    At first meeting, I knew SumrickBuilders was the right choice for my water damage repair. Patrick was so reassuring in the task at hand and providing insight on what the job would entail. Kevin Kirk was a great project manager and answered any questions I had. I was away for most of the repair and he worked well with my daughter. His project team with Jose and crew were awesome. They were cheerful and busy and every now and then, someone would be singing to a song they were listening to. They were very efficient and finished in time to unpack and be ready for Thanksgiving. Kristen, thank you for all your help in getting the paperwork to the insurance company. I appreciated all of you and wish you a happy holiday and joy and peace in the new year.PS. I have kept your number for future jobs…..hopefully not dealing with insurance company.

    We just had our second project done by Sumrick and we couldnt be happier!A few years ago, Sumrick did a full gut and renovation of our home, including 3 baths and a kitchen. The whole experience was easy on us as homeowners and the finished results were great.We are in a new house now and we asked Sumrick to redo our kitchen. Same great service and results! Bill and everyone we worked with are professional, nice, and excellent at what they do. They are there when they say they will be there, and the communication is top notch!We have more projects to do and will definitely work with Sumrick again.

    The Sumrick team gutted my 100 year old house down to the studs and turned our home into our dream home. Everyone who works for them is top notch. They completed the project in half the time of their competitors and the pricing was fantastic. This was not an easy job… we had to add steel beams to increase the ceiling heights and to open up the house to enjoy the water views we now enjoy. I have never written a review before but absolutely feel compelled to do so because these guys knocked the ball out of the park.

    We had a flood in our house in Hicksville. This company was very professional, reliable and very timely in the repairs. This was not a little job and they got it done within 90 days.     Building or renovating your house can be extremely daunting, especially when it seems like everyone knows some one who does remodeling. Bill Hodge and his team at Sumrick do an outstanding job of building your dream house while including you every step of the way. Youre in constant contact with him and his team in every phase, and Bill acts like every home he works on is his own. By far one of the best contractors Ive worked with.

    My house had sustained water damage from broken PVC on the second floor. The water leaked onto the first floor causing damage to my kitchen and living room area.I had called 3 home improvement companies to interview for the job. One company made an appointment and didn’t show one company showed and never followed up with an estimate. Kevin from Sumrick showed on time and presented a very through and professional inspection of the damage and followed up with a timely estimate for repairs. The work I contracted Sumrick to perform was not limited to repair of the water damage, but also included renovations that were not related to the water damage. The renovations on top of the water damage repair were removing an existing fireplace and mantle, rip up and replacement of new wood flooring, the removing of a wall and posts, the tiling of new fireplace, the installation of of hand made fireplace mantle, and interior painting. Each day of repair and renovation the workers were on time. All updates on steps either scheduled or completed were done on a portal that was an email between the company and myself. Each email was answered by both Kevin the owner and the office promptly. Kevin also assigned me with dealing with my homeowners insurance company, and submitted proof through a secondary inspection of the damage to my homeowners insurance that raised the amount I was originally issued by finding missteps and mistakes in the insurance companies adjusters report.My work was completed on time and with zero issues. Updates were provided on a daily basis and the entire experience with Sumrick was top shelf. I couldn’t be happier with not only the service provided but in the end with the quality of work that not only repaired the damage to make it appear nothing had ever occurred, but to expand the work to include much needed renovations. I have enclosed before and after pictures and would also like to note that Sumrick’s builders built my fireplace mantle off pictures I had found online and provided them. I give permission to Sumrick to provide my contact to anyone who may be considering their services.

    I used Bon the Diver to fix a leaking pool. Bob was ontime, and extremely professional . He couldnt find the leak when he came but that was due to the pool not being clean enough . Bob returned after the pool was clean and found several holes which he patched . He didnt charge me for an additional service call. Once he repaired the leaks I filled the pool and to my amazement it lost water . But it stopped at the skimmer line. I called Bob and he suggested I check the hoses. Coincidentally a hose had blown out and I replaced it . Bob is a great guy and will recommend him to anyone that needs to fix a leaking pool .

    The team at Sumrick Builders are top notch. They did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation at an excellent price. Patrick explained all my options thoroughly, was up front with all costs, and put me in the position to build my own bathroom in my budget. Everything came out exactly as I dreamt it and I wouldnt call anyone else for my next renovation! Thank you Sumrick and Patrick!

    Bill and his team are great (and also very very patient)! We had damage in our house and they handled everything from beginning to end. They kept us informed every step of the way. And, the flooring looks amazing! Bill listened to all of my concerns and made excellent suggestions. Highly highly recommend them.

    These guys are really good. They did a job for me five years ago and I had a question about something that they did and how I might apply a technique that they used for something new that I want to do. My question did not involve them getting a new job. But Patrick spent time with me - first on the phone and then in detailed email communications after asking me to send him photographs. He was very helpful. And it goes to show that Sumrick Builders is very customer friendly. Their initial work five years ago was very good and their willingness to help me many years later (without compensation) was icing on the cake.

    Bob the diver arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my pool liner. He found the leak, took a picture of it and sent it to me and proceeded to repair the leak.

    Sumrick converted my parents shower to a walk in by removing the tub and tiling the floor and adding doors. Price was very affordable and work was impeccable.
