For many of us, a vinyl fence is a first time project. We learn afterwards, what was critical in getting a good versus great outcome. Indeed, the quality of the materials is essential, but the ability and professionalism of the installation crew is even more important. Proctors Precision fencing scores high marks in this regard. They focused on every detail with the goal of making the fence aesthetically appealing and solidly installed. Posts for our 8’ privacy fence were installed deeply in the ground with 150 pounds of concrete in each of the 25 we had installed. The fence was plum and level everywhere and reinforced at key areas like the gates, one of which was oversized to allow easy vehicle access. The ground was moderately sloped, so careful attention had to be shown to making elevation changes look natural and continuous. In the end, we had several requirements to achieve the outcome of an area in which cars and equipment could be parked, and storage provided, and the privacy fence tied this all together with an outcome that looks sharp while blending in With the structures and landscaping of our nice lakefront property.Owner Logan Proctor showed a lot more personal attention and oversight than I expected from an owner. His foreman, CW, ran his crew, like it was his business and his reputation on the line-and everyone on this crew was polite and respectful-Somebody raise these guys right.Proctors does mainly commercial installations, but employees the same high-level of commercial diligence to the residential work like oursthat they use to fill in the gaps between commercial jobs. The fact that the price of this work was actually the least of the three quotes I received was nice but not nearly as satisfying as knowing I got the best possible fence outcome I could’ve imagined.

Everything about Proctors Precision Fence is top notch! We got a vinyl privacy fence and are really happy with it. It looks great and is extremely sturdy. You can tell its a very high quality product. The customer service is great! From the very first call through the end of the installation, Logan and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do, promptly and courteously. Highly recommend!
