I arrived home after a 7 day trip to a burst water tank at 2 a.m. It was a terrible feeling. But I must say, Steve, Jimmy and Lamont really took care of me. After a phone call, Jimmy arrived at 3 a.m. to assist me, Steve called around 8 a.m. to check on me and to let me know they were working on getting someone to my house and within a few hours Lamont arrived to install my new water tank. They were all professional, responsive, kind, the cost didnt put a hole in my pocket and the peace of mind that I now have is invaluable. I am totally grateful and thankful for the technician that came out to my home this morning. I have been dealing with this issue with my kitchen sink for the longest time. Maintenance guy came out from my rental property and instead of him screwing something back on, he tied a shoe string to hold the hoses together and after awhile it caused the faucet to leak. Your technician came out, went and got me a new faucet and showed me exactly what the guy did previously to “patch it up”. I truly appreciate this company for resolving this issue and kudos to your technician once again. Thank you so much!!!

Tyler came to my home and was very polite and respectful of my property. He thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done. Jimmy came out and fixed a clog we had, he was excellent! After knowing he released the clog, he was still spent another 30 minutes just running water everywhere to make sure we were all good. He was also very good with making sure he kept everything clean and didn’t make a mess in the midst of him doing his work. Great customer service!

Josh was stellar. He was at my house, diagnosing issues less than 2 hours after I called. Each of Joshs proposed issues were accurate. He explained every issue thoroughly in terms I could understand. He was in and out in under 1 hour. Josh left me with some great advice on avoiding further issues. And I know things will come up, so Stilwell would be by first call based on this experience. Last thought, the service is what you expect, but the personality and professionalism of a technician makes an enormous difference to a customer in terms of quality of service. So in my case, yes the job was done right but I expected that, so Josh was the reason why I would call Stilwell again if needed.

I had placed a service call for a bathroom issue at our manufacturing plant. They scheduled the service call for the next morning at 8am. The service technician, JOE, showed up promptly at 8am. When he arrived, I asked him if he could also take a look at another drain issue that had just occured the night before. He repaired both issues and it took him all of 30 minutes for both. Just excellent service and Joe took the time to explain what the issues were for both. I highly recommend Stilwell for any Commercial or Residential plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

Joe and Max came to install a flex line and bring my gas valve up to code so I can have installed a new gas stove. They both were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. So far everyone has been great!

My latest project involved Moving the piping behind a wall to install a pedestal sink and installing a new faucet in the upstairs bathroom tub. Both things that they did were done perfectly! They were there when they said, the price was a little less than they quoted over the phone And most of all my wife is happy! I would recommend stillwell plumbing to anyone. They do good work at a fair price and I havent been disappointed yet!

These guys were phenomenal! They made sure they fit me into their schedule the day of the call no matter what and ended up coming at 8pm on a Friday night for a leak my neighbors were having and thought it was my pipe leaking. They were actually better than the city plumbers who got it all wrong and he was able to identify the source of the leak correctly for everyone which was in fact NOT from my house. They took all the heat of the complaining neighbors off me as well as helped them find the source correctly. Super Grateful!! Thanks a million you guys!!

Great service and fairly priced!After the flush of the toilet in the upstairs bathroom led to water seeping through the ceiling into my living room, I put in an emergency call at 5:30 am, they gave me instructions to be able to stop the water from flowing and had someone to my house by 7am. Troy (the service man) was knowledgeable and speedy with a diagnosis of a clogged pipe out to the main line. They called in what was needed to fix the clog and was all finished before 10am!PS those disposable/flushable wipes will clog your pipes, I would suggest avoiding them!

Ive had Stilwell Plumbing come to my house(s), each time they showed up within the service window, and were able to resolve the issues I had. Ive read some of the other reviews and were shocked. Most of the bad reviews I saw included a warranty company (AHS, ...). Ive dealt with a few of them before, and Im not surprised. The company that comes out to do the work, must work through the warranty company to figure out what they can / cant do.The service and support Ive had with Stilwell Plumbing was excellent, and I would call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

Used through American Home Shield. Jeff assessed the job at the initial visit and plumber came out for 2nd visit to do the job. Replaced cracked sewage pipe. Both had to dig into the ceiling and walls and were very conscientious of cleaning the area. The pipe is replaced and now am scheduled to have the drywall repaired with Stillwell. Always have been pleased with their work and and professionalism. Highly recommended.

They removed and installed 2 new faucets in the master bathroom sinks,swept my floor, and cleaned my rugs. Tyler even found my missing earring! Very thorough service and competent, nice young men. I must say that these people cannot be beat. This company was by far one of the best prices and service in the area. Believe me, I called 6 different companies and no one came close. They were also very courteous, professional, friendly, its everything you want in a business. The repair we needed done was our water line that comes from the city and They were very efficient. They kept everything clean and precise and that was no easy task considering the space that they had. They even came back the next day and topped everything off with hay and grass seed, something that many company’s don’t do or just charge extra. All and all, this is the best plumbing company around. I was a bit worried from past reviews about this company had to use them for home warranty and were the only ones able to come out same day. within the time range they gave of 10am to 2pm came around 1:00ish. My well pressure switch was not working so was rather quick repair. The plumber that came named Scott was down to earth and explained everything in detail. he is an older plumber so has more experience then others. so far so good will update review if needed
