need future service they will be at the top of our list. Thanks!

    I recently used Rood to perform some plumbing replacement work. Our home was built in the 1970s and thus the plumbing was old cast iron and needed replacement due to a leak that wasnt caught by our inept home inspector. Our plumbers were Era and Kaleb, and they did an amazing job replacing the old, leaking cast iron with PVC. These guys were responsive, respectful and friendly. They even took the time to properly clean up after the job as well as putting our living room furniture the way it was. The attention to detail and the care showed was superior. The best part of the whole job is that the price was legitimately 1/3 the cost quoted me by a plumbing company out of Little Rock. I highly recommend Rood for any plumbing work you may need!

    The two gentlemen that came to our house were very professional, to the point and most important were able to figure out our problem! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me scheduled the next Monday morning. They didnt have the correct shower cartridge size for us (the very old one that was there broke) but they put in a temporary piece and went over with me what I actually needed. They did offer to come back to reinstall it but I felt I could handle that much. They told me to run by a specific shop and they would get me what I needed. He made sure I was completely comfortable with what needed to happen, and told me if I had any questions feel free to call and he would walk me through it or come back by.My dog, who dislikes everyone, loved them.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Rood Inc HVAC Plumbing Geothermal Russellville Arkansas. We had a freeze proof faucet that got broken yesterday and we had to shut off the water to our house. We dug it up and tried to fix it ALL DAY yesterday (because we don’t know what we’re doing 😂). We decided to call a plumber this morning. Rood originally told me they wouldn’t be able to come out until tomorrow. When they found out that we didn’t have water to the house and no way to water our livestock, they moved things around and Bobby O’Donnell was here within the hour. I can’t brag about Bobby enough. He was so friendly and helpful. He patiently answered our 9 year old grandson’s questions (who has wanted to be a plumber since he was 3 years old 😂). I am just so happy with the quick response, the quality of the work and Bobby’s kindness to our grandson.And all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend that you call Rood Inc. in Russellville for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. Great people to do business with. Bobby, thank you again!!!

    HVAC unit stopped working at 6pm. Called Rood Heating/Cooling, technician was here within the hour and found the issue. He had us running within 30 minutes. The Technician was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

    Excellent response to my water heater rupture last weekend. They provided me with a detailed explanation of the 2 replacement options I was thinking about. In the end, the less expensive option was the better choice in the long run. They quickly installed the new water heater and hauled away the old one. Very punctual and professional group of people that I will use for future servicing on my home equipment. Thanks again for prompt service

    Our water heater went out at the worst time! I called Rood heating and cooling because they were the ONLY ones open. They were there with a new water heater and got it fixed promptly! I love their fast and friendly service. Fortunately, I was able to pay for it, but was assured of their great financing they had available. They were willing to work with me!! Eddie and Preston are your go to guys!

    Called them after I had a 2 inch water line out of the meter break. Called at least 8 plumbers before I gave Rood a call. None of the others were interested in showing up because of the rain. Rood gave me a call back and had someone out in an hour. After working in a trench being rained on for nearly 4 hours they got me running. Being maintenance back ground myself they walked me through the whole process and taught me how to fix it in the future. Both the owner and his journeyman were professional, knowledgeable, and loved the challenge. I will definitely be using them for my plumbing and hopefully hvac jobs in the future.

    Couldnt light my water heater. They were the only ones who would come out and take a look.The house wasnt lived in for a year so they pointed out the bottom was rusted out on top of the part that lights the pilot was bad.Came out that day and installed a new one and did a great job. Didnt take them very long and had to do way more than a normal install because my house was built in 1930, yet didnt charge for the extra work since they already quoted me a certain price.Will call again if an issue arises.

    Great service and friendly people. I called sunday about noon for a plumbing issue. Their plumber was off for the day and they dont normally have a plumber on emergency call out. So Eddie Rood came out and helped me get the main water supply to my house fixed. They have also worked on my A/C and were always on time and professional.

    I am so thankful to everyone at this business! Our air conditioner flooded our house on a friday, we called but the earliest they had an opening was Monday. The WONDERFUL lady on the phone helped us trouble shoot to get through thr weekend. Once thr technician came, he was immediately able to fix the problem.

    I would very highly recommend Rood Inc for plumbing needs. We had a pipe bust due to tree roots. Our plumber Bobby was able to locate the leak almost immediately. They had the pipe fixed and water restored in less than 2 hours. Bobby was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The prices were amazing and very affordable. If you have plumbing issues I highly recommend you give Rood Inc a call.

    My water pressure was really high. I had a pipe start leaking from it. They found the leak and fixed it. They fixed the toilet that kept running, updated the connections to my water heater to flexible lines instead of the solid, soldered ones that were there to make future repairs easier, and THEN, they went outside and put in a new pressure regulator and got it all set properly.They were in and out in about 2 hours—even with all the extras. They were courteous and considerate and informative.I’ll definitely consider them first for future plumbing needs, and since the company’s main thing is heating and cooling, I will think of them first when the time comes to replace my current (original to the house) system in a few years.

    It is never a good time to have problems with your heat pump but the day before a big snow storm is the worst! Rood Inc came and found the problem which required a part that might not arrive for 3-5 days! They found a way to get the part and get it fixed the very next day! Our technician, Big R (Ryan), was polite, had good manners and got our heat back on quickly!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

    Our hot water heater needed replacing. Contacted Rood and they were so helpful and luckily came out same day. Plumbers intalled the water heater quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable as well. We’ve used this company as well for sewer issues. Got the problem cleared up quickly. This is our go-to company.Thanks so much. We highly recommend!
