    Last night, we had severe storms come through, causing a larger branch to knock down our electric lines. ComEd let us know we needed an electrician because the line had pulled out of the house. I called Roselle Electric first because I had used them in the past and I knew they did a great job. Once again I was impressed by their professionalism and caring. This time we were in an unexpected situation and they couldnt have been nicer. Thank you for your outstanding service.

    My daughter and her family live in the Arlington Heights area of Illinois. She was having trouble with a breaker and proceeded to call several electrical companies. Upon calling, she quickly found a number of the electrical companies in the area charge a fee just to come out. Another problem was the length of time it was going to take to service the problem. She found Roselle Electrical Service, Inc., searching online. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to give an hourly price with an additional charge for whatever parts might be needed. An electrician was able to respond the same day. Thank you Roselle Electrical for your prompt attention, your friendly service and reasonable price!

    Used Roselle Electric recently for a number of projects including installing a ceiling fan, a couple of new outlets, and outdoor garage lights. They also did all the electrical hookup for our hot tub. Their estimates were accurate, their electricians were very professional and on-time. All around great experience!     Anthony and Dan came to replace my panel and install a few outlets. Both are great guys and the work was completed quickly and efficiently.     Called Roselle Electric b/c we had a sudden outage in the garage, laundry room and basement bathroom that occurred. Tori was wonderful in understanding the urgency in scheduling as we have a refrigerator in the garage. Dan was close to the area and was able to swing by before his next appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable. After fixing the problem, he recommended several options/solutions to prevent it from happening again. (He also pointed out a broken joint in our downdraft ventilation from the stove at the same time. Glad he caught that one.) Nice to know that you not only have people to help you when youre in such a bind, but experts that truly care. Roselle Electric is our go to. I highly recommend them.

    Punctual, Professional, Excellent Work, Fair Pricing, Great Customer Service, I highly recommend Roselle Electrical Services. My first experience with Roselle Electric was installation of a garage door opener, my second experience, about 18 months after my first, was installation of a remote switch to control my attic fan. Dan did an excellent job: arrived at scheduled time, discussed several possible solutions, worked quickly and efficiently to install new switch, and offered suggestions for improved lighting in our basement area. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend Roselle Electrical Service.

    Tim and the team at Roselle Electric are phenomenal. I had an electrical fire which caused damage to my meter. The board also needed to be replaced. They came on a holiday weekend and on short notice and fixed everything. Tim also followed up with me several times after the work was done to make sure ComEd came back to reconnect my line.     Tim and his crew came thru in the clutch when a different company, Not All That Bright, tried to tack on an additional $700 to the job. Roselle electric fit me into their tight schedule for electrical work on our pool installation and ended up saving us big money. Work was top notch, would definitely call them back for all of my future electrical work.

    We were extremely pleased with the work done by Roselle Electric The guys installed a chandelier, sconces and pendent lights. It was impressive how they were able to minimize the areas of cutting into the drywall in order to do this installation. We highly recommend this company and are happy to give them 5 stars.

    Needed some quick work done due to something turned up on a home sale inspection. Called around and everyone was saying two to four weeks due to full schedules. Roselle Electric said the same but also added since we were local, if something opened up or a job was finished earlier than expected, they’d see if they could work us in. Next day, they called and said they could have someone at our house in 30 minutes. Work was quickly done and an item on our home sale “fix-it” list crossed off.

    We hired Roselle Electric to install fixtures, make a few new conduit and wiring runs, install updated wiring in our circuit breaker box at our house and were 100% pleased with the service and quality of work. Both guys were very careful with the furniture and even vacuumed up the drywall pieces and dust when they were done. All in all great work and would definitely hire them again.

    I will be recommending Roselle Electric to anyone who needs an Electrician.I had a light fixture that I was switching out that was 18 feet high. Two guys came over for this installation and another light fixture in a different roomWho has money to throw out the window? I dont. I will be hiring Roselle Electric in the future because I want a quality job done without being ripped off. I have used over companies in the past, that spent less time and charge a ridiculous amount more, not again.

    We have used Roselle Electric many times. Their service is great. They are honest people and will list their prices for all of their work before they do it. We have had some bad experiences with other electricians in the past that tried to upsale us and say we needed things done to our house that did not need to be done. Roselle told us that what they said was dishonest and that it did not need to be done. I really appreciated that because I dont know that much about electrical issues. They are always on time and do great work. I highly recommend them!

    Im super happy with the work they did, the work came in at the estimated price even with some last minute changes I made. Everything looks and works great and my electrician, Jacob, was the best.     Absolutely AMAZING company and people. Had one of my main power lines going from box to breaker short and blow out. Lost half power on Sat but wasnt aware of severity until comed finally showed up today (long story there they were ZERO HELP) but now needed to cut all the power bc of safety issues. In comes Roselle Electrical Service Inc to save the day. From initial call to job complete was just over 2 hrs. He was at my house working within 20 mins of the call out. My electrician was Dan and he was absolutely amazing! Very professional and worked very quickly to restore my power. He didnt waste any time knew exactly what he was doing and got right down to it. He even went above and beyond. Total cost w/ parts and labor was more than reasonable and they are very clear about it up-front so you know what to be expecting. 10/10 would recommend and God forbid I have any more electrical issues I know who Ill be calling. You should too. If youre in need of electrical work/repairs...look no further, this is the company you want to hire.A big thank you again to Roselle Electric and to Dan for working so quickly to get my power back on!

