    Arthur and Peyton from Bonito Plumbing services came out within an hour of being contacted and had our problem professionally resolved within 30 minutes. They were super professional and triple verified that our plumbing issue was completely resolved before leaving the property. They even cleaned up and returned everything back to better than it was before they arrived. 5 stars for those guys. We need more good professionals like these guys. Thanks Bonitos services.

    Matthew and George came to install a new hot water heater. They were both nice, courteous and very professional. They answered all of our questions and were easy to talk to. They left the place in a better state than it was when they got here. We highly recommend them.

    Gary was great and professional, it was supposed to be a 2 man job for 4hrs, but Gary was the only one, and he was here for about 6 1/2 hrs. I helped when I could by cutting the holes in the floor 3 to be exact. Mario the (supervisor) came to check in on Gary a couple of times, so we will see what the bill is when it comes.I will let you guys know...BUT ALL IN ALL GREAT JOB GARY.

    Bonita River Services fixed a plumbing leak for me on Friday and came back Sunday morning to fix a furnace issue. Both ladies that I talked to, to set up the service were very helpful and kind.Jose was the young man that worked on my furnace and he very personable and knew what he was doing!Thanks for the timely service!

    Excellent service by Jose. Calm. easy going. I hope he continues to service my account UPDATE 12/18/24. Juan arrived at noon and spent 6 hours (without lunch) and upgraded my very complicated on-demand boiler. He worked carefully knowing exactly how to proceed. He left the work space as he found it. Most of their plumbers are very good. Jose is excellent.

    I hesitated to go with Bonito Services because they seemed like a big business and I try to support small businesses whenever possible. They will be my go to for plumbing from now on! They sent someone within an hour the same day I called. I received a text letting me know someone was on the way. The someone was Matthew - polite, professional, efficient... all the things you want in this kind of situation. Way to go, Rio Bonito!!

    They did a great job on the plumbing side, quick and easy fix for our leaking bath faucet.The only downside was a scheduling error- the plumbers were unaware of our apt time made the day before. We had to call and ask where they were, then they came immediately.

    Bonito River Services to the rescue!! The gas at our short-term rental had been turned off, cold weather was on the way and one our mini-split units was not working. With guests about check in that afternoon, Billie and her team were super responsive. Jose was able to get Zia Gas here to turn the gas back on, check the furnace, fix the mini-split and check the other mini-splits to make sure everything was working properly. The team at Bonito were very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. Wont hesitate to use them again!

    Amazing experience from Bonito River services. They installed a mini split for the previous owner of our home and we needed to troubleshoot an issue. They answered all of our questions and were willing to travel to us to make sure it worked perfectly.We called again when we had an unexpected water leak late on a Saturday. They got out to us on the far side of Lincoln county and fixed our leak quickly.Customer service and communication from the office is A+ and we really appreciate that because it was a stressful situation.     Update: we called them for help installing a water filtration system and they came bright and early and got it connected in a flash! They were friendly and professional. They are our go-to-guys for plumbing and HVAC.Previous review: Bonito River Services was great! You are one of the best Service Providers I have ever used and I will definitely turn to you for maintenance of this system and any other of your services I may need. Nate did a thorough assessment of our HVAC and provided us with alternatives to meet our needs and budgets. Billie was very pleasant an kept us promptly appraised of the progress of the service call. Jerry, Eliseo and Brandon were very polite and professional.     After a call to report a water leak at our house James and Alex were at our front door within thirty minutes! Unfortunately our water leak was originating from the top level of our 3 level house and was leaking from old cast iron piping. Our best option was to have all of the cast iron removed and replaced with new PVC plumbing. James and Alex did a stellar job and were always very kind, thoughtful and courteous. Also very skilled in what they do.Bonito River Services is an outstanding HVAC and Plumbing business. Nate, Billie, and Esteban were great to work with!!!

    Bonito showed up so quickly when we were experiencing a major plumbing crisis. They patiently worked to uncover the “root” of the problem and got it fixed. They also discovered other issues which would have lead to continued problems. We scheduled a later visit for those repairs.     Jose was extremely courteous and worked in cold weather and dark to diagnose why my two units were not heating up. After his thorough testing he found a d took picture of outside unit leak. Added freon and checked to make tgey were heating properly before telling ,he would order the part need to replace defective,leak. He asked if i could feel the difference. Then he assured me a tech would be back to replace the part when it arrived. Very thorough and informative.

