    I needed my old exterior outlet box replaced and a new timer switch for on my balcony. Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable with what would be needed to upgrade my setup, and he was able to quickly solve my problem. The reinstall took only a few minutes, and he also helped me set up the outlet timer. I would definitely recommend AVID Electric for any size home project!

    Aaron came out for an estimate for 60amp service for new hot tub.Price was very reasonable, and he also helped with acquiring the permits for approval.Installed the box and underground conduit, and returned the day of delivery of hot tub to connect, and replaced paver bricks/landscaping beautifully.His partner Al was just as courteous and knowledgeable.Very clean install, very professional, would definitely recommend and plan on re-hiring in near future

    Aaron and his dad came to install an interlock to my house mains so that the next time I lose power I can hook up a generator to power my house. From the initial estimate to completion of the project everything was done professionally and at a fair price. They also helped label all the breakers that I need to turn on during the next power outage. Highly recommend for your electrical needs!

    Aaron and his team do an amazing job. The customer service was great, the work itself above and beyond with great care to be as little intrusive as possible, clean up afterwards, and communicative.     My partner and I needed a subpanel and six outlets (3x 120V, 3x 240V) installed in our garage for woodworking equipment, so I got estimates from six different local electricians, and Avid was by far the best. Besides offering the most fair price for the job, they were also the friendliest, most responsive, and really took their time and listened well during the initial visit. Aaron offered great communication and was able to explain things in laymens terms very well (all without sounding judgmental lol).In terms of the work they did, we couldnt be happier with the result. The conduit going from the main panel in the basement to the subpanel in the garage is so impressively placed to be as unnoticeable as possible, and they really cleaned up well after themselves! In the garage, the subpanel looks awesome and the outlets work exactly how we hoped! Aaron said hes a licensed inspector and came by to give a little pre-inspection before the real inspection, which made us feel really confident in the job. He was also super helpful when it came to getting the permit!We will definitely be choosing Avid for any/all future electrical work

    Avid electric is now the only electrician company I will be using. They were genuinely honest and fair about pricing. They communicated every step of the way and discussed every option about installation preferences. I needed new power lines ran from the house to the garage, an old breaker box in the garage to be replaced and updated, also they ran conduit across the garage ceiling and wired up a 220 volt outlet for me to run an electric garage heater. Great customer service and polite experience.

    Aaron came to the rescue when our electrician stopped showing up or returning calls relating to our renovation job. He was professional, responsive, and reasonably priced when I reached out to let him know we were in a bind. He fit us in his schedule ASAP to install numerous outlets, fixtures, fans, a fireplace and smoke detectors and he also moved existing wiring that allowed the other trades working on our house to continue the project. Can’t recommend Aaron (and Eric) enough!

    These guys are awesome, I explained my project and how I would prefer it be completed. They took the time to listen to me and a couple days later, they completed my charging outlet in my garage without making any holes in any drywall from breaker box to garage.The only area they needed to open up drywall was for the conduit to connect to the existing outlet on the other side of the wall.Highly recommend!

    Well all I can say if it wasnt for Avid Electric Id be burning up right now in my house because I would not have any electricity.     I take Google reviews with a strong consideration. We used Avid for a days worth of electrical repairs. Sometimes we look for older professionals, thinking it might equate to better repairs....gave this young group a shot instead. Im telling you glad we did.     I had an issue with an old breaker box blowing fuses and causing my well pump to not work. Aaron was fast to reply and called me back to come check out my situation ASAP. He came within the hour to assess and then he was back over within days to replace the whole breaker box (I was told this was a should do even before I closed on the house). Aaron was prompt, did a fantastic job and was so kind. I’d gladly recommend him!

