Wow! This company is awesome. Honest. Timely. Flexible. The original company was going to charge me $1200 worth of modifications and non-covered parts for a like for like install. JP Plumbing confirmed my thoughts, no modifications were needed and only required of $150 of non-covered parts. They changed it out in less than 1.5 hours. Thanks for your awesome help. Will definitely spread the word.

I first used J P Plumbing through a home warranty company for a leak we discovered right after moving in. They were responsive, came quickly, and spent all the time they needed to get it done correctly. They did not treat me like a warranty company customer. They won my business for this. I had them install two water heaters. That experience was great. Unfortunately, Rheem has sent some bad controllers with water heaters around 2021 when I had them installed. J P has come out to fix faulty controllers twice, never charged a service, and taking on the extra work that was not at all their fault. Rheem is at fault but J P Plumbing has shown up and gotten my hot water back quickly.

We had a pipe burst inside our walls and flooded a room in our house. Luis from JP plumbing came out quickly and fixed it for us and did an incredible job. We also had them come back on a separate day and repair a toilet that wasn’t working properly. They are very professional and honest. I would definitely use them again.

What a great company. The were responsive, professional, and prompt and gave a quote upfront and even did a little extra labor while they were installing the water heaters at no cost. Cant say enough about them I would definitely recommend and use them again. Pricing was reasonable and they did not try to hit me with a zip code tax ($1k+) like the other guys.

I used their service twice in the last 6 months. First was a leaky kitchen faucet and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes.I discovered a major leak in the bathroom area but could not determine the origin. One company came out and wanted to tear up my dry wall and didnt bother taking their time investigating the issue in the attic . I called Mr. Jose who figured out the issue in 30 minutes after investigating in the attic. No need to tear anything up - the AC drainage was over flowing and he flushed it out. Cost was only a service visit rather than the $$$ the other company wanted.Highly recommended!!!

Christian is awesome!! He came out in the time frame I was given for service, he was very friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired a leak we’ve had since the winter storm in an hour, looks brand new. The business was very responsive and prompt in getting back to me for service requested the same morning. We will definitely use them again!

JP Plumbing was top notch service! Extremely professional, polite, quick to respond, and replaced our hot water heater in no time! I submitted a service request through our home warranty company on Sunday afternoon, JP Plumbing called me before 8AM Monday, came out to check the issue that afternoon, and replaced with a new hot water heater Wednesday morning.

They were on time as specified, no surprise charges/fees, very professional and friendly, and explained clearly what they need to do and what they were doing as the job went on. I would like to say that JP Plumbing is AWESOME! I had received a few recommendations to them as I was in dire need of a plumber. I had a horrible clog that started in my kitchen then ran though the lines in laundry and bathroom. Apparently, the way my lines are I needed a certain machine which not all comp have. He gave me some companies to call but he did try to clear for over an hour but no luck. He told me he could try something else, but it could do some damage and suggest I try the comp with that machine. They did not charge me since I was a first-time customer. I am very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and honesty- I would highly recommend and use them again.
