    David and Marquise came out to my house today to reattach a lantern to a pole in my backyard and replace a vent in my master bathroom. They were friendly, helpful, and worked very fast! They did a great job!!

    I called them to fix/replace vent fan in a bathroom. They came out the SAME day, since they were in our area, and replaced the vent. Excellent work and men!!I called them today for appointment to come check/replace some can lights that we couldn’t reach in 9 foot ceilings. 15 MINUTES later they were at our door! HOLY COW talk about service!!This Rockdale company is an excellent one to deal with. Friendly people, and excellent workers!! If you need electrical work done, tell them Sheri recommended them!! No, I don’t get anything out of this!

    Robert was on time and very professional with his work. He fixed what needed to be done and explained the whole process as he went along. I have complete faith that my house wiring is safe. I will definitely recommend this company.

    We had a tricky job that involved installing a 330v outlet in an existing home for our new double ovens. Robert let us know the issue and gave us a worse case scenario and a best case scenario. We gave the go ahead to do the job. Robert and Nick were prompt, efficient and tidy. Best of all they were able to do the work in the best case scenario.

    We moved to Cameron in November 2015, we had called several local electrical companies to acquire estimates on a substantial amount of much needed electrical work, some never called back, others came out but never called back with estimate.Then I called Texas Electrical Service, they came the next day and spent several hours looking over the job, including climbing in a very hot attic and performed a very thorough investigation of our electrical problems, they discussed my options and in a few days emailed me the estimate in clear and comprehensible language. I agreed to the terms and they performed the work expeditiously and professionally, we were more than happy with the work and the price. We highly recommend them.

    These folks were great! I had problem with my dryer outlet and they came out the next morning and fixed it within 20 minutes. James was super friendly and really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend them! :-)

    I definitely recommend Texas Electrical Services. We used them for several repairs, including repairing a breaker panel, a blown light fuse, and installing a light fixture. They were very communicative and knowledgable, and charged a very fair price.

    In short, 5 stars is more than appropriate. Steve is a class act. Punctual, professional, and does what he says hes going to do.In greater detail, Steve and Texas Electrical Services came to our rescue when another electrical company left us to dry, and didnt do their job correctly. We had a tough time finding someone patient enough to help us with our problem, and Texas Electrical Services was borderline a godsend. Steve came in and not only explained step by step what we needed to do, but also got us in contact with the city inspectors to help us cut through red tape. He did not JUST get us in touch with city inspectors, but also emailed them multiple times and gave us phone numbers for the appropriate parties to contact. I cant thank them enough and it is good to know that good people are out there doing good jobs, especially after what we have been through. See my other reviews for the nightmare we went through with Genesis Electrical prior to Texas Electrical saving us.

    Had Asahel out to fix a light dimming/voltage drop issue I was observing in a house I recently moved into. He diagnosed it to a bad connection in the street-side pedestal and started the repair. As he is closing up the box a loose wire in the locked city-owned portion of the pedestal causes a large electrical short. Asahel patiently waited for the city to come out to unlock the box, worked with them to completely re-wire the pedestal, and only charged me for the hour it took him to fix my original issue despite working all afternoon. Now my light flickering and dimming has totally stopped and electric is solid as a rock. Thanks!!!

    Gfren and Ashel were very professional. On time, wearing masks and social distancing. They also put on gloves before entering the house. They were polite, listened, and were in and out quickly. They know their business. Thanks guys!!

    Texas electrical came to my home in Thorndale twice in order to make sure that my problem was taken care of that day. The owner was even willing to come to my home to make sure the electric was working properly.Great service and they genuinely seemed to care . I highly recommend them.

    Terrific customer service. Had them come out and install a 240v electric car charger. The service was prompt, and even though they had to schedule a second appointment to finish the job (the home builders fault, not theirs) the second appointment was just as timely and efficient as the first. The price quoted was the price they charged ... couldnt be happier!

    I had a tricky wiring problem in my old, old house. Robert spent many hours to find and fix the problem. Also Robin went out of her way to work with me on the billing, and also to work with my not-so-easy-to-deal-with insurance plan. I would recommend them to anyone!

    We had issues with a job performed by a previous company and we knew we wouldnt be calling that company again.My husband and I had worked with Hank Powell at Texas Electrical and felt confident that he would help us get these issues resolved so we contacted Tim at Texas Electrical Service to see if he could send Hank and his assistant, Tommy, out to help us. The office personal told us they would be out as soon as possible. It was a Friday morning. It was not an emergency. We were not in a huge rush. We flipped the problem breaker and figured we would hear from someone on Monday.Hank and Tommy showed up that afternoon! They found the problem within minutes and wanted to know if they could come back Saturday morning. There would need to be considerable time spent in the attic and it was over 100 degrees. We were surprised that they were willing to come back on the weekend but were thrilled with their quick response.Skip forward one day--they arrived, they fixed the problem (which was a fire hazard created by our previous electrician) and then proceeded to present us with a more-than-reasonable bill for their services. In todays world, it is refreshing to know that you can call a local company, get a real person on the phone, and have your problems resolved in less than 24 hours. That is what I call SERVICE!We will be using Texas Electrical Service for all of our future needs, both residential and agricultural.I would highly recommend Texas Electrical Service, its staff, and most importantly, its work! Hank and his assistant, Tommy, are professional, reliable, honest, and know their business. Working with them is a pleasure. You wont be disappointed!
