    Absolutely outstanding in all areas. Within 24 hrs of contact, a brand new hot water tank was installed and the dirty dishes could once again be cleaned! Professional throughout every step of the process; Administrative staff were patient, knowledgeable, and worked fast to ensure action was taken. Field technician provided consistent communication on the morning of installation (enabling the successful recovery of my sick 6th grader, without worry of missing), provided an in-depth breakdown of not only the actions to be taken but also an overview of how your hot water tank works in a manner that was easy to understand, completed the job in the time it took to fix breakfast! It was clear the technician possessed a superior level of knowledge and expertise, the professionalism and friendliness was sincerely appreciated.Will absolutely recommend to others, and will absolutely purchase from again in the future!!

    Had one of their installers come out for an OTR microwave install I purchased from Lowes. He was super nice, took the time to get it right and was just a pleasure to speak with. Very clean, respectful, and surprisingly quick. Microwave looks and works great! I hope all future installs go as smoothly as this!

    My experience was great today. When my dishwasher failed I was worried that I could get a new one ordered and installed in time for Christmas. I learned that my installation would be 2 days before Christmas. I worried it would come damaged or the individual doing the installation would be incompetent. The dishwasher was perfect and the installer carefully took out my old dishwasher out without damaging my wood floors. As the installer, installed my new dishwasher he explained what he was doing, gave some tips and ran the dishwasher on a short cycle to make sure it was working properly. Definitely a 5 star experience.

    Had all new appliances from Lowe’s installed by Heaton Construction Inc. William B. did a fantastic job. He came in early set up all the equipment. Made sure to put rugs down to protect my floors. Made sure all the things he installed were up to certification. Tested all the equipment and appliances before he left. Ensured not to leave trash anywhere and was extremely professional in explaining the use of the new appliances. All around great attitude and made me feel good about my purchase. I highly recommend him and HCI!

    The young man Wesley installed a new disposal in our home today and did all he could to make the experience first rate. He did this despite the fact that Lowes package was missing a part, and it resulted in his having to make two house calls over 4 hours while we went to Lowes in Wilmington to get the part not included in the orginal package. Wesley deserves an 10 out of 10 !!!!!!!

    Lowe’s home improvement contracted the installation of my hot water heater out to this company. They did a fantastic job. After the installation was complete and everything was working, I received a call from their quality control department informing me that they wanted to stop by and double check that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. That is excellent customer service. I hope I have the pleasure to deal with them again.

    We purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and it was installed by William B who did an excellent job! William was extremely knowledgeable and professional and truly went above and beyond for us. We live in an older home and have issues with electrical and plumbing. He took his time to install it properly and make sure there were no issues before he left. I was so pleasantly surprised by his level of expertise and care and truly appreciate him helping us to get a new dishwasher!     Hunter came to my home today our machine of convenience (aka the microwave) broke! Yeah! For a new mom and wife of an entrepreneur I felt like I was in the Stone Age for a few days! Not only did Hunter come replace the microwave for us he took the old one, conveniently placed the manual AND patiently waited for me to quiet my baby before offering closing instructions. He was quick, efficient and nice! With all of that being said I’ll leave you with 2 things… 1.) HCI is amazing and 2.) HUNTER FOR PREZZY!

    They came to do the job at the time they had indicated. They started by putting down some protective mats as not to mess up the floor. They took care as not to damage any of the cabinet around where the oven was located. They were very friendly and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone of my family members or friends.     We had our new dishwasher from Lowes installed by HCI. There was an opening in their scheduling so they came a few days early which was great. The technician was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. We felt comfortable with his level of experience.     I purchased a whirlpool oven/microwave wall unit from Lowes. They had Heaton Construction scheduled who came to measure. I had to wait another week to get them to come back to install but they accommodated me which I appreciated.Cain and Travis were the two technicians who came to install the unit, and they did a decent job and kept my kitchen floor clean by laying down protective padding. They were fairly quick but thorough, and made sure the unit came on and working. Overall, Im pleased so far with the unit and installation.

    Very pleased with Heaton! We ordered a dishwasher from Lowes and Lowes contracted with Heaton to do the installation. Evidently, our situation was challenging as code has updated significantly since the previous dishwasher was installed 15 years ago. As a result, they had to do a number of things that would not ordinarily be needed. Regardless, they got the job done and the new dishwasher is running great. Also, it should be pointed out that they were very diligent about keeping us updated on the status of when they were coming. And they arrived just when they said they would.     Lowe’s has teamed up with a great construction co. Aaron came out to install a kitchen sink we purchased from Lowes. We had some issues with the size of the existing hole in the granite where the sink was to go. Aaron put everything back the way it was until we had the issue resolved. He wanted us to have a functioning kitchen sink in the meantime. We got it done and contacted Heaton to request Aaron and also see if he could install a dishwasher while he was there. He is very thorough, professional, thoughtful and extremely respectful. Wish they did work outside of Lowe Home Improvement. If they did, I would give them a lot of business. Great company with great workers!!

