    As many parents have dealt with, kids like to flush toys down the toilet. With barely 12 hours to go before I had a full house of ABA therapists for my son, and the guest toilet out of commission, Eddie at Trust EB Plumbing Services came out, had the problem identified, resolved, and had our toilet flushing again in less than 30 minutes.     Ive been using Trust EB Plumbing service for years since they first open and it was just the owner Eli. You really can trust them. So nice, great communication, punctual. We will only use them.     We had an after hours plumbing emergency where our shower faucet wouldnt stop running ever after turning it off. Seeing that they were open 24 hours, we contacted Trust EB Plumbing who sent out Eddie to help us with our problem. Eddie was more than helpful with our situation. He quickly identified the problem, gave us an honest quote, and went to work fixing it. In no time at all, he got our shower working properly again. We are very happy with the service that we received, especially after receiving it during a time where most businesses would be closed. We highly recommend Trust EB Plumbing and Eddie and will definitely be calling them for any of our future plumbing needs.

    Eddie and Christopher River installed a new water heater for us. They showed up on the same day I called Trust EB Plumbing about the leak in our old water heater. They told me exactly what costs were involved ahead of time and they kept to that total for their services. They were polite and professional. They were neat workers and cleaned up after themselves. The phone answering service at Trust EB was also very helpful and was able to schedule a tech to come to our home within an hour of my initial call for service. I have no hesitation about recommending Trust EB Plumbing.

    I had a hot water tank that was leaking. The tank was located in a very odd spot in the kitchen which made it very challenging work on. Theo worked incredibly hard to replace the ancient hot water tank. And Eli chipped in to make sure everything was done 100%.Everyone I spoke with at Trust ED told me when they would contact me and/or arrive at my house and then followed through on those commitments.Since I was in a hurry to get the work done, I did not do any shopping around, so I cannot comment on the price/value. I expect I paid a premium for the rush services that I received.Thank you to everyone who I interacted with for your professionalism, dedication and clear communications.

    We had an unexpected leak from our water heater and couldn’t find any plumbers who were willing to come check out the issue on a Saturday. We contacted Trust EB Plumbing and the customer service was incredible. Eli was here super quickly and quickly discovered the issue and provided us with options.     I experienced plumbing issues over the weekend and this company was the first to respond. The young lady that answered the phone ( Jo) was very pleasant and informative and thats when I knew I made the right choice to use this company for my plumbing needs. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 PM but Jo advised me that she would do her best to have someone out sooner. The plumbers name was Eddie and he arrived hours before my scheduled appointment. Eddie did a fantastic job with unclogging my drains in my home. Eddie was also informative and provided me with suggestions on how to avoid drain clogs in the future. If you are looking for a company that is responsive, on time and cares about you as a customer, this is the company for you.     From the start Joe , Customer Service, was professional in taking my call and asking detailed questions and fit in appointment to my work schedule.Eddie arrived at 5:30 pm, did the estimate and told me the issue I had with both toilets that were not repaired properly last year by another company. Once I agreed to the estimate he immediately went to work and completed the job by 8:00 pm. Great same day service!!

    The first time I used them I was a little skeptical because this company was new but as a person that loves to sponsor small business I gave them a try. Their service was exceptionally good, they were on time and they did a great job installing a water softener tank. (By far the best price I was able to find), after that I use them to replace a shower in my downstairs bathroom and they did another exceptional work. Their prices are fair and I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your plumbing needs.

    Dispatch is great and Angel was phenomenal. I am a single mom of 3 and our plumbing backed up into the entire house on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers and the pricing was $450-$1,200.00 (Roto-Rooter was highest) with no guarantee of time which was the most important part. They were out as promptly as they could for Saturday afternoon/evening. The clog was repaired temporarily in order to restore our bathrooms! Angel was so knowledgeable that he indicated if I had further issues to call the county. 3 days later in the middle of the night the plumbing backed up again, I called the county and they came out to find that the entire sewer needs to be replaced in my front yard (county property). I called Trust Eb to let them know and they were more than happy to come out to unclog the clog( that would be a temporary fix) so we could continue to stay at the home until the county completed the multiday repair. I am so grateful for the consideration and attitude of this company and their staff. They are locally owned and truly care about the community and their customers. They will forever be our plumber (hopefully we never need them) and we continue to refer our friends and family! Thank you!

    We had our house replumbed and water heater replaced. The water heater malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and had the guys that dries the water out was there shortly after which they paid for. Without any hesitation they paid for a hotel for me. They are also replacing the flooring that wasn’t tile. A lot of companies wouldn’t do this. Anytime I call the owner, that’s how I’m dealing with, he answers. I’m a very happy customer and can tell you you will be happy aswell.

    I had an emergency plumbing issue around midnight and Eddie came right out and worked on it til 2 in the morning and did an excellent job, enabling us to get our water back and running and not having to worry about it again. Can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and workmanship. Anything plumbing these are your guys no matter the job ! Will definitely be using Eddie and his team in the future for everything and anything plumbing related !

    The toilets were backing up dirty water into the showers. The pipe was clogged outside the house. Eddie was the plumber who attended the emergency. Very experienced. He was careful with the floors and bathroom furniture. Quick and accurate response Excellent service.

    I had to get my mothers water heater replaced. My mother could have called another company as EB was booked up and it would take them about 5 days for them to get to her but she liked them so much from the first job that she decided to wait. The guys were great. They were friendly and professional, my Mother really enjoyed them. They did everything in power to not have to cut the baseboard to remove and replace the heater but it was unavoidable, they also made sure to clean up any mess that was made. This is the second the time we use them and they were great both times.

    I had a very positive experience when Richard came to replace a new kitchen faucet because my old one was hard to turn off. Richard let me know exactly what it would cost to replace the faucet before he started to remove it. There was a lot of gunk around the old faucet and he took the time to clean it up before he installed the new one. He also made sure that when he was finished he wiped down the area he was working in. If I could I would give him more stars. In this day and age it is so nice to find an honest Plumber that takes pride in their work.

    I am beyond amazed with the professionalism that this company worked in my house project! They were able to move the toilet to 10ft away to another wall and relocate the plumbing for my new shower! I can’t be more happy of choosing this company! They kept me on the loop in everything they did. I will 100% recommend them and will use them again on future projects!!! Not sure why that one person gave a 1 star review and the other 99.9% of the reviews are 5 stars. I think he has to be talking about another company. This people are elite!!!

    My kitchen faucet finally went out and was leaking water from the base all onto the counter and underneath the deck plate. I called about six local plumbers requesting next day service and this was the first place that was available. I was very pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and preparedness shown by Angel when he arrived. He installed the new faucet in a reasonable amount of time and even cleaned up all of the old stains underneath my cabinets. The communication was great, he arrived on time and left them place in better shape than he found it. I highly recommend!

    Had a plumbing problem had 2 plumbing services come out and went with Trust EB. Heres why. They explained everything to me.Then the owner came over checked everything out exained it and and he also called my husband over the phone and explained everything to him alsoThey came out, did a nice job of making an access did their thing cleaned up and everything is working great.Eli also came out during the repair.If I could give a 10 star I would. They will be my go to plumber from now on. The entire staff is friendly.

    I want everyone to know how responsive Eli and Angel were to repairing my broken pipe. I was in panic mode after 2 inches of water was all over my floor. They gave a quote and stuck to that price. I have had other plumbers give one price and charge another. And when youre on a budget every dime counts.
