    Taylor did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He installed a 30amp RV outlet on my house and added multiple indoor/outdoor plugs for my porch, making them accessible on both sides. Not only did he complete the work with precision, but he also took the initiative to check my attic and under my house while pulling wires. Taylor was incredibly kind, personable, and truly took the time to understand the work I wanted done. He even spent extra time troubleshooting options to ensure the best possible outcome. I couldnā€™t be happier with his professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

    Had an emergency over the weekend and Jacob came right to the rescue. He was patient in a very stressful situation and carefully explained every step in the process so that we could understand what was happening.     I couldnt have found a better company than W3. I had a terrible emergency when our circuit breaker panel sparked and shut down the whole house on a Sunday night late, and they responded to my call immediately. First, the boss walked me through steps over the phone to get us through the night, then they sent out Jose the next day, and it was very evident his expertise, skill, and methodical approach to finding the issue and the resolution was exceptional.     I am beyond impressed with the service Sean provided from W3 Electric! After he walked me through the three options and the membership plan, he started the install for the whole-house surge protector. I must say it was done with precision, and his professionalism was clear in every detail.     I called them early this morning with humming noises coming from the a/c breaker box. Jacob was out within a few hours, looked everything over, made suggestions, gave me a quote - very reasonable-I was actually pleasantly shocked- and within the hour had made needed repairs. .     Words cannot describe how pleased I am with Cody and his partner. They were so knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They kept me informed every step of the process and made sure to put everything back in its place before exiting.     Had Jacob at W3 Electric out today to repair an issue that turned out to be a simpler fix than anticipated. Jacob was professional, punctual, helpful, and fast. I was concerned there might be a bigger issue at play, but Jacob was able to diagnose and remedy things quickly. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have used W3 over the past few years and no matter how big or small the job, the service has been excellent.

    I had a great experience with Sean who came out to replace my ceiling fan. Sean was friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to find a solution when there was a small issue with our existing down rod that I had hoped to use. My new fan is up, working, and looks great! We have used this company several times before and every encounter has been pleasant. .

    It is almost Christmas!!! I put lights on my hedges, then to find out my outdoor outlet wasnt working. I contacted W3 Electric and was given their earliest appointment forTuesday. I received a call today (Monday) and I was told they had a cancellation. Taylor was able to come out within the hour. He listened attentively to my thoughts and concerns and he was able to rectify my problem with an easy fix. My outdoor circuit is now working, and I am anxiously looking forward to displaying my Christmas lights. Taylor was very pleasant, and completely knowledgeable and professional in his field. I will definitely call on W3 Electric for my future needs.

    Great experience! I needed an EV charger hardwired in and knew nothing beyond that. Bill Witty engaged with my post looking for recos on FB, and when I called I got set up for a quote appointment the very next day! Responsive in regards to arrival time, and Cody and Brian were prompt and professional! Cody took the time to explain options to me, and we made a plan. He and Brian were able to complete the install same day- probably less than an hour. I really recommend this company vs using a handy man or individual electrician- when it comes to our homes, we want bonded and insured work done for sure!

    Jacob came out to our house yesterday and I could not be happier with the service we received. We ended up needing a major repair, but he was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He even took the time to use his tools to show us exactly where the problem was so that we could have peace of mind knowing the issue was legitimate. Then they were able to schedule us for the repair the next morning, arrived on time, were very polite and had our job completed same day. Jacob made a point of including my wife in the conversation as opposed to talking to me alone as if she was not at the table, this is rare when we have people come out and was much appreciated. The cost was slightly more than another quote we received but W3 much higher quality equipment and a much better service than the others. Repairs: Full electrical panel replacement, replacement of all electrical components between the meter and main service line, upgrade from 150amp to 200amp, installation of first responder emergency shutoff. As a bonus they included a free 13kw propane generator to power the house for up to 5 days in case of an outage, not sure if this is standard or only a promotional they are currently running but is a significant perk. Overall very pleased and will make W3 our go-to for electrical work.

    Had an issue with my old control panel - main switch was tripping multiple times. Lucky to find W3 electric and more luckier to get Jacob as technician- expert in his trade, clear communication , laid out options, did not rush , gave me discounts and replaced the whole panel by end of day as promised - I recommend W3 electric and Jacob for any electric needs.

    I called W3 after another local electric company couldnt identify the cause of our issue even though they sent two techs out and spent two days investigating. Jacob came out, took a look, and was able to identify what was causing our problem in about an hour. Then he and Clayton and the rest of their team spent two days fixing the issue, working with the electrical company when needed to get our problem solved and make our house safer. He tracked the problem down to a short in the below grade conduit between a kitchen wall and the island. He was able to pull a new wire through an alternate conduit and got the issue fixed.     REQUEST CODY!! Heā€™s AMAZING!!!! I had an extremely heavy and complicated chandelier that needed to be hung in my foyer with 15 ft ceilings. Cody was super helpful. He knew exactly what to do to make sure not only was my chandelier hung in a beautiful manner but he took extra special care and precautions to make sure it had all the support to hold it. He was so kind, patient, professional. If I could give 20 stars I would. Once he got the fixture up he patiently adjusted every single hanging light bulb to my satisfaction. His primary goal was to make sure I was happy and it meant so much to me. He treated my home like he was hanging this fixture in his. He went the extra mile to protect all of my furniture and floors and afterwards cleaned up leaving my place spotless like no work had even been done. One of the best experiences Iā€™ve had hiring someone to come do work in my home. Iā€™m still in awe as to how nice and kind he was and Iā€™m in love with my new light fixture.