    Heaton installed my dishwasher that I bought from Lowe’s. They were on time, very professional and stayed in contact with me while waiting for my service. I received a call to set up an install date and also received a call the day before to confirm my appointment. The installer was extremely nice and was very respectful to my home. He installed my dishwasher quickly and even explained why a few things were wrong with my old dishwasher. He left no trash behind and kept the area better than it was before he came. I was very impressed with their service and would absolutely recommend them for any other work.

    William from Heaton came out to my home yesterday to install my dishwasher and did a great job. He was professional and kind, and got the job expediently. I was also very pleased with the confirmation texts I received from Heaton the day before and day of the install. They gave me William’s name beforehand an accurate window of when to expect him, and also that he would call 30 minutes before arriving. As someone working from home, this was extremely helpful in planning my day. Heaton was subcontracted to install the dishwasher I purchased from Lowe’s, but I’m keeping their info on hand to contact directly for future work as well.

    They did an awesome job installing our new range hood! They brought mats for the kitchen, which no installers ever provide and that was a nice touch.     I had a dishwasher installed from Lowes. The first dishwasher was damaged as of no fault of mine or Heatons. The tech John was super helpful in putting in a claim with Lowes for me, explained what needed to be done and how the return switch would work. Once I got another dishwasher I got the privilege of having Hunter come out and replace my unit. He was very courteous, engaging and cleaned up after himself. I couldnt tell ahe has been there.     This is a review worth reading! I have never written a review before because in my opinion, all the sub contractors that I have had interactions with, have never gone above and beyond but that all changed when I had my hot water tank replaced. I went to Lowes and that is how I found Heaton Construction Inc. From the very first contact with my installer, Sebastian, he was extremely professional, kind and very accommodating. I am a single mother and own an old home that always has issues and of course this installation was no exception. I had some issues with the new tank and had to have it replaced. Sebastian held my hand the entire process. He kept me informed, came out several times just to check to make sure the new tank was working and even put me in touch with an electrician as I needed a new breaker. I cant say enough good things about him. He was wonderful!!! I am not an easy homeowner to deal with but Sebastian was always pleasant, respectful and professional. He loves his job and is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Sebastian to anyone who has problems with their hot water tank. A great company!!

    Derrick & Mary did a great job reconnecting the plumbing for our bathroom sinks in our new countertop installation. We had the wrong size pop up drains when they arrived which presented a big problem in reconnecting the plumbing. They advised us what was needed and where to find the right size for our new vessel sinks. We were able to purchase immediately at Lowe’s and they were able to return to get us reconnected. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our bathroom up and working again.

    Kevin installed my new dishwasher. He was on time and very polite and professional. He very carefully unpacked and installed the dishwasher and was METICULOUS about fitting it in properly and securing it to the cabinet/counter. It was obvious that he has a strong sense of pride in workmanship. He also single-handedly muscled my old dishwasher down the steps into the garage for me (strong dude!). There was a part that was not lining up correctly and Im happy that took the time to call his boss for advice instead of force fitting it.     Heaton Construction was sub-contracted by Lowes to install a dishwasher for me. Once the dishwasher arrived at my local Lowes, they got it installed in slightly over 2 weeks. (The Lowes sales guy implied theyd likely be able to install it under a week after arrival, but I blame Lowes as they should know their subcontractor is generally 10-14 days out).John arrived on-time & took great care of my house when installing my dishwasher, including taking extra precautions (shutting water off at the meter & draining pipes) as I have brittle CPVC pipes incase something unfortunate happened while disconnecting the old one. He also put down carpets to protect my floor, ran the dishwasher of a test cycle to check for leaks on the fill & drain cycle. He also showed where & how much Jet Dry to put in & made sure that I was able to setup the phone app to communicate with the dishwasher.I was previously informed (and pre-billed by Lowes) that Id also need a GFCI outlet to meet new NEC Code requirements, and he took care of that as well.I know this company has some negative reviews on the Internet, but my experience with them was great & wouldnt have a problem with them working on other kitchen installs & upgrades.

    Bought wash washer from Lowes and Heston is contracted by them to install it. When making arrangements for install they were booked out pretty far. Explained we hadn’t had dishwasher for two weeks already so they said if cancellation comes up they would call us.     While the installer for our GE dishwasher, Scott, was very professional and did a nice job of installing the dishwasher quickly, cleanly and efficiently, the charge to put a device on our breaker box (required by code, apparently) was outrageous. It was an extra $108.00 to essentially put a bracket over the dishwasher breaker (dedicated solely to the dishwasher) and it took 5 mins. for him to do this. But I could not have the dishwasher installed until this was done. It’s not Scott’s fault, but his company’s charge to do this at $108 is a total overcharge. If this hadn’t been unexpectedly added to my bill, I would had given the installation 5 stars. I deducted 1 star for the unexpected and unreasonable overcharge that had to be done . . . or I was not going to get my dishwasher installed.

