    We had a finicky furnace and when the first tech came, it was working fine. That night it stopped working. The next morning I called back and they got me a technician to come out same day and he was incredible! Of course when he arrived the furnace worked. However, Ben (technicians name) wanted to figure it out for us. He spent time and dug in and figured it out!! He was very kind, knowledgeable and personable!! Crawford is now my preferred company and Ben is my preferred technician!!

    HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, & TIMELY!I called Crawford to get a drain in my basement looked at and scheduled an appointment at 8:30am. Jack (the plumber) called me at 8:15 to verify the appointment & asked a couple more questions about our situation so he could grab any additional tools he might need. He was prompt & fixed it in about 1.5hrs. I paid $284 which was what i was quoted by the receptionist.This was the 2nd company i had look at the drain. The first company (Franklin Plumbing) quoted me $1400 for a jet line cleaning & he didnt do anything but look at the drain, he didnt turn on the water in the kitchen or bathroom & could not pin point where the water was coming from. So I called Petersen Plumbing & was quoted $650 for jet line cleaning & then called Crawford who quoted me $425 but the receptionist said rarely do they have to do that. Plumber came, snaked the drain, then scoped it so we could see if there was anything else needed & he said the pipes looked fine & did not need to be jet cleaned.Will update if any issues arise.

    Absolutely the best service possible. We could not be more pleased. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us and were incredibly easy to work with. They provided us more support and service than we had any right to expect after several delays developed (on our end) regarding installation of the air conditioner. We would have rated them 5 ++++stars if possible! Highly recommend!

    Brock responded promptly to my service call. He quickly diagnosed that a big tree root in my yard had caused a very large drainage pipe to fail. Unfortunately, the damaged pipe was near the base of a big tree, making it very difficult to repair the damaged pipe without removing or damaging the tree. He quickly scheduled a repair appointment, and his employee, Chase, repaired the pipe in record time--and managed to also save the tree! Throughout the entire repair process, I was so impressed with the companys outstanding communication, friendliness, honesty, and professionalism. Crawford Company is first-rate organization and can counted on to deliver exceptional services!

    Crawford installed both my AC and Furnace units this past August. In early October, the first time I had to use the furnace, I noticed a popping sound. I called Crawford, and they came out to look at it. As a result of their inspection, they installed a brand new furnace and took away the one they originally installed because the manufacturer wanted to look at the defect. They came out, made the exchange with no hassle, and they were quick to turn things around. This is the best utility company I have EVER worked with! The sales person, James, is very responsive, accommodating, helpful, and very knowledgeable, as were the techs who did the install, and I would highly, highly HIGHLY recommend Crawford Company to anyone looking to replace their AC or Furnace! They absolutely ROCK!!!

    From day one of my first call the staff was friendly and attentive to all my questions! The communication was beyond expectations!! I’m in the middle of a remodel project and they were excellent about being patient with me! When it was installation day the staff was one time and friendly. I did a complete system upgrade and I am beyond pleased!! They recommend a system that was perfect for our needs without being pushy about selling the top of the top of the line! I didn’t feel pressured to get beyond exactly what was needed for our house!! Definitely will recommend them and continue to use them for all my heating, plumbing and AC needs!!

    Crawford replaced my furnace, central air and hot water heater. Also installed a generator and wired for an upstairs laundry. They were absolutely outstanding throughout the process. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. From estimating to scheduling until the end of the project it couldnt have gone more smoothly.

    Ive used Crawford twice in the past six months. Once for plumbing and once for heating/air. Both times I was very impressed with their ability to get to me fast. Plumbing the day I called and heating the morning after I called. Work was done professionally, the personnel were friendly and helpful and I thought the prices were very reasonable. We replaced our furnace. The Crawford salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood our needs and budget and was helpful and friendly. The installers did a super job. Left everything cleaner than they found it and took time to explain what they were doing and how the new equipment operated. Id definitely recommend Crawford and will call them again if the need arises.

    Our furnace stopped heating on a Sunday evening. My call to Crawfords after-hours service number was promptly responded to by Casey M, who arrived shortly afterward. Casey quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed gas valve and fortunately had a replacement part on his truck. After installing the new part Casey double-checked that there were no gas leaks and double-checked the furnaces operation. Im appreciative of Caseys prompt response and efficient and professional service on a cold Sunday evening.

    On October 4th, Brad McDermott came to our house to inspect a leaky shower on the the second floor. What I assumed was going to be an expensive job with going through the downstairs ceiling to access a leaking pipe somewhere turned out to be a relatively routine fix! Brad called ahead, arrived on time, talked through the issues in a professional manner while not being condescending, and then fixed our leaking shower! He even provided contact information in case the problem wasnt resolved. We didnt need it, obviously, and the added peace of mind was welcome. Based off our experience, I highly recommend this company, and Brad should receive acknowledgement for a job well done!

    Our water heater went out yesterday. Crawford was the only company in the area that could give us an appointment right away. They came out this morning, assessed that our water heater had a hole in it. The service man called in and asked to have a new one delivered to our house. He waited till it arrived, which wasn’t too horribly long. He got the new one installed and took our old one too. My husband said the service man was nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely work with Crawford again! Thank you for making this a great experience!

    Excellent customer service from scheduling to job completion. The plumber was fantastic. He even cleaned up after himself! He doubled checked his work to make sure the drain was totally cleared!     Outstanding service and the crew was always allowing us to ask questions. All the piping was replaced to create better water pressure. They did EVERYTHING to make sure that we were happy before they said they were done. I felt that I was their number 1 customer with the communication. When I forgot what day they were coming to start, and they were on time, they offered to reschedule. These guys were great with great attitudes. Shout out to Chris who helped with every step of the way...even the weird issues they had working around me working from home.