    I got the dreaded letter from the village, hanging from the door knob, saying there was a possible water leak by the meter. I was house sitting, had NO IDEA who to call, honestly didnt want to deal with it, but like I said, I was house sitting so it was my job to take care of the house. I called Bonito River Services and literally within 10 minutes, Chris and Arthur were there and ready to work. They knew exactly what to look for and what to do. They found the problem and fixed the problem in less time than it took for me to pick my pup from the groomer. They gave amazing service, fixed a leak that could have been a major problem if not taken care of and were knowledgeable of what they were doing. I GREATLY appreciate their professionalism. They are my go to from now on!!!

    I’ve used Bonito for several different projects at our home in Alto New Mexico. I have to give a huge shout out to Arthur and Chris who just worked on a plumbing issue for us. They kept us constantly informed of what was going on, they were very professional, very articulate, and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. It’s very difficult to find vendors and contractors that are this professional. Especially in this “post Covid” era. I definitely will be using Bonito again. 10 out of 10 stars.

    We have used Bonita River services multiple times. We had to call them on July 4th due to a major leak. They sent someone out immediately and did the repair. They are very dependable and do great work. Just a few days ago I called them for help to light the hot water heater and they came right away. And I had them also repair a toilet.     We are repeat customers, and have been calling Bonito River several times as we upgrade appliances in our home. All the professionals they have sent to our home have done excellent work. Today Josh and his son Jadon (apologies if misspelled) installed a ducted range hood in our kitchen, vented through the attic. This was a complicated job as the old hood being replaced was not vented. The work was done neatly and efficiently. Everything works fine and looks fine. We are very grateful.We owed Matthew a review for his work back in November. He removed a corroded valve and installed a new one so we could hook the new dishwasher. Matthew is an excellent plumber and a very polite person.Four weeks ago we left this initial review, when Bonito River corrected a problem caused by the people who originally delivered our new range: We are very pleased with the work done today on a gas leak, which is obviously an important matter. James was very thorough and diligent, coming back to the house to make double sure things were fine by using a gas sniffing tool. The work to replace a faulty valve was done neatly. James also made sure our water heater and heating system were up and running after restarting the gas service to the house. We are return customers, since our experience with Bonito River has always been positive.

I had to shut the main water valve off. Based on a reference from a contractor doing work for us I called Bonito River Services. It was 3pm in the afternoon. The dispatcher was able to send out George to us within an hour…amazing! I showed him the leaking pipe, he left for about 20 minutes to get the needed replacements, returned and replaced the pipe.     We recently had a new HVAC system installed in our home. After a few weeks, we had a glitch in the system and called Bonito River Services who dispatched Jerry and Daniel to assess the situation. When they arrived, they put their boot covers on not to soil the floors and cleaned up after the job was complete. They are both very knowledgeable in their field and corrected the issue in a timely manner. The company stood 100% behind their installation and I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.     Before I called Bonito River Services I contacted two plumbers who had done work at my house. Neither of them contacted me. A friend gave me their name and number and told me to ask for George and so I did. That was about two days ago and today I received a call from George, and 20 minutes later he and Ivan were at our condo. In less than 45 minutes they had fixed the leak for me and installed a hose bib at the side of my unit. George and Ivan are professional and friendly and very capable.

    We upgraded our gas funace and had new ducting installed and older sections cleaned. Birdie in the office had been helping us with our new home since we moved to Alto, while Jordan, Steven, and Brandon completed the work. Great service.Mathew and Ivan came out to fix various problems. Brian, Arthur, and Danny came out as well to help. Liked the workers and the work performed. This team helped with our new home that was in need of various repairs. Brian helped us with a price for new water heater as our was almost 10 years old and in need of replacement. Arthur and Danny came out with sewer scope and detected broken sewer line and marked its location. Mathew took charge and with Ivan handled the repairs, a broken drain pipe in our crawl space as well as a broken sewer pipe in the yard. They installed my water heater and fixed a broke toilet flange as well as replaced supply valves for our new washer. Great group of guys .

    Bonito replaced the 30 year old boiler in our radiant heat system and installed a smart thermostat. Eddie and Jaden installed the boiler while their tech Rives handled the ecobee thermostat. Billy, the office manager was always cheerful and responsive. Were very pleased with their work and wont hesitate to recommend them.

    We are very pleased with the professional service we received during the installation of a new hot water heater. Arthur & Alex treated our home like their own, taking time to protect the carpet, etc. Arthur was very good to suggest what needed to be brought up to current code & checking out system before they left to ensure everything was as it should be. Glad we will have a good reference for our friends that have homes here too.