    Excellent service from beginning of quote to end of job. Quoting process was simple, Tim explains everything and does a thorough review of your needs so that he can work of the most efficient quote possible. Dan & Steve did the work - new panel, breakers, two dedicated outlets and a new outlet from an existing outlet... all within 5.5 hours.     This was literally one of the best experiences Ive had with a contractor. I called after we had some electrical issues with an outlet. It was after hours so I had another company come out on Wednesday to fix it. Boy, what a mistake! Shouldve waited for Roselle Electric to come out the following day instead. Anyway, the electrician (from the other company, not Roselle) said we had major issues, and we have to replace our full panel, saying it could cost up to $1300, mostly labor. We werent quite confident that what we were being told was accurate, so we reached out to Roselle. They were able to squeeze us in. Tom showed up, and was funny, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He looked through our panel, and explained how it worked, and what he was seeing (which was a whole lotta nothing wrong). He reviewed our meter and electrical box outside and had some recommendations for things ComEd needs to fix. He even gave us some recommendations on some interior lighting improvements. Once everything was said and done, nothing needed to be repaired on our end, and he didnt charge us anything for the trip! I was so excited to find a great electrical contractor that I feel like I can trust, I called my work and told a few of my coworkers (some need work done at their houses) about Roselle. I will never go to another company, and will hands down trust that if and when I do need an expensive repair, that theyre the ones to do it. I feel like I can trust that theyre going to give me a fair shake and not overcharge for the sake of it.

    This is the kind of company you want to do business with. Experienced, professional and their work was perfect. We had a new 200 amp panel, dedicated 20 circuit run and a 230v circuit and outlet installed in the garage as well as a generator transfer switch installed and Roselle Electric did it all in less than two days. Affordable as well. This is the company you want to call if you need electrical work done.

    If youre looking for electrical work, dont go anywhere else. Roselle electric are great.I called them to give me an estimate on a small job installing an additional light switch . After reviewing,it was determined what I wanted wasnt workable. But, they came up with a great solution. I also had them install an electrical box in the ceiling for a fan.     Highly recommend Roselle Elec. Fast and professional service. Between my family and I we have used them 4 times already and are always pleased with their service. Tim has come out several times for electrical issues and located the problem and repaired it. The latest one is when I had a short in the line that led to my pool filter. (Now thats an issue). Turns out it was something minor and he repaired it by running some new pipe and wires. As good as new.

    Our electrician, Dan, was great. When he arrived, he quickly began to figure our why some of our outlets were not working and explained his findings. He gave us our options and started to fix the problems immediately. Dan checked everything before leaving and explained the billing. There were no hidden costs or up-charges. He cleaned up and made sure everything was put back in place. The price was very reasonable and we will use them in the future (we will definitely request Dan).     We cannot say enough good things about Roselle Electric. We have been using this company for years (and at many different houses). They are always reliable and knowledgeable. We normally have Dan come out. Most recently we had larger projects and we had both Dan and Eric. Just great guys! They arrive on time (or early!). They always wear shoe covers. They treat you and your house with respect. They go above and beyond in every way. They know what they are doing. They take the extra time to do everything with care but they are also fast and efficient and not wasting your time. They are professional. They know what they are doing and can answer any questions you have. They always make it a point before leaving to make sure everything is picked up, done the right way, and make sure you don’t have anything else that needs to be done. And they are so affordable for the quality of work you get! We can’t recommend roselle electric and especially Dan and Eric enough.     Dan came in and inspected the electrical panel after it got wet from an upstairs bathroom flood. Water came into the panel and got some of the breakers wet. He dried off the breakers and turned the main power back on. He also removed took down our kitchen light fixture which also got wet.     Tim came out for estimate which was reasonable. Steve and Dan did the work. All three gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. Cost a bit higher than the estimate due to another major problem discovered when one of the existing fans taken down - there wasnt even an electrical box, just bare wires not even encased in anything like conduit. Additional charge very reasonable and totally understandable. Everything was checked with me before it was performed. Will hire again in a heartbeat.

Due to COMED incompetence another person came out and put in a temp. meter jumper since our meter was bad and COMED was basically OK leaving us without power for an unknown amount of time in 90 deg. temperature. They did not have to put this jumper in as their job was done but they went above and beyond to get me electricity. 4 days later, 5 calls and COMED STILL has not come out despite promises theyd be there each day. Roselle Electric sure knows how COMED operates! Thanks guys, you saved me a hotel stay, a fridge full of bad food and 2 pounds of sweat!!

    Had the company come out to change out 4 outlets and check the wiring in the house. They went above and beyond by scheduling around our 1 year old sons nap time. An electrician named Dan came out, and I must say, this was the single most professional, efficient, and informative experience with an electrician weve ever had. Dan went above and beyond, was ultra friendly, got the job done quick, and explained every step. He even taught me a few new things about GFI outlets and other electrical information. Recognizing that our son might be attracted to the lights on the outlets, he even put electrical tape over the lights on the outlet, something we didnt even think of. Thank you so much for everything. Well be calling your for any electric work in the future for sure!

    It was a simple job, replacing two smoke detectors, but the Electrician, Dan, was polite and efficient. He then asked about a third smoke detector and I didnt think I had three, but we went to the basement and low and behold there was a third one. Since I had only purchased two, he took the time to show me how I could do the third on my own if I felt comfortable. But dont hesitate to call us, if you decide not to do it.
