    This morning I had a leaking sink. Tonight, I dont! Start to finish, this was a great experience. The office kept me informed, and my plumber was very nice and efficient. We also had a visit from the water expert, as we had sitting water for some time and didnt know it. That best part was when he helped me navigate the next steps. Amazing experience and fair price, highly recommend!

    First and foremost, I would like to thank Derrick for all the time and dedication he put into helping fix our situation. Long story short, I had a clog in the toilet in my basement and water was backing up into my bath tub in the basement. If Derrick hadn’t shown up at the time he did my house’s basement would have flooded.     Roto-Rooter came out promptly to address a major emergency with our sewer lines. Our technician, Ted Bullock, was efficient and thoughtful in how he addressed the situation.     Gary from Roto-Rooter was phenomenal. We had a bathroom sink with a severe clog and he came in and had the sink draining water perfectly within 30 minutes. He also offered some great advice to help us avoid any future clogs with the bathroom sink.     Needed to have a leak repaired quickly. Roto Rooter was there within 2 hrs and had it repaired in less then an hr.     Sunday early evening, the end of Thanksgiving weekend (naturally) my septic main clogged. After an unsuccessful couple hours I decided to call Roto-Rooter. From the first contract through Ryan S. and his coworker (sorry)didnt get his name both explained in detail what was going to be done before starting any job. I appreciate them not giving up until successfully opening up my drain.     Called Roto Rooter at approximately 1pm, was told the tech would be out between 2-4pm on the same day. He arrived sometime after 2pm, diagnosed the problem and attempted to unclog the lines. At this point I was advised that there was something wedged in the toilet causing the clog, was given an estimate on the spot for the replacement. We are completely satisfied with not only the quick response, but also the repair work that was done. My tech Gary answered all my questions and was extremely helpful to my issues.Paid a bit more than I was expecting, but can’t complain too much as the phone call, technician arriving, and the total replacement of my toilet, without cracking my ceramic tile floor all was completed within a 4 hour time period.

    Leak resolved but now noticed hot water is not at temperature prior to repair , as well as, water pressure. However when I contacted customer service they were able to schedule a follow up visit. The tech advised the water temperature set is the company standard and I just needed to sign that I authorized the temperature increase. Both Technicians were professional and pleasant.

    Im giving the 5 stats for the plumbers who did the actual work. However we were up charged 100% for the water heater per company policy. I suggest if you dont have an emergency you look elsewhere for a better policy regarding the up charge. The guys that did the work were prompt, clean, and respectful and have no control over that aspect.

He could have easily said a heater not available for a few days but that meant no hot water to the house. He was polite and professional- answered all my questions.     Very satisfied with my preliminary appointment! They arrived on time, were professional and informative, and I was quoted what I believe to be an extremely reasonable cost. While they haven’t performed the work yet as I need to coordinate with the township first, I’m confident I will be using them. The biggest plus here is the estimate was FREE. Almost every plumber requires a service or dispatch fee while Rotorouter did not. This is how you earn business. Looking forward to having them back to fix the issue!

    So over the weekend I had a clogged utility sink in my basement. My neighbor and I tried to fix on Saturday with the DIY suggestions online...well it didnt work.     No one wants a break in your sewer line especially on the 4th of July. They came out and found my sewer line cracked, not surprised since the house will turn 100 next year. They came out the next day and gave me a brand new line. Kevin and his crew were absolutely wonderful. Quick and very efficient. I had my sewer and house functioning by 2:00 pm. The only complaint I have is that I do not think I should have been charged so much for the service call on the 4th knowing that the pipe was broke and I would have to put out over $12,000 the next day, but I guess that is the price of business. Thanks Roto Rooter and kudos to your excavating crew!

Not only were they incredibly professional in their demeanor, but they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and then have a whole crew out to our house the same day to fix the issue with our sewer pipe.     I had a clog in my sewer line, roto rooter was prompt and resolved the issue quickly. A little expensive but they have a coupon. I tried using a cheaper option and that company could not resolve the issue so it was a waste of time. The cost is worth it when you get results.

    I am very impressed with the professionalism and great work that Roto Rooter did at our house. We called them on a Thursday afternoon to check a blocked pipe. Unfortunately it ended up needing replacing after a tree root grew through it. Roto Rooter was able to get the line cleared enough to use, approve me for financing, schedule emergency permits, dig and remove the old pipe, and replace with the new pipe in under 24 hours. The initial plumber also looked at my insurance policy with me and showed us we had coverage for the issue. The piece of mind and relief they gave a scared homeowner was unmatched and I’ll be a customer for life.

