Was able to get an appointment relatively quickly around the holidays. Sent me an email with tech photo and timeframe to expect. Texted me when he was on his way. Christian did some outstanding work - fixing probs other electricians had goofed on. Installed new hard wiring for a range hood, fixed ceiling lighting issues in bedrooms and installed new lighting in new closet. Lots of back and forth in attic and back down to rooms, high attention to detail lining things up and double checking work. Thrilled with his work as we feel he knew what he was doing and pleasant - so hard to find these days! HIghly recommend and will definitely use again.

I called at 3 pm on the Friday before Christmas, which means its emergency hours, and I was in panic mode because family are arriving. I was patched through to Matt, who was more than patient and gracious in listening to me, asking his questions, and he helped diagnose the issue over the phone. He walked me through what turned out to be a fairly common issue with breakers overheating and saved me an emergency service and fee. No charge for the phone call! Its so refreshing to talk to someone who genuinely wants to help. I will be calling them for future service needs and referring them to neighbors, family, and friends.

We needed a lighting chandelier replaced and dimmers installed, and we did not know who to call, as we are new to the area. Just by chance we called Its Electric, and we are very happy we did! The entire experience was like clockwork. They were on time, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, best pricing around, and they cleaned up after they were finished. I hired Its Electric the first time to do general electrical work around my home as I prepared to get my home ready to sell. They did a terrific job - they were professional, friendly, prompt, and fixed everything in a relatively short amount of time. The second time I hired them was to fix the pool lights on my in-ground pool. The lights they were replacing were very old and they spent hours researching the Internet trying to find me the best deal...without charging me extra. They showed up when they said they would and did another terrific job. I would highly, highly recommend.

We had large remodel project in our home. We submitted a request on Home Advisor looking for plumbing, electrical, etc. We received a call from Its Electric the very next day. Through Matt Gifford, our GC, we used Its Electric and were very pleased with the ease of scheduling, and communication was outstanding. Due to the size of the job, there were multiple visits. Gavin showed up on our first appointment and we were very impressed with his professionalism and great attitude. We specifically requested that he be the electrician that would respond and complete the rest of electrical needs for the remodel. Matt said, absolutely no problem. Weve been extremely impressed with Its Electric and highly recommend them.

Gavin arrived promptly for our appointment. He was polite, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. We are thrilled with the results! My mom is having a house warming/birthday party today & as she was setting up over 80% of her house lost electricity. She was so upset, we didn’t think we would be able to find any help last minute on a Saturday & then we were connected with Its Electric. The owner was at my moms house within an hour & was quickly able to solve all of the issues. They literally saved the day!!

The first time using we had It’s Electric out a small-ish electrical job in which several new outlets needed to be run from our breaker box to our crawl space for a sump pump & a large dehumidifier. They were able to get the job done quickly and within a few days of calling to schedule it. We were so happy with It’s Electric, that we had them back out on a second occasion to help us fix a minor electrical issue. We had outlets that worked about half the time and after inspecting half of them decided we should hire a professional because I just wasn’t sure what was wrong 😑. Turns out it was just a loose wire (who knew) but after checking half and getting the same error I would have never known had the electrician not informed us. (I also would have probably never solved it myself).Overall we are super happy with both jobs that It’s Electric helped us with. We will hands down use them again in the future!

I recently purchased a house from 1925 so almost 100 years old depending on when you are reading this. I shopped around different companies in the area. The first company quoted me max pricing and did not listen to my needs (cough franchise with a giggle). Second company did not even show up to the quote. Its Eclectic showed up on time, worked around my schedule, listen to what I needed and to the vision I had for the house for the future. Quoted me, didnt try to sale me, on what I wanted today and what it would cost for the future. When they came to do the work it was clean, professional and on time for my short timeframe. How clean was the work? when I went to check on the progress I had no clue anyone was in my house except for seeing the work they had done. That is how clean and respectful of your property their employees are. To my surprise unlike other contractors that did work on the house, they respected and appreciated the value of the house being so old and unique that no damage was done to any part of the house that compromised the homes integrity of the homes authenticity. This team is 100% legit. They will be the first team I will call in the future because they gained my trust and respect.

I have recently remodeled my house and need some electric work to be done. I have shopped around for multiple electricians around the area and called Matt (Owner of this company) as well to get me a quote. Hes very professional and good person at heart. Gave me a quote thats better than anyone in the area. Scheduled a service right away and the electricians are all certified and they show up on time! Electrician who came to work is also Matt (Another one - Company is employing Matts I guess :)). He did a perfect job! Very well thought through in his work and explained me what hes doing. Its a small local company which is striving to do best. Highly recommend them for anyone!

Gavin form Its Electric spent several days in my home doing a big list of electrical upgrades and fixes. He was always on time and made sure to cover areas where he was working and cleaned up messes made from the work he did. If youve had work done in your home, you know these two things alone are not always done, so I truly appreciated this attention to detail. Gavin made sure all my work was done the way I wanted down to the last detail. Hes super friendly and responsive and even tolerated my dog keeping a watchful eye on him the whole time. It’s Electric (and Plumbing) saved us! We were having problems with a new build after a house fire. After we let the builder go, the Electrician and Plumber quit midstream. What a mess it was but It’s stepped in and weeded thru the mistakes and got it finished! Matt (owner)came out to the site evaluated everything. Walked thru the home and showed us what was wrong, why it was wrong and what needed to be done. The schedulers were very communicative so we knew what days they’d be here and for how long. This was because they were squeezing us in between already scheduled jobs which we so appreciated!! Jerry (electrician) and his crew were so pleasant to work with. It was such a relief being able to feel confident in their knowledge after losing our home to a fire.Bottom line: this company can communicate effectively, is very knowledgeable, operates with utmost integrity and financially reasonable. We will never use a different company from here on out.

Had a last-minute electrical issue and we were trying to figure out who wed call. Its Electric was our first choice because they recently merged with an HVAC provider wed always used. Im glad we called them!Part of it was luck on our part, but they had an electrician at my doorstep within 15 minutes of calling and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 30 minutes. Very responsive, very professional, very fast, very good work.

From the quoting process through installation, the team was prompt (which I rarely expect from contractors these days but was happily surprised). Great customer service! The owner took my call after hours and was extremely helpful and took his time answering my questions thoroughly. Price was fair, not cheap and not expensive. Work was good quality and exactly what they told me it would be. They sent out a master electrician to build the free quote for me and he was great. Answered all my questions, didnt try to upsell me on anything, only tried to sell me exactly what I needed.They installed an electrical outlet for me to charge my Tesla.
