Quinton and Rob were fantastic!!! My house was built in 1941 and Im pretty sure the toilet was from that time as well. We have had serious plumbing issues for a long time, resulting in extremely damaged and rotten flooring underneath. Two other plumbing companies came, saw and went bye immediately. I called Rob and Quinton came out the next day and tackled this mess like a champ!! Ive never experienced such enthusiasm and amazing customer service.. Im so thankful for these guys!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night after trying to do some work ourselves. After leaving desperate messages for 4 companies, the owner Rob was the only one to call us back. He walked us through a temp fix for the night so the leak wouldn’t damage our home. He was really nice and professional. Then he came by himself the next morning and fixed the issue. He immediately knew the problem, something to do with thread size of a part and happened to have the slightly rare part he needed to fix our pipe in his truck. He was kind, speedy, very reasonable priced and did a fantastic job. We liked him so much that we asked him to do another project we had planned to do ourselves. Good thing because he needed a special tool to do it, which he had on hand and would have taken us s while to realize we needed it. It took him just a few minutes to do everything. No more plumbing projects for us, we’ll just call Rob from now on.

I have know and referred work to Rob, Robert, and Morgan for over 15 years and have never be disappointed. talk about fast response and professionalism along with doing the best work!? After experiencing incompetent and unprofessional plumbers I finally called My Plumber.Robert responded immediately. He provided a solution two other drain cleaners could not and saved me from cutting open the walls to access the pipe.He was friendly and professional. Explained what he was capable of, and worked quickly.I’m very satisfied and will repeat business for all plumbing needs.

Rob came out late on a Friday afternoon and ended up staying to replace the water heater. Im sure he was home late for dinner but he finished the job so we would have hot water over the weekend. He was quick, friendly and I would highly recommend him!

I picked this company based on their reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed!! The owner Rob was professional and friendly, and he had Morgan out within an hour of my call for help. Morgan was great! Fixed my clogged toilet quick and he was super nice! Thank you My Plumber! Highly recommended!

Rob came out to my home as I had leaks coming from unknown source. He has EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, asked many questions over the phone to assess the problem possibility before he come out. Rob picked up the parts he thought he would need, checked all the possible problem areas and went right to work. The problems were solved in no time, and recommendations to replace were given. Rob is the owner and a very pleasant gentleman. I would call him again for help.