    We had our sewer line back up late on a Sunday night. Went online and requested service for 8am on Monday. I received an email shortly after confirming, as well as a call at 7:30am stating our tech was on his way. Frank was prompt, diagnosed the problem, but did not have the proper size snake to clear it so he called for back up. David was very prompt, extremely friendly, and very professional. He figured out that the blockage was near our first floor drain, so he removed the toilet on the 2nd floor to clear it from above.. He kept us informed the whole time, and cleaned up very well when he was finished. We were charged $850 which I thought was a bit high, but I am not sure how their pricing compares to others for the same work. All in all, I would recommend them.

    We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday with both toilets backed up, leaking at the seals and unusable. Roto-Rooter provided excellent service from the first phone call. Because our problem was urgent, we were prioritized and within three hours, our plumber Mike was at the house diagnosing and managing the problem. Mike was able to purchase and install new toilets for us as well as clear our backup, and wrap up the work within five hours. He was so communicative with me during the process, and gave me what I felt was honest and straightforward advice. While this was a costly repair, when I do the math on all the work that was done on an emergency basis, I feel I got excellent service for the money. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Mike especially during an emergency.

    This is my second experience with Rotor Rooter, and it was as terrific as the first, on every level. (2nd experience because this is a different property, not because anything went wrong the first time.) We had a nasty flood when the sump pump failed when we were away. Ed from the cleanup crew could not have been more pleasant to deal with. For a reasonable price (it seems theres a small amount of wiggle room, there, FYI), a crew came out to remove the water, the damaged carpets, and lay down an antimicrobial treatment. Then they placed equipment to remove the moisture. The crew were Brian and Michael. They were extremely careful with respect to the property and our possessions, and answered every question we had. Someone came back every day to get moisture readings, and when they were low enough, they promptly removed their equipment. As an added bonus, we arranged for our sewer line to be cleaned, and the guys who came out were Kyrene (I dont think thats exactly right -- Sorry!) and Victor. They were as thorough and pleasant as everyone else. Every single person came when they said they would come, and called beforehand. We could not possibly be more impressed or more happy (as happy as one can get with a flooded basement.) 5-stars, easily and clearly.

    The plumber that responded to our issue did so in a timely and professional manner. He was kind and extremely courteous as well as informative through each step in the process. The issue turned out to be roots in the main sewer line leading from our home to the outside trap enroute to the towns sewer connection. The service man used a snake to clear out the line and after testing it to insure it was cleared he arranged for a camera crew to come to the house on Monday to inspect the pipe for possible breaks in the line. Bottom line, within a few hours of our call we were clog free. This is the second time roto rooter was called to our house for a plumbing issue. The last time was in April 2020. In both instances the service calls were performed in a very professional manner. The previous call was due to a leaking pipe running from our tub to the main sewer line. The pipe was replaced and our tub back in use also within hours. Both issues occurred on weekends. Thankfully Roto Rooter is 24 / 7. I highly recommend them as I have been very pleased both times.

In the middle of the night, 12:30am to be exact, he brought out his equipment and got to work on our drain in the dark!     Mike installed 2 new toilets, as an emergency, late on Sunday afternoon. He was very professional , worked quickly, to get us working toilets. He did an awesome job. I would highly recommend this company (and Mike).

    Rick Neville (2841) was the Roto Rooter technician who assisted me. My entire experience was top-notch. They scheduled me for the time I requested, called me to indicate what time the worker would arrive, and quoted me a reasonable price. Mr. Neville arrived earlier than expected (which was great), was friendly, and performed excellent work. He also explained the issue and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. I will definitely use Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs.

    Jackson was super helpful, professional and very knlwledgeable. We had a leak in our basement and immediately pointed out the issue and what we can do to fix it. Thank you for being so personable and helping us fix our leak!! Will definitely use them again.

    Just had them do a toilet repair at my home, and I also use them at the condo that we own. Theyre professional, thorough, and while theyre a little pricier than other plumbers, Id prefer to work with a company that stands behind all of their work, something that plumbers Ive used in the past have not. Dante was my plumber for this particular repair, and he was fabulous.HIGHLY recommended

    I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter! Service technician Darnell was not only courteous, efficient and knowledgeable but he also provided very useful unsolicited information in regards to work begin done incorrectly on our house. He was great overall and I am very pleased!
