    We needed a quick turnaround on some soffit and fascia that was damaged by Milton. Donald came out on multiple occasions to evaluate the project and ultimately finish the job. Kaylee, the office manager made sure communication was ongoing and prompt. Very happy with the work and glad to be able to support a local business.

    I really enjoyed the whole process with repairing my roof from the start to finish Donald was great He was the individual who was elected to complete the work that was agreed to be done… Very prompt for work showed up 20min early and for right to work… Although the weather restricted the work to be completed the first day Donald at ill made sure our Roof was completed the enough to ensure no more leaks I was very appreciative of that… If I have anymore work in the future that needs to be performed I will definitely be calling Vanderprise..     Best of the best with 5 stars and even more.I highly recommend Vanderprises to all my friends and neighbors due to the excellent work they did in my new roof .. not only that, but they also did fight for me to get what I’m supposed to get from my insurance company .. They gave me the advice and all the support to get my rights .. They painted my house (for free) and supported me until I got everything settled with my insurance company (Painting the house for free depends on your Insurance Policy terms and conditions).My neighbors were so impressed from Vanderprises and how they’re so professional.My experience with the spinning wheel (marketing program) was so excited with the wonderful prizes they offer.It was an amazing experience to hire Vanderprises for my new roof and painting my house.

    These guys are wonderful! Once we settled on a date, we didnt need to do anything, it was all taken care of. Gordon even came back and swept the yard for nails a second time to keep us safe. Super nice people, great crew, reasonable price, just cant say enough about these guys! You will love them!

    I started this process last year and just recently completed the journey. I started with Chris as my point of contact but he got busy. I was put into the very capable hands of Kaylee who works with the Co. She kept me informed of every detail and if I had concerns or questions she always had an amazing aptitude of solving the issue. The roofers, the gutter professionals the stucco contractors and the painters were extremely professional took pride in the service they were performing. Myself or my husband only had to ask and it was done. The job foreman Gordon was very nice and professional as well he came back personally to re-install my weather vane. When you are assigned your work date rest assured Kaylee is Johnny on the spot she will have your schedule and estimated date of inspection.I am glad its done but I will miss my telephone pal.Torie

    From my first call until completion the team at Vanderprises was outstanding. I had a leak in my roof and the next day Gordon came out to show me the issue. Before charging me for anything he wanted to make sure that my warranty didn’t expire which I very much appreciated. After confirming my warranty was up I called back and Gordon came back and fixed the issue. Also appreciate the military discount. Highly recommend! Thanks Vanderprises!

    Highly recommend! Chris and Gordon were kind, professional, and always available to communicate despite an 8-month long delay from our insurance company in processing our claim. Chris walked us through every step of the way in combating with our insurance to cover the full extent of the damage and the end result was a phenomenal roof overseen by a very attentive Gordon that is sure to be the envy of our neighborhood.I honestly cannot recommend them enough. He was honest in both what was needed to repair the leak and that we still had a number of years left with this roof before needing to replace. That honesty and integrity is what I want from a company when we do have to replace the roof in the future. Thanks!!

    Needed a new roof and searched the local Better Business Bureau for reviews. Called 5 highly rated companies and Jack from Vanderprises, LLC called me back within hours to schedule an inspection. Thought I was just missing a couple shingles but he showed me pics of a roof in desperate need of repair. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options - not high pressure - then helped me with the insurance claim process since it was damaged from the last big storm. He was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect and was my advocate in the process. Never heard back from the other contractors but I did get three other quotes and Vanderprises was highly competitive and Im glad I choose them. The owner, Chris Vander Galien contacted me shortly after and the office manager, Kaylee, reached out to schedule install date. Gordon, the crew boss, surveyed the site the night before and his crew was here early the next morning. All of them were real professionals, the job went quickly and smoothly and they were finished by the end of the day. All debris was cleaned up and the roof looks fabulous with new highly quality GAF warrantied shingles installed the right way. If youre looking for a new roof or repairs, I highly recommend Vanderprises, LLC they are true professionals that do quality work and care about the customer.

