    Marx Construction has done both a full 700sqft mother in law addition onto our home but also a kitchen remodel for us. When we first started the process of the addition, Mark Valdez was the only one who was willing to give me information on if we were anywhere in range ($) of adding an addition to our home. We had never done any kind of project so big and everyone else just told us on the phone that they’d come out in a few weeks and then they’d let us know about money. They weren’t even willing to give an overall estimate.. but from the first phone call Mark was more than willing to answer questions I had. They did a great job on the addition.. Mark orchestrated everything for us the entire time (back in 2019). In 2023 we ended up getting a kitchen remodel from Marx again and this time we worked mainly with Tabitha & Weston. Our kitchen was outdated to say the least and looks so much better now.

    My wife and I would like to thank Mark of Marx Construction for the many hours of planning with very helpful 3D designs and line item cost analysis. We have 5 projects planned. The first only has to do with our Master Bathroom.Our house is brand new. It lacked adequate ADA bathing and showering facilities. Because of my disabilities I needed a shower that I could use a wheelchair in and a shower that I could sit on a bench to shower with special Delta equipment. Weston the project manager was able to accomplish these goals completely. The Marx team is very respectful and efficient. Of the 9 companies that bid for our business Marx Construction is the only company that gave us a reasonable in writing bid. Best wishes from Michael and Susan Small

    We recently had our home remodeled by Marx construction. They did such a great job paying attention to detail and giving us exactly what we wanted. The kitchen is my new favorite part of our home.In our master bathroom they did a full remodel and it turned out beautifully- better than I could imagine. My bathtub and natural stone shower look so luxurious.We can’t say enough good things!

    We recently had Mark Valdez with Marx Construction do a complete kitchen remodel for us. It was a fair size project that included removing a couple walls and adding some structural support.Literally from the first call to completion Mark was timely and always available. Never once did I feel like I had to track him down to get answers. Compared to the other contractors we met with his pricing was beyond competitive. If I do another project hed be the first person Id call. Thanks Mark!

    I was referred to Marx Construction from a neighbor across the street of a rental property in Bentonville. Their initial consultation was very precise and detailed. They went beyond the items I had previously on my check list. (many recommendations were underling requirements that I had not thought of). As someone who is task and time oriented, their staff (team members as they call themselves) were always minutes early, always kept areas clean and completed the job early. As of this writing, they are working on another property in Rogers that is expected to take a reasonable time to complete. I highly recommend Marx Construction to anyone requiring construction work whether a new build or remodel. Their work was nothing short of perfection.

    I have to thank Mark Valdez of Marx Construction for saving me $100,000. I called for a remodel project that would have hopefully paid off. After his sage advice and he had crunched the numbers with me, both on the construction and finance sides, he talked me out of an admittedly risky idea and long on hope. I needed someone with such a varied background to see what I wanted to accomplish but also see the pitfalls of a potentially bad investment. I had tangentially know Mark before and he could have easily gotten my business but I appreciate the advice not to do it even more. I dont think many contractors would have done same.

    I’m in real estate and I recently did an open house for a home near Beaver Lake. During the open house, I had a LOT of compliments on the kitchen. When the owner of the home came back I was discussing the feedback with him and I told him about how everyone loved the kitchen. I asked him who did it and he said Marx Construction. He was very happy with the final job they did.

    Just finished a major home remodel using Marx Construction and we are very happy with the outcome. The remodel consisted of an enlargement and complete upgrade of the master bathroom, a conversion of a bedroom into a walk-in master closet, a master bedroom upgrade, a guest bathroom and bedroom upgrade, a complete mud room/half bath upgrade, new carpet, new wood flooring in the hallway, all new windows, and new Hardie Board external siding and trim. Westin was our project manager and he did a fantastic job! He listened to us, was flexible with any changes, responded quickly to our concerns, came with solutions to any problems, and maintained a strong attention to detail throughout the entire process. The remodel took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, but Westin was ultimately able to address these issues. We are very happy with the final result and recommend using Marx Construction for major home remodeling.

    We added a sewing studio room to our home for my wifes quilting enjoyment. Mark was quick to respond to my enquiry and took my rough drawing and put together plans for the project.During the project we made a couple modifications to our plans which Marx Construction was very open and accommodating.Hector, project manager for Marx Construction, was very attentive to our project, even though it was a small project compared to most of their other projects.During our project, materials became in short supply at warehouses. Hector was persistent and diligent to keep the project moving forward, with supplies and inspections on track.During our project we had a couple concerns. Hector was quick to respond to our communications and he made numerous trips to our home to assure progress was being made.I would recommend Marx Construction and I will use them again for future home improvement projects.

    We hired Marx Construction after a tree fell on our house. Their bid was competitive. They called us back and followed up quickly. They had to do a variety of jobs to fix the damage, including brickwork, roofing, drywall patching, painting and texturing, and wood siding repair. They came to do the work when they said they would, and they did it in a timely manner. We were happy with the quality of the work. The workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. We would hire them again.

    I highly recommend Marx Construction. They just completed a major project on my home after we suffered some tornado damage. They were prompt, communicated well and completed the job on time and on budget.     Marx Construction completed two major projects in our home: the first being a renovation of the main floor, including ceilings, trim, flooring, paint and custom kitchen. The following year, a similar renovation was completed in the family room in the lower level. The main positives about the company are integrity and transparency. Before a contract is signed, a detailed budget with payment schedule are set forth. Any changes we wanted were signed off before the work and therefore there were no surprises at the end. Although there were frustrations (time wise, and supply chain issues) during both processes, they’re to be expected in the current NWA market. The staff had good follow-up with us, listened to our concerns and found solutions. We have been very satisfied with the final results from Marx Construction.

    We unfortunately had water damage that lead us into a full closet redesign. I called Marx Construction to discuss repairing the damage & remodeling the entire closet. Mark was there the next day to assess the repairs needed & walk through my vision of a dream closet. He was patient & thorough with the style I was looking for. I gave him my paper drawings & he turned them into a 3D drawing so we had a visual. His design work was top notch & he nailed it exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend using Marx & their design services before starting construction. We are absolutely in love with our custom built remodel- they nailed it!
