    Krissy was awesome for us. She worked all day trying to get our insurance and parts lined up for our water heater. I know she was on it from 800 till 400 getting all the info. I know itā€™s not a lot but if all your staff and customer service people are like her itā€™s a great team. Jason the tech was nice professional and worked well with us as we both work at home. Overall great experience and look forward to continuing business with the company.

    Shawn was great! Arrived timely, was friendly and professional. Even spotted and removed a black widow spider from my door when he arrived (AMAZING). Found my mystery leak, and walked me through everything I needed for next steps. Will absolutely use Wicker Plumbing again. Treated me fairly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need.

    A neighbor put us on to Wicker plumbing when we were looking to replace our two 14 year old heaters. Austin and Vincent arrived on time, were incredibly quiet and efficient, and were done within 2 hours for a two heater job up in the attic above our second floor. I had meetings and I heard zero noise throughout the whole process. They also took the time to walk us through the setup, the valve they installed in front of the heaters (to close on vacations and also how to turn on vacation mode) as well as how to operate the temperature dial and how to light the pilot light. Would highly recommend!

    Wicker Plumbing was a great company to go with! John C was very professional and helped with my boiler when it broke down. Awesome guy, helped explain how the boiler worked and even showed me how he did the job. Made me feel appreciated, money well spent.

    Faucet had to be replaced. The repairman was upfront and honest about what would be involved in the final repair. The plumber advised on what type to faucet to get. Afterwards, Repairman returned to install the new faucet. I like that he left the area clean and was sanitary in regards to COVID.

    Weve been through 2 terrible leaks recently. Its been really tough - but Wicker Plumbing has been here for both and helped to make what is very hard, as manageable as it could be. Shout outs to Troy and Zach who have helped us through this last leak. Troy especially, took the time to give me all the details calmly and helpfully, answering all my questions with kindness - even when I was totally breaking down from the stress of all that was happening at once. He made sure I knew what to expect, and took care of the details so I could manage my kiddos and work.     I was assigned to Wicker Plumbing through American Home Shield. I called in to get scheduled and was given a time slot between 9am-1pm. Got a text at 9 that Andrew was heading over, and they showed up at 9:40. Andrew and Tim were really nice and professional, even put on shoe covers (im serious, its not easy to find people that care to do that).Found out that the water heater was the root cause after they did some checks. Andrew walked me through the process and next steps. After wrapping up with AHS, i needed to get scheduled for the replacement. They scheduled me for the NEXT DAY. i have family coming through so this was really appreciated.Next day Tim and John came to swap and install the new water heater. they showed up on time and got things set up in like an hour. Throughout the process there were no hiccups, things went smooth, couldnt ask for more.Overall great experience, i would definitely recommend these guys.

    We were connected to Wicker Plumbing through our home warranty, AHS, and are so very pleased with their service. They were contracted for a second opinion. Troy and Zach came out as scheduled, walked us through every step of the process, and explained everything that had happened so far and what needed to be done to resolve our issue. They contacted AHS for us, described in detail all of the costs, and came out and repaired the issue first thing in the morning the next day.This company was everything we look for in a business, and Troy and Zach did a wonderful job displaying these factors on behalf of Wicker Plumbing:Polite, prompt, professional, courteous, detailed, knowledgeable, you name it!     Assigned through AHS Home Warranty. Usually the contractors that get sent out are low quality. Wicker is not one of those! Should I ever need a plumber, definitely would be contacting them.     We had some issues with our hot water lately. Wasnā€™t sure if it was backed up, leaking, or if we just had an element going out in out hot water heater. The guys had my water heater swapped out under warranty and back up and running in less than a hour! They were very prompt at sending a tech out to the house. Would recommend 10/10.     Our water heater has been beeping and throwing an error every few nights which then results in no hot water for the night so Wicker came out and replaced the upper heating element. Throughout the process Mike and Tim kept me informed of what was going on and what was being changed and what functions did this or that. He was thorough with his diagnostic and explained everything to me in detailed what were done and what will be done.     Mike was very professional and helpful. I explained to him my concern I have 2/50 gal hot water tanks located in my attic, they had started making noise when the hot water was turned on. My fear was they would explode and come down through the ceiling. He checked both tanks and assured me that they were fitted properly, the noise was probably air in the pipes as the water is pushed through. I really appreciate Mike making sure my hot water tanks were secured. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

We called Wicker Plumbing because they came highly recommended and they sent someone out on an emergency call at 7pm on a day they were closed to fix our gas dryer connection leak! Looked into four bathroom issues (one sink clog, one sink slow drain and two toilet flush issues). 3 resolved and for one toilet the flap was replaced.     Wicker Plumbing is my plumber from now on. As an investor I only work with a crew that doesnt waste time (and money). One house in Heartland had such a bad drain clog two crewmen had to snake it from the air vent on the rooftop. At our house in Josephine, Wicker did a great job with the tub removal and roll in shower for our senior group home. Since the freezing weather was coming in they took the initiative to protect the exterior water spouts and winterize the home. Professional amd respectful crew added with a responsive back office, theyre referral worthy.

    I give Wicker Plumbing an A-1nrating all around from start to finish. The customer service rep/front desk was very nice, and helpful and was able to answer my questions and get my clients work order in quickly. I am a realtor and my client used their Home Warranty through AHS to have their Water Heater checked out per an inspection from a potential buyer. I was able to contact the company right after AHS entered my work order request and have it expedited in order to meet the demands of our option period. Jeremy Rodriguez was assigned to the work order. Jeremy called an hour before as I had requested so that I could meet him at the home. He was on time, professional and explained exactly what happened to water heater. Needless to say it was only the pilot that needed to be restarted. But Jeremy showed me how to follow up and check that it was working the next day. Jeremy also gave a courtesy call to check on the unit the next day to make sure that it was still working properly. What I loved most was how friendly and responsive everyone was as well as Jeremys willingness to explain things so that I can give the information to buyers agent. Thanks for such awesome customer service and quick response to needed repair.

Jeremy did such a great job that I also bought two 50 gallon AOS hot water heaters (with a flood stop). He gave me an estimate that was significantly lower $ than their major competitor (I checked). Then, Jeremy came back and installed both HW Heaters and brought my whole system up to code. Definitely would recommend Jeremy (and Wicker Plumbing) for hot water heater installation.     Hands down, the best plumbing company Ive ever used, and I am not young. I had another plumber come in for the same problem wanting to charge me a considerable amount of money to tear up the bathroom for a slab leak that was not even in the bathroom. These guys came in the same day because my house was flooding, got in, found the leak immediately, shut off the hot water, checked the meter to ensure there werent other leaks, came back within days to jackhammer the slab, only had to break one tile, because they were so careful not to break anymore than they had to in order to get the job done, fixed the leak, actually cleaned up after themselves, were polite and cheerful the whole time, and are coming back to pour in the concrete filler. Guess what? It was way less expensive than the first plumber. I will never use anyone else. These guys are the best there are, and if you have a problem or need something done, look no further. Youve found the top of the line.