    I recently hired Aaron and his partner Al for a significant electrical overhaul in our newly purchased home that was built in the 60s. The previous owner had left behind a tangled mess of jerry-rigged wiring in the garage and bedrooms, outdated two-prong outlets, and romex cables haphazardly outside of the walls. Despite the complexity and extensiveness of the project, Aaron and Al tackled it with exceptional professionalism and honesty. While they did encounter some unexpected challenges in decrypting the previous owners work, they were transparent about the situation and discussed potential solutions throughout the project. Their communication was top-notch, and they worked diligently to bring our homes electrical system up to modern standards.I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and quality of their work, given that it was just a two-person team handling such a comprehensive project even with our rushed timeline. They made significant progress every day, and the end result was impressive. Aaron even recruited the assistance of his dad, Gene, to help patch up and mud drywall. Additionally, the pricing for their services was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. In conclusion, Aaron and Al are highly skilled electricians who excel at their craft and prioritize quality work, honesty, and client communication. I would strongly recommend them for any electrical project and look to working with them in the near future! I also appreciated the fact that they had extensive knowledge with the solar panels that came with the house!

    Absolutely would ask for them to do all future work for us! They were professional, dedicated to solving the issue in a timely matter, and stayed patient in finding the issue.     Aaron and his team arrived on time, on the Fourth of July to get the job done! He and his team executed the job they said they would ahead of schedule so we could have our backyard party. He even cleaned up his work area after the job was complete. I was stunned. I didnt think contractors even did that anymore! Aaron is a true professional. We only use him and his team for all our electrical needs, and we refer all our friends and family his way. If you want prompt, professional work, done on time, for a competitive price, Aaron is your guy.

    Avid Electric LLC is an excellent company. We have a number of issues in the house recently purchased, which the inspector missed, and have to call on professionals to repair and replace. They come, evaluate, and quote costs which are reasonable. They are very considerate and return if they do not complete the job on site. They even offer to go shopping for you if you cannot purchase the appropriate parts.I highly recommend them.

    I have been looking for an electrician for some work around my house. I needed someone to help put some outlets in behind where TVs will go, and also for someone to play some outlets in our basement that we are getting finished.     Amazing and Quick service. Took extra care of my walls and really thought through the process. I wanted to hide my wires and needed an outlet on top of my fireplace which is in a pretty awkward place. With about 30 min of planning they figured out the best way to put it in. I love the fact they use a vacuum while they cut drywall so it doesn’t fall into cracks in the floor/floor. Sometimes, it’s the small things!Thank you guys for quick and great service and will definitely be getting my business back when needed.Update: Had them come back for a Tesla Wall connector install and again did a great CLEAN job. I paid less then all my friends as well. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

    Professional, friendly and more than accommodating. The fixture I bought for them to install in garage was broke. I thought, oh boy, they wont be coming back for a while now. I was so bummed but Aaron said, no problem were working all week well still put in up when you get the replacement. I got the replacement and theyll be coming back tomorrow.JUST A P.S. ... Aaron came back as promised today. The easy garage light install turned out not to be as easy as take it down & put the new one up! He made it work and made me one happy girl! Im only calling Aaron and Avid from here on out!

He crawled into our crawl space only to discover that ductwork prevented the exact placement of an outlet for a dishwasher- so worked with us to figure an alternate solution- which was better than our original plan. Also suggested using same outlet for water filter to save an extra outlet install - saving us money. He’s obviously an honest and knowledgeable professional. Did additional smart home work for us.     Aaron from Avid was very professional! I got 4 estimates from local Electricians to add an electric box to every ceiling in the bedrooms, and in the living room, so that we could have a ceiling fan in each room. He changed the switch from an outlet, to that ceiling box in each room. He also added a 4 outlet in the garage, changed both front and back porch GFCI outlets, and put a switch in our basement so that all 8 pull string lights are now on one switch. He also took our panel off from our circuit breaker, cleaned it and painted it! The work was done in a very timely manner, and Aaron and his Dad Gene were fantastic!! I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything electrical. They went above and beyond, and were a great value! Plus. They are super nice, honest people! Dont waste time with other electricians!!!

    Aaron installed a couple of new outlets and a camera surveillance system for me. He went over all work to be performed before starting and even offered some suggestions for improvements. He really took the time to fully understand what it was that I wanted. The camera mounting locations are perfect. All wiring was fished up into the attic and hidden so there is no visible wiring outside the house. I was also very impressed with his work on the outlets. New conduit had to be ran to replace older wiring that was no longer up to par and new outlets were installed. It looks 100 times better than it did previously. Very professional work. I highly recommend.