    My hot water heater had gone out and I was in dire need of a new hot water heater as i was without any hot water at all. Along comes Neil to the rescue! After not being able to find my exact hot water heater at 4 different Lowe’s in the area he didn’t stop there!     I recently had a dishwasher installed by Javon Brown at Heaton Construction Inc. While the process was delayed significantly by Lowes of Greenville, NC (S. Memorial Location)....twice... (once they lost my dishwasher and had to reschedule, and the second time I had to show up onsite just to get the dishwashers sent outside to Javons truck! They were holding up TWO washers as there was still one installation scheduled before mine. )I said I understood and I would see him after the scheduled install.But Javon stayed the course and worked VERY LATE into the night (even through dinner) to ensure my dishwasher was installed correctly. I could tell he was exhausted. His professionalism and attention to detail has been unmatched in my many experiences in North Carolina.     Thus far, we are less than enthusiastic about our experience. Someone is supposed to call to give us some idea as to when our local installer is scheduled to come install our dishwasher. Nothing heard. The Heaton Construction website says, Open 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. When you call during that timeframe, a recorded message tells you you’ve called outside their normal working hours—but they don’t tell what those hours are. Swell. Next time, maybe we’ll look elsewhere for this service…Meanwhile, the installation itself was a great experience—a complete success. Dalton Copeland, our local Heaton/Lowe’s installation tech, did an absolutely superb job. He turned around everything about this otherwise frustrating experience. All’s well that ends well. (But the customer-alienating notification process still needs someone’s attention.)

    Larry did an outstanding job. He called and said about what time he would arrive. He was quick, answer all my questions, pulled out old Dishwasher and had new one installed in 1.15 hours. He saved me from pulling it, taking it to the dump and loading the new one while taking all the packing with him. For the cost it was well worth it to me. Wife is happy and everything is as it should be again, lol. PS, I am not washing dishes by hand any longer.

    Our hot water heater “bit the dust” yesterday afternoon, so we called Lowes and they said that someone would probably call us within the hour. Your people called and stated that a fellow named Josh would come between 2 and 6pm today. He came and did an excellent job. Josh was very professional and interfaced well with us.     This review concerns the delivery of our new Whirlpool dishwasher by a great professional installer from Heaton Construction Company. Heaton delivers and installs dishwashers for Lowes. We recently replaced our kitchen appliances after our home was struck by a massive tree. While Lowes has been fantastic to work with despite the incredible delays caused by the pandemic, we had to wait for all our appliances to arrive in Raleigh. The dishwasher finally arrived and was installed by Anthony D who did an amazing job. Our home is 99 years old and nothing, absolutely nothing, is plumb and easy to work with; the floor slants slightly, the space is an extremely tight fit with not an 1/8 of an inch to spare, and the connections under the sink are challenging. Mr. D. worked for a really long time making all the necessary adjustments, never once complaining or grumbling about the challenge. He was pleasant, patient, detailed in his work, and highly professional. Given the stress of the massive repairs to our home after a huge tree fell on us, it is refreshing to have a challenge like this one go right with someone who knows what he is doing and is willing to put in the extra effort to make it right.     Two gentlemen from Heaton Construction LLC came to my home on October 19, 2020 to install a new dishwasher that we had purchased from Lowe’s. They were both very professional and personable. They showed me before they left all of the paperwork that came with the dishwasher and explained what to do with it. They also demonstrated how the dishwasher worked and explained all of the different buttons. Before they left, they also asked if I had any questions about anything. We were very impressed with the two technicians and how efficiently they worked and with Heaton Construction LLC.

    Heaton construction did a vinyl siding job on our house. They sent the installer Jesse out and he was very professional, personable, polite and knowledgeable. He always called to let us know when he would be arriving at our home. He took the time to answer all our questions and we were very impressed with attention to details. He had efficient work habits and always cleaned up and left thing neatly after he finished each day. Jesse is a professional and the quality of his work is perfect . Jesse did a fantastic job and we would recommend him and Heaton Construction to everyone. To get our siding job completed because of some rainy days Jesse ,Tyler and there supervisor Dan came out on a Saturday and work hard from 8:30 until dark around 7:30 That was going beyond the call of duty .     Zac was very professional and kept me informed of everything that went on. The installation was exceptional and Zac remain there to make sure everything worked properly. The young man that was with him even took the old dishwasher out for us! I am very pleased with the services that we received .
