Brian has helped us so much the last month! First, our very old tank went out and he was over in a few hours and had it replaced the next day. Yesterday evening we noticed we didn’t have much water. I texted him at 7:30 this morning and he was in our driveway by 9. We thought we’d have to wait until Thursday to replace wiring due to a fence/trees being in the way… but my husband came home and fixed those things and Brian drove by at 7pm and got to work to replace all the wiring and our pump so we had showers by 9pm. I couldn’t thank him enough for being so kind, honest and hardworking!

Big Bear Resort in Hollister, MO used A&B Well & Pump Services on 12/29/2022 for our Well Water Pump Replacement. The company worked late into the night to replace the water pump and get the well working for the community of over 300 lot owners. They did an exceptional job and thanks to them we all have water again.

Our pump went out on Sunday and Bryan came out in 15 minutes to fix the problem. It turned out to be the capacitor that took only minutes to replace and we had water again. He informed us there was a ground showing up on the pump but he suggested waiting until the pump went out unless we just wanted to replace the pump now. He said it could last for days or years. We decided to go ahead and replace the pump because we didn’t want to be without water. Bryan was pleasant and his price were reasonable. I would recommend him.

I cant recommend Brian highly enough. He came quickly, was very knowledgeable, willing to stay as long as necessary (which in our case was a while since we have a shared well and the same conversation had to happen a couple of times), honest, reasonably priced and just very warm and friendly. He was even good with our dogs. All the stars for A & B Well & Pump Services.

Bryan came on a Sunday and had me up and going with a new pump by Tuesday evening. He was willing to stay and get done on Sunday but I had some trouble getting a tree limb out of the way. He was the best part of this whole experience.