    Crawford company was so helpful to us when we had a gas leak. They helped us get it fixed as soon as possible (and it wasnt a small job!) while other companies had us waiting almost a week before getting on the schedule. I cannot say enough great things about Crawford Company and their help. They also installed a water heater for us and made sure everything in the house that they installed was safe. Their employees are helpful and polite. They also helped with a leak that was caused by another company (leaking a gallon an HOUR haha...).     After 19 years of service to our home, our furnace finally gave up its ghost. So, here we are, no heat at all in the house. I called Crawford Company and explained that I was out of town but my wife was at home with no heat . They had someone out within a few hours. I had an estimate very quickly and even though they were swamped with work, Scott made arrangements to have it installed faster than normal. They said they would be there between 8-8:30, he got there at 7:45. He did his work, left no mess at all, even left extra filters for us. He was professional and polite the entire time. I was in constant communication with someone from the company at all times and Scott even worked on it through the weekend, including Sunday.I HIGHLY recommend this company. They had our back in a time of desperation they can do the same for you as well, give them a call.

    Professional company with fantastic installers. Installed a new Bryant HVAC system in my house and from start to finish the job was completed flawlessly. From the project planning, the professional installers and the follow up everything was planned and completed as promised.     Having to deal with a broken water heater and the warranty company is enough to give a person a heart attack from all the frustration. Calling Crawford company… I have to say, with all the excuses companies use during the pandemic, not once did I feel taken advantage of. I was made a priority. Today my family has a brand new tankless water heater and are showering!!! Lol it’s amazing how much we take for granted sometimes. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, quick response and actually cared what we as a family were going through. If I ever waste my time writing a review it’s usually I am angry or frustrated about another complacent company looking to squeeze everything they can out of a person. Not with Crawford Company!

    Had a furnace go out. They were up-front, fast, and had a new furnace installed and working within 4 hours of arriving at the house. No temporary heat needed - even on a cold day!     The Crawford Company recently installed a gas line for my new stove. Their proposal employee was extremely knowledgeable & quick in turning around their quote. It was a difficult job and a couple area companies would not give me a quote. Crawford was in and out in 3 hours and cleaned up after they were done.     I cannot say enough about the professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and value of the work Crawford Company did for my family. We had a sewer line fail suddenly in the middle of the summer floods, and my friends said good luck getting anyone to answer a plumbing or sewer call in less than a week. One call to Crawford and they were at house within hours to accurately diagnose the problem. Once friends heard that we had an outside sewer line fail, they gave me a price that included five figures--not what any home owner wants to hear. Crawford brought in an entire team that worked around the clock to remedy the problem. The work to trench, remove old pipe, and lay new pipe was dirty and time consuming, but it also would have been stressful without the care the Crawford team spent to convey to me what was going on every step of the way. My husband, who understands sewer lines while I do not, was out of town, so the pressure was on me to make the hard decisions. I very much appreciated the time Crawford took to answer all my questions and explain my options. (And Ill add that the final price was half of what my friends had warned me it would be.) I highly recommend this company!

    Great experience consistently. Several years ago we tried to maintain the original HVAC system and extend its life. But ended up with some late night or weekends calls for help to Crawford. They always responded quickly. Eventually we decided on a total HVAC replacement and had Bryant installed. All worked out and the ongoing semi-annual maintenance program brings peace of mind. We then engaged Crawford Plumbing for a large bathroom renovation/replacement project and everything went according to plan with quality work and no billing surprises. They mean what they say and always deliver quality.

    I am so thankful to a friend for recommending Crawford! I have an older home (built in 1905) and Adam came out immediately to evaluate my situation with an old cast iron pipe, we figured it was installed in the 1920s. He had one of his employees, Chris, out the next business day and removed the monstrosity, replaced the pipes, added a faucet & sink for me. Very personable people and cared about resolving the issue. What thought could be an all day job only took a 1/2 day. It is so nice being able to do laundry and not having to worry about another back up! Thank you for friendly, caring and quick service!     Sales associate took time to explain how new system would work and all parts that would be replaced when replacing 60 year old boiler. Other companies where trying to sell fancy bells and whistles that would double cost and Crawford said where not necessary. The installation took place as scheduled and all parts replaced per estimate. Jeremy’s workmanship is second to none and even cleaned floor before leaving. My wife was so pleased she took pictures of our new system and shared with friends and relatives. I would highly recommend Crawford to anyone replacing a boiler system.

    I would with out any reservation recommend Crawford Plumbing for all plumbing issues. Crawford replaced a broken waterline on a rental property without digging up the yard.The sewer line in my residence was clogged up and I used another local plumbing company and within 3 months the sewer line in the house was clogged again. I called Crawford, they came out used a camera to view the line and cleaned out the blockage. It has been a year since they preformed the service and no problem.I have also used them to complete a maintenance check on the air conditioner.They are responsive and I will call Crawford for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future.

    Was very please with the job Casy did and had in complete in a short period of time. I had 1st had a repairman from a different local company and was told that couldnt fix the blower.     We are doing home renovation… We called Crawford… They were fast to get someone to look at our first job… It was heating and air inspection… We then had them come and build us a plan for getting our water purified and beautiful… Chris was first on the job he was professional, on time, new his craft, set up our plumbing team, they finished in a timely manner, And had no problems with added work change orders, he was very good about communication, just an overall wonderful experience… We will be using Crawford again in the near future for the next phase of our renovation
