    Sharon Henderson and her team have always went above and beyond for any mobile or manufactured home I needed them to take a look at. Im a real estate agent around the Cedar Creek Lake area in Henderson, Kaufman & Van Zandt counties. Anytime I reach out to Sharon or her team they make it an effort to get a on-site inspection scheduled within 24-48 hours on first contact. They have saved a many of deals for my sellers and buyers. I would say more than reasonable pricing as well for all the work they do! Ive had conversations with other retrofit companies and they charge so much just for an on-site inspection before any work is even done. As long as GulfTex Retrofit, Sharon Henderson & her team are around, I wont be using anyone else!

    My husband and I had work scheduled to be performed by Gulftex, but due to unexpected circumstances we had to cancel. The owner was understanding and kind to cancel on such short notice. And initially working with Crissy and then later Kelli was a nice experience! Crissy was professional, kind, patient and courteous in setting up the inspection appointment. Kelli was very helpful and SO knowledgeable! Kelli, too, was prompt in corresponding with us as well as courteous!

    They really are professionals at this company. I felt they were friendly, trustworthy and easy to work with. They got back to me in a timely manner.     As a manufactured home lender we always have to have the home foundation certified. Gulftex is my #1 Go To company - ALL OVER TEXAS. They come out and inspect, give a quote for required foundation repairs/retrofit (if needed) and will also check for other required structural repairs (hand rails on steps, etc). They clean up after the work!! The engineer report is included in their quote.Sometimes the foundation already meets guidelines and no work is required and the cost for the engineer report is very reasonable.I love these guys and they know property requirements. I have been using them for YEARS. 5 stars!!!

    I cannot thank Shannon and her team enough for the quick and professional response we were given.     I contacted the company by email to have a mobile homes foundation updated to meet FHA/VA loan requirements and to have man-way doors installed. They responded almost immediately with an appointment for a free estimate and were able to return within a few days to complete the work. The customer service has been outstanding!

    THANK YOU Gulftex!!! I was put in a bind and needed an inspector to get out there ASAP. I sent an email to Gulftex (after 9pm )and got a response that same evening. I was connected to Ms. Sharon early the next morning. I explained to her my situation and the urgency. She was able to work with me and get inspector out to the property that same morning.     I am a Realtor and my client who is buying a manufactured home needed to have an inspection on the foundation of the home for an FHA loan. I called foundation companies and engineers for most of a day with little to no help or very high prices. I was referred to this company by another real estate agent. I called them after 6:00 in the evening and was so happy to have someone answer! They were so helpful and professional. The inspection was done at noon the next day and the Engineers report was delivered the following day, all for a very fair price. Seeing their website gave me confidence in their work before they did the inspection. I will refer all future clients to them without hesitation. Excellent service!!

    Everyone that I spoke to at this company was amazing, helpful, and friendly! We needed an inspection on a retrofit that we found out about at the last moment for a closing with FHA.     I needed a foundation inspection to provide to my lender, and needed it urgently and quickly. John was able to get someone out to the property within 24 hours. The inspection was completed by David and he called to explain things to me after he was finished. Sharon was great helping me get my report and receipt quickly. The whole team was great to work with! So thankful they were able to squeeze us in last minute and put up with our rushed request.

    I was referred to Gulftex by my realtor when I sold my home. Sharon(in office) as very informative as to when they would be there and exactly what was need to pass inspection. The 2 guys that came to replace tie downs as well as fix other items needed to pass inspection where punctual on timing, as well as very professional/informative about their work. I was on a time crunch, they all came thru in able timing. Since then I purchased another home that needed leveling. The remodeling contractor I have was gonna use his contact company, But because I had already used Gulftex they are the ones I contacted again to come out and level the new home. I highly reccomend this crew of 3 for any of your retro fits needs. Let them know what and when you need it, Im sure they wont let you down! They are definitely an asset to Gulftex.