    I am very please with the work Chris recommended & his crew performed. I had some roof leaks via two of the vents and the fixes were $3K to replace all the vents or do a roof cement sealing for $300 on all the vents. Chris recommended the sealing & it worked. We had no leaks during the hurricane or heavy rain after the repairs. Chris got the job done quick. The level of professionalism and communication was impressive by him and his wife. I highly recommend Vanderprises!

    I am very pleased with the fast response from Vanderprises. I contacted them while we were in a state of emergency with Hurricane Ian. I needed hurricane shutters installed as well as my roof repaired last minute. Chris got the job done quick and thoroughly explained what’s going on with my roof.     I had a small roof request to remove flashing that had been attached to a carport that had been torn down from hurricane Ian. Chris gave me a quote to do the work, but did agree that it was not functionally necessary and only for aesthetics. He then provided a different option, which showed he is not in it just for the money. The work was done by Gordon and it looks great. This has made me SO happy!

    My hubby and I have been working with Chris from Vanderprises, LLC and our insurance company regarding storm/wind damage to our roof. Chris has been very professional, punctual, and responsive both in dealing with us as well as our insurance company. Within 24 hrs. of our reporting to him that we noticed our roof had begun to leak, he had responded and placed a tarp over the leaking area. He is very knowledgeable about the Florida statues, and codes, as well as the shingle manufacturers standards. Based on his knowledge and professionalism thus far, we expect great quality work from him upon moving forward with our roof.

    Chris with Vanderprises has been more than responsive and helpful in my roof claim situation with Statefarm who has not been responsive or very helpful. Chris and Vanderprises have helped me when I have been frustrated and not served as a customer with Statefarm, Chris is knowledgeable of roofing terms, rules and regulations and guidelines of roofing which have helped me tremendously with my (what feels like a battle) with Statefarm. Chris has made every effort to provide a thorough and quality roofing job to me. He is passionate about his work and goes above and beyond,, I am confident once Statefarm actually does what they are responsible for I will have all of my roofing issues addressed and fixed. Chris and Vanderprises have completed needed repairs on my roof even though Statefarm has dragged their feet with every communication and payments.     I called VANDER PRISE for a roof inspection and replacement. Chris Vander Galien answered my call. Explained my situation with a pending claim with another company. Chris did not throw his hand up in the air…he stepped up even though he was not going to make a sale with me. Chris took it upon him self to call the lawyer, roofing company, insurance company and anything else he needed to do. Today I received a follow up call from Chris with all the information I needed to get a new roof. Something I had been trying to do for MONTHS!!!     Vanderprises, LLC did exactly what they said they would do. They handled most all of the contact with our Insurance company. They then arrived on time, covered the plants etc with tarps and replaced the roof, including the drip edge, gutters, leaf guard and solar powered attic vent. The roof removal/replacement and clean up was completed in one day, the gutters were replaced the next day. There was always a supervisor onsite and Vanderprises provided a portable toilet so the work was not delayed. The house looks amazing and we are pleased to know end.

    *** I wanted to give an update to this review, Post-Hurricane Milton, 2024. On our street alone, tree branches came down, parts of fences blew down, and a street lamp busted. Our roof, however, sustained NO DAMAGE. In fact, we did not lose one shingle!! So very thankful we chose Vanderprises!***Initial review: Our roof was damaged by a hurricane in September 2022. We shopped around for a qualified roofing company and found Vanderprises. They were the only ones who took the time and explained what we actually needed to do in order to bring our new roof up to code. They worked tenaciously with our insurance company for months to make sure we received everything that was covered. Even as we felt discouraged, Kaylee kept us informed every step of the way and told us they would handle everything. And they did. When it was time for the roof install, Gordon and his team could not have been more professional. We ended up needing to get our house repainted, as well. Everything looks fantastic, and my husband and I could not be happier with the job Vanderprises completed. Highly recommend!!