    I am so thankful that I chose W3 for my electric needs! Just amazing customer service!! I got my very own outdoor home charging station! This is my new 50AMP Autel EV Charger hard wired by W3 Electric! Itā€™s like my own personal gas station right here at the house! The charger can add 45mph back to the Bolt battery. The station is connected to the home Wi-Fi network, so it also has an awesome app that can let me track progress and see data.I can now report that ā€œfilling upā€ the car costs exactly $4.30. Since the bolt can travel 265 miles on a full charge, and gas is $2.95 a gallon, that means my car is getting an equivalent of ā€œ180 Miles Per Gallonā€. For the cost of a single gallon of gas, my car can travel 180 miles.I donā€™t care who you are, thatā€™s serious math you canā€™t dismiss.My other favorite feature about this charger is that you can remotely control the amp output from 1-50 with a digital modulator inside the app. In this way you can slow down the charge rate if you wanted to lessen the load on the car. Just depends how fast you need to be back at 100%.It wonā€™t be long Iā€™d imagine before hotels, Air B&Bā€™s and even restaurants market ā€œwe have a level 2 charging station here for your convenienceā€ as a way to entice customers.     If I could give more stars, I would. Cody was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and thorough. I wanted to have some different light switches installed and he installed them, programmed them, vacuumed after the work was complete, and also checked my breaker box and other electrical components for safety. He was right on time and completed the work in a great amount of time. I love the idea of having annual checks to the home and signed up for the membership. There is nothing like having experts do what they are good at in your home and Cody is an excellent electrician. W3s bid/pricing was fair and solid but the prompt response and good communication was the deciding factor in my choosing W3. Bill laid out a plan, and then met with me to go over the contract, billing and construction details. Even the field crew onsite were punctual, engaging and professional.     There are two electric companies with 5 stars reviews in my area. I reached out to the first one, Blue Line Electric. I called and no one answered, i tried the text option twice and both times the automated system hanged up on me and I even tried emailing them for a quote no response.I called W3 Electric one time immediately spoke to a representative and had a professional technician, Mr Kenneth, arrive the next day. Wow! W3 Electric is for real and provides quality service. Mr Kenneth conducted his electrical safety inspection and helped me be aware of what was needed.When I was provided the quote before installation I was surprised how many options there was with pricing especially the awesome discounts if you become a member with W3 Electric! It was difficult to say no and go with the full service and yes Iā€™m now a humble member of W3 Electric with 10yr warranty!Mr Kenneth is awesome bc he gets the job done which was a lot bc I requested several updates, transparent, easy to talk to and I trust him working around my family. We even talked about going through potty training with our kiddos. Mr Kenneth went above and beyond.     I had a 50 amp generator interlock and whole house surge protector installed earlier today and felt that the installation was very well done and meets expectations. Jose and his assistant were very communicative and the end result looks clean and professional. We had a breaker box that was completely full so there were challenges to incorporating the additional breakers that would be required. Jose presented multiple options with a wide range of implementation costs and I felt that he was very knowledgeable concerning the pros/cons, not attempting to push a higher cost solution. The whole house surge protector was a brand (PSP) that I had not heard of before, but the specs are similar to other brands like Siemens and it does come with a lifetime warranty. The total price for the work was more than I anticipated but Im very satisfied with the quality of the final product.

Plus, I was charged a $79 fee just for coming out, and this was not deducted from my very large bill. Still, the guys were great and got the job done.

Once they entered my home they were very professional and I really felt like I was being helped with my request. DUSTY and TORY really went above and beyond to listen and service my home.     Brackston from W3 Electric was amazing! He is very knowledgeable. He was very helpful. Answered all our questions. He went online and found us 2 ceiling fans with remotes at Home Depot. Checked out our home for any potential electrical issues. I am going to sign up with their maintenance plan. He put the fans we bought back in our car for us to return - wrong size. He will be back to install our ceiling fans next week! I highly recommend W3 Electric!9/14 - Brackson was actually able to come by earlier than scheduled qhich was awesome! Hw replaced 2 ceil8ng fans! He did an awesome job with a smile! I highly recommend W3 Electric and Brackson to make your day awesome!

    I hired W3 to help install a standby generator. We are still mid-way through the project but they have been very good. They were on-time and very professional. They have the generator placed and wired up along with the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and whole home surge protector. We are waiting on the plumbing company to complete running the fuel line to the generator and final inspection. So far everything has gone very smoothly.Update...1 year after install. I had W3 come out and service my generator. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was working properly. I have been very pleased with their service and the generator has come in handy more than once in the last year.

    The biggest thing I appreciate about W3 is that it didnt snub its nose at my very small job (malfunctioning doorbell); four other electrical companies refused to make the trip because it wasnt a big enough job (not sure why that matters if a customer is willing to pay the service fee anyway to obtain peace of mind from a professional). Turns out our transformer blew and needed replacing, which affected other outlets as well...not so small after all. My technician Jordan was on time, efficient, and professional, even calling beforehand to give me a heads up on his ETA. He was knowledgeable about required services and W3s packages to better aid me in making informed decisions about our house/what to prioritize. As a result we signed up for a membership and will turn to W3 for our electrical needs from now on.

    We had our house struck by lightning and they were able to get out quickly. They are having to replace outlets, our electrical box, and rewire several areas. We paid to have them do a full house electrical check. Very professional young men and quick response. Called before they came. W3 will be my go to for all electronic needs.Day 3 and I think we are finished. Thank you guys so much!Aaron came out today to meet the city inspector. The city doesnā€™t give you a time so the poor thing sat in his van until they finally showed up. Everything passed so great job W3.

    Update: W3 Electric just installed landscape lighting for me. It looks awesome! I loved that they had a demo kit so I could see what it all would look like before buying. The whole process was simple, and the price was right. So much so that we even upgraded to color-changing lights. Im really looking forward to the holidays now!W3 Electric is great!
