Josh was professional and super friendly! He explained everything he was looking at a why. He squeezed us in at the end of the day because he knew it was going to be super hot over the weekend. He stayed until he knew everything was running as it should. I will be using this service in the future for any HV/AC needs I have!

I was so happy with the service we just got on our unit from Knight Electric. We lost cooling on Thursday evening and after a warm night sleeping I called first thing in the morning. I was so happy to have a tech at my house within an hour and Josh was great! He explained everything, found the leak in my unit, repaired it, tested it and then went back and did some more just to make sure! He didn’t have enough Freon in his truck due to the size of my unit and have to drive back to Russellville from Greenville and back to Greenville to finish the job right! He contacted me later that evening just check on us which meant a lot. I highly recommend Knight Electric to all of my friends.
