I highly recommend Westfall Townhomes to any young professional (especially medical professionals working at URMC) looking for a comfortable and quiet place to live. I lived in Westfall Townhomes for 4 years. Its in a perfect location close to URMC, only a 3-4 minute drive away. The townhomes are a good size for the money, and the full basement is a great bonus. The landlord and maintenance staff are very responsive and take care of issues immediately.

I lived at Westfall Townhomes for four years and I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed my stay. Yilmaz and his staff are very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a quiet and professional place to live with only a stones throw away from the city, Westfall Townhomes is the place for you.

Westfall Townhomes is a great, easy place to live. My husband and I lived there for 2 years after moving to Rochester from out of state. It was a great location for us, as it was near to the hospital and also (bonus) directly across the street from Costco. The units are very modern and we really appreciated having the basement for extra storage. The complex is quiet, and our neighbors were friendly. Maintenance was generally prompt, and we didnt have to wait long for any issues to be fixed. With our busy schedules, it was also very nice not having to take care of a yard or snow removal. We moved only because we wanted a bit more space, but it was a great place to live for our first 2 years here in Rochester.
