    What an amazing job they did!! I am pleased with all the contractors that came out extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean! I have to give a huge shout out to Tom from the moment he came to do an evaluation he was honest, genuine and transparent. He lived up to the high expectations we were expecting!! Communication was amazing he made us feel like we were his only customer and a priority. Before we made a decision we had 4 contractors come out and Tom just stuck in our head. They are very reasonable priced for the work that is being done. Remember less price is not always better we have heard horror stories so greatful we made the right decision. Call Tom you won’t be disappointed!!

    Had a beautiful screen lanai added to our home by these folks and it was impressive walking them put it all together. From the concrete placement to the screens and the roof all was done with just about perfection. The bumps we experienced were more about the red tape with the county. Signature was perfect. Also, keeping us up to date as this project progressed was key. Heidi was constantly updating me and when I had concerns I would call Tom and he was prompt in getting answers and any solutions I was asking about.I would highly recommend them.Oct 12. Sitting on lanai for first time after hurricane Milton. We had some significant wind and a lot of rain yet the lanai held strong and is totally intact. We did take some water but not due to leaks. It is a screen lanai with hard roof and the wind drove the rain in via the screen which was totally expected. This just further confirms the integrity of the work they did.

    We truly appreciate your commitment on this project. I wanted to acknowledge the satisfaction on our screen room. I must give a 100% satisfied mark as you not only finished the job as promised , but with great builders (Mike, Jason and Tony) and excellent workmanship. The job was done very efficiently and timely. Tom, the salesman is someone you would definitely want to speak with if you are planning a screen porch.

    We had a great experience with this company. We looked at multiple contractors, had multiple estimates, waffled back and forth over who would be the best choice. I called and emailed them multiple times with questions before signing paperwork and they always answered quickly, and never made it seem like I was being crazy or annoying. They kept us up to date with the schedule, they handled all the permitting and engineering, and the owner even made an extra trip to talk to us and clarify the design/process before we signed the contract. Once we were locked in, everything went quickly. My installation only took a couple days, the entire crew was very polite and worked well together. The best part of the whole process was how detailed they were during and after the job. No mess was left behind, and everything turned out perfect!

    Signature Specialty came through for us despite some setbacks (back-to-back hurricanes) that delayed the project. All in all my wife and I are very pleased with our lanai. The crew did an outstanding job. Kudos to Jason (who also fixed my fence), Tony, and Randy. We highly recommend Signature Specialty and will use them again on future projects.

    Hands down the BEST and most HONEST contractor I have ever dealt with. Price was fair, work was performed ahead of schedule and they even made a courtesy visit free of charge months later to come fix damage caused by our dog. Communication throughout the process was flawless and when the County inspected, they even complimented the workmanship.

    Signature Specialty Contractors did an excellent job. They extended the back patio, installed the pavers and built my screen room. There was a minor issue with the gutter, but they fixed it right away. I’m really satisfied. Highly recommended.

    Signature Specialty Contractors was great to work with from beginning to end. We added a 13x27 screened in, covered patio with pavers onto our house. Tom came to the house and provided a quote very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. His motivation coupled with Signatures gallery is why we chose them. Tom was always very easy to get in contact with, which was a pleasant surprise. Signature handled building plans with an engineering firm and the permits with the county. They helped us get in contact with the paver company to obtain samples, which was very helpful in choosing our style/color of pavers. Once we had the building permit, they didn’t waste any time beginning the work. We got our building permit on a Wednesday and work began the following Monday morning. The build took less than two weeks from beginning to end. Everyone who came to the house was pleasant and hard-working, and that showed in the final product. Tom was always available to answer questions, even after the project was completed and on weekends. I would highly recommend Signature because of their professionalism, quality of work, timing and communication. We are very pleased with our new patio and would choose them again.

    What a fabulous job! Our entire screen enclosure needed to be redone after a storm. Signature Specialty came out to give us an estimate and was reasonable, insured, available and we booked it. They were here when they said they would be and the job was completed beautifully. This project was completed on time, at the cost quoted and we couldnt be happier with the quality of the work performed. The owner of this company even stopped by our house after the first rain to make sure there was no issues with the construction.     Everyone knows the old saying...you get what you pay for. But what if you could get more than what you paid for? With Signature Specialty Contractors I knew that they came highly recommended from the Home Service Review book, but I had no idea what an awesome experience this would be.My initial contact with Mike the owner of the company was almost 2 years ago. He impressed me then...and even more so when he returned this year to finalize the paper work. During the final numbers break down, he took the extra time to ask me questions about my plans now and in the future. He even asked about things that I had not thought to ask about. His attention to the little details and his fact finding skills were several levels higher than the other 4 companies I requested estimates from. Hands down...Mike was friendlier, more articulate, more analytical and just plain smarter than all of the other companies combined.From the very first day Brian (Site Foreman) and his assistant arrived they were very courteous and respectful of my property as well asmy neighbors. They parked down the street to make sure they did not block any driveways since their truck and trailer stretched almost 20 yards. I watched as they started to lug the equipment to my property. Brian greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and explained what would happen with the entire building process. This was the second time that I heard the complete step by step walk through.Everything that I had a question about was answered the same day I asked about it. The response time was phenomenal. I cant stop raving about how great a job they did.These guys are relentless in their pursuit to get the job done. I saw one of the owners Johnny work in the pouring rain to complete a job installing several sections of screen on my neighbors house after getting referred by me. He even stopped by my house to make sure I was happy with their progress so far. I couldnt believe it. He is on another job and he took the time out to ask about mines. WOW!Their dedication to making sure my room was built to my satisfaction is truly amazing. I dont think I have ever seen any owner of a contract company visit the construction site as much as Mike did. When the job was complete...Mike and Johnny came out together to inspect the work. By the time the job was completed, I felt like Mike was an old buddy of mines and I feel like I owe him a beer ;-)When it comes to quality and commitment, there are not many companies that stand by their products and work the way Signature does. When you are looking for quotes for a screen room or any kind of enclosure, dont be tricked in to thinking every cheap price is a good deal. If you want to be happy with the money you have to spend, call them. Their work is superb.

    Signature Specialty did our screened in Lani at our first house so when we wanted to screen in our porch at our second home they were our first call, they were very busy, but we would have waited months for them to do the install, we knew we would be getting professional and quality work, they’re clean and neat, on time. Their price was more than fair and would have paid more just to have them. Can’t say enough about Signature Specialty would absolutely use them again and again, can’t go wrong with them.

    Very impressed with the overall screen porch, installment and process! The quote was reasonable, and they handled retrieving the permit, which didnt take as long as we all expected. One gentlemen rang the doorbell to inform me he was at our house when we were expecting them.. the guys that worked on our screen porch were all very friendly, uplifting spirits(considering how hot its been here!) I heard them periodically talking to eachother and they all seemed to work very well together, each of them had a responsibility, and their team building skills were excellent and professional! We had a minor problem with some rattling on the gutter and my husband called the office twice and they didnt get back to us right away.. he resolved the issue on his own and they called today to follow up. One text my husband was instructed to call the office directly with any concerns, another text he was advised to text the gentlemen he has been texting and communicating with since the beginning.. so that was incredibly confusing. Overall the experience performance and installation was great! Id recommend
