    Ryan and his associate completed a few electrical projects for me. I needed various new plugs and a surge protector for my boxes. I breed and own very expensive fresh water fish and Ryan was very sensitive to my issue of making sure they were protected in which I appreciated so much. They completed the projects in a very timely manner and his work was thorough. I highly recommend him for all your electrical needs.

    We were installing a replacement ceiling fan and having difficulty navigating the wiring that included (2) 3-Way switches. After attempting it multiple times, we called Ryan to essentially ask for a service call appt (in case there was an underlying issue) and ended up on Facetime. He wasnt feeling well and yet, he still diagnosed the issues virtually and walked us thru it step-by-step until it was up and running. We were so thankful and grateful that he took the time to help. We will definitely call him for future electrical needs.

    These guys were fantastic. Their work was exceptional. They replaced my power pole and everything with it. They arrived when they said they would. They didn’t fool around and waste time. They went straight to work. It did take them some time to complete but there was a lot of work involved. They were able to do it in a matter of hours. When you pull into my driveway this is the first thing you see so I wanted it to be a neat and clean install. It was done right. The wires were kept together and secured cleanly. There were no stray wires left anywhere. The pole itself was set straight and braced accordingly. Once all was done they held to their pricing. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no cussing, no crap talk. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again.

    Great service and reasonable prices. They installed my ceiling fan in the living room and the light in my daughters bedroom. They are very respectful and show up when they say they will. They done a wonderful job. I could not be any happier with their service. Call them for all your electrical needs. You wont be disappointed.

    Austin from Trent Electrical was wonderful. Very knowledgeable & efficient.He removed two old kitchen light/fan units and installed new ones.     We had a tree fall on our power line at 7pm on a Friday night. It pulled the lines down and broke the weather head over. Ryan and another gentleman (cant remember his name) were on site not long after Holston Electric disconnected the main line. They had the weather head repaired in no time and did a great job! We had the power back on by 1am on a Friday night after a big storm blew thru the area. Thats unheard of!!! I definitely recommend Trent Electrical to anyone needing work done and Ill use them again myself.

    I cannot say good things about these guy they went well above what the normal electrician would have done. They explained everything they were doing and walked me through it as well while that were figure out the issue. They stayed till they figured it out. They were very reasonable on price. they also got me on their schedule quick. They were vey nice and professional. Also if it help I am a single mom, its just me and my boys, so having people come into my home to work on things makes me nervous. however I had no reason to be. I would definitely recommend. I will be using this guys in the future.

    Ryan and his crew came out to my house Tuesday and we identified some issues with my home on a outlet I was concerned with. He identified the issue within minutes and explained what I needed to have done to make sure my equipment and family was safe. I had to run back to Morristown for a quick errand and by the time I was back his team was finishing up the work we agreed upon. I highly recommend these guys for all your needs.     Arrived on time. Polite! Adhered to his estimate. We had a few error parts with one of our fans and Ryan helped us order the correct part. Gave us advice on how to remedy another project better (ordering the proper replacement bulbs) which, in the end, will save us money. Highly recommended!!

    I called about a short in a light switch. I made an appointment for a certain time and date, because we were going to be out of town. Autry can on the date and time we agreed on. He fixed the short and I asked if he could replace a chandler with a ceiling fan that had. Both were don in a timely matter and at a very reason price. We will deffently be using them again.

    Called Ryan about the electrical issues I was having. He told me he should be able to come within 2, 3 days and would call me. Sure enough, he did and told me what day and time he could come. He and his other guy showed up on time and told me what was needed. They went and got the supplies that they needed and came back the same day and got it done. There did end up being a bit more needed than I expected but glad its done! They were nice and professional, cleaned up behind themselves which I so appreciated. Yes, I would recommend Trent Electrical. I so appreciate the promptness, previous experiences have not been as good!
