Washer came and remodeled my bathroom for me. They were here for two days to be perfect. I would’ve never known anybody was in my house. If I didn’t hear him selling outside every once in a while, they were very professional and did a great job. I love my bathroom couldn’t ask for a cleaner space they cleaned up after themselves even after we did the walk-through they found some more stuff so they brought the vacuum cleaner up and vacuum one more time before they left very pleased. Highly recommend.

West Shore Home installers Matt and Noah did an excellent job installing our new shower. They were careful to ensure that it was done right and in a timely and neat fashion. Weve used our new shower now for about a month and have not been disappointed. I expect it will be a great long-term value for our home.Our space had some added challenges -- the jacuzzi tub had a dropped wall and was somewhat enclosed in tile. I was surprised at how fast the deconstruction went, with relatively little mess.Im eager now to do the rest of the bathroom -- new floor and remove the old shower stall and replace it with cabinetry so that we have more space for linens and such!My husband was worried about the fixtures getting water in them due to a gap. WSH came back out and looked it over with him. They pointed out the the calking was only on the top of the fixture and should water get in, it would drain out. (Of concern were the hand rails, which we werent really offered a choice. Takes some of the decision-making out of the time consuming process, and they are good -- but if you are the type to want to choose every little detail, just be aware.)Im still feeling like the cost of this shower was a bit high, so be sure to get 2-3 estimates before jumping in with your project. We didnt. But the quality seems to be top-notch so Im going with you get what you pay for! We are content. Thanks WSH!

Keanu and Susant were my installers today for a shower replacement. They came on time and finished on time. Could not ask for better service. Clean up was fantastic. Not due to their fault, someone will need to come back and replace the shower door that did not come with the proper holes to put on the handle. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from West Shore, from our initial meeting with Brent to the outstanding installation experience we received. Brent went into great detail to explain pricing and how the installation would take place. There was no pressure to go in a direction I wasn’t comfortable with. The great experience continued with Noah, Keanu and Jon when it was time for installation. They also provided all the details around the installation a did a fantastic job. They were all so friendly and experienced in the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend West Shore to anyone looking for an upgrade to their home!!

Hunter explained all the details, presented verifiable information, and gave us a perfect design at a fair fixed price. The installers (Thomas and Noah) were on time, conscious of everything they were doing, and our dog loved them. Outside of that, their trade skills were outstanding (Im a regional maintenance advisor for a Fortune 100 company, so I know) and they were even careful about noise because I was in a lot of meetings that day. Just outstanding from start to finish. Ira, the job lead made intros and followed up. Mark feels like a family friend. Wouldnt use ANYONE else.

The work done in my home was performed by Kyle and Joe. I had the experience of professional work. They came on time, about 8:30am and were done by 5:00pm. The shower was beautiful. They did exactly as promised and cleaned up as the job went along. The reason we had needed a new shower was because there was a leak in the downstairs apartment when the shower was used. Joe - did the actual work of plumbing and finding the cause of the leak. Kyle was like the worker bee who carried out the pieces of the old shower tile and cut what was needed for the new gorgeous shower. I cannot say enough good things about this experience, I was kept informed at every step of the process and I would recommend WestShore Homes to anyone.

Working with the design consultant, Hunter, and the installation crew, Matt and Thomas, the project went seamlessly. Our phone calls were promptly returned when we had questions or a change order. Matt and Thomas did a beautiful job on installation and were happy to answer all our questions. We ended up with a stunning walk-in shower that fulfills our safety needs and is absolutely beautiful in all details. We highly recommend that you have the West Shore Home Company do your bathroom conversion project. We give the team 10 stars!

Kyle, Susant, and Earl turned my 1950s tiny bathroom into a bright, clean, modern 21st century space. From the polite and prompt introduction, to the fine details of adding trim around the base of the tub and a final white glove inspection, these guys provided genuine customer service the entire appointment. They took my husbands height into consideration when placing the shower head and the spacing of the shelves to accommodate my over sized shampoo bottles. Juliana the sales rep talked with me as if we were two gals out to lunch rather than a pushy sales person seeking commission and status. The plethora of information she provided with having a diagram and model of the materials, installation process, and projected look of the finished project left absolutely no doubt or question in my mind. I always take three estimates for every project and West Shore Home was the most informative, up to date in product material, and cost effective. West Shore Homes has high standards when it comes to their employees making sure they have training, education and clean backgrounds. If that isnt enough, their work and products come with warranties and house calls if something is damaged, fails, or for any reason the client is unhappy. I urge homeowners who are considering a bathroom remodel or up-do to include West Shore Home in your estimates and see what they have to offer and why they beat out my other two options.

We needed and upgrade for our shower. As we are at an age where health concerns are becoming more important we made the decision to contact West Shore Homes and we are so glad we did! From the the beginning of the process, Mark was there. He answered all of our questions.( And we had lots of questions. Mark explained everything, several times.) The install team, Sam and Shane, were amazing. They made sure every surface was protected; carpet, wood floor, vanity. Sam kept us appraised of each stage of the process. Sam even showed us that.we had no water damage at all. Which was a wonderful surprise for all involved! When the install was completed we had to check everything out and Sam answered any remaining questions. Sam, Shane, and Mark all were there when the team was done. Everything was cleaned up and if it werent for the beautiful new shower, you would have never known anyone was there. We have two more bathrooms and we will be using West Shore Homes for both! I love my new walk in shower. It is beautiful. The crew was on time, polite and careful with our house. The shower went in in one day. Noah, who did most of the work did an excellent job and the others on the crew (Matt and Irving) were also wonderful. I also want to mention Mark, the sales rep. He was great to work with and come by on the day of the install to make sure everything was going well. During the process the crew found some unexpected water leaks. They called in their master plumber and the issues were fixed. The leaks also revealed the gas line going to the water heater was badly corroded. We really appreciate the heads up on that. If they were less diligent we could have had been in real trouble. I recommend using West Shore home for a good experience from start to finish.

They have trained, experienced, and dedicated crews to do the job. If they were to run into a problem, they have master plumbers available to figure out how to solve them.The sales rep was very trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable about bathroom problems and the products they have to offer that would make our bathroom much more functional and at an affordable price. She took measurements and after discussing several options, we arrived at an agreed upon contract.Our installation crew (Stephan, Irving, & Alberto) were very friendly and competent. They put down protective drop cloths on the path to our second-floor bathroom. The installation was first-rate and beautiful. When they were done after two days, they cleaned up completely so all we had to do was hang our towels back up.The overall experience was first-class with a superior installation.
