    I love using Live Oak electric. Today I had a screw let loose at the top of on my chandelier which made the top part slide down. They had me text pictures and said it needed to be fixed immediately. They came right out and within minutes the courteous two techs had it fixed. I can’t say enough about how wonderful their service is!

    We had such a great experience with Live Oak Electrical previously and did not hesitate to contact them once again for several changes we wanted to make. Tony texted us to let us know he was on the way ... he is so pleasant, as well as professional. An extra plus ... he never leaves anything for us to clean after the jobs are completed!!! They have installed my car charger, hot tub outlet and today they saved me when the plumber was installing my new hot water heater and he needed an electrician.     There were a few issues with the installation of our Generac generator but Blayne made sure that we were taken care of. The installation was done very professionally and looks great and we are happy to have the security of a whole house generator.

    TodybTony Perez at Live Oak Electrical replaced various old receptacles and switches in our condo and also added an LED light above our bath. He was very efficient and personable and happily made certain adjustments when we asked about the brightness of the new LED. I have used Live Oak before and, because of my good experience with Tony and the office staff, I will continue to do so. They are my “go to” firm for electrical work.

    I kept putting off replacing my industrial ceiling fans because of our super high 24 tall ceilings. Id seen the Live Oak Electrical Service Truck on the road, and now in our Centre so I asked if theyd come over and take a look. The supervisor said no problem, we can do that from a ladder. I had a bid by that afternoon and my fans replaced 6 days later! Great communication, online payment tools, appointment reminder with a photo of our installer Christian. They inspired confidence. Money well spent.

    Highly recommend Live Oak Electrical Services. Contacted them by email on a Sunday to get a jump on the week. Looking to run additional outlets for new refrigerator and freezer units in the garage. Very surprised and pleased to receive a response from the owner on a Sunday. Electrician Kyle arrived early Monday to provide a quote. He was timely, professional, and very knowledgable. He listened to ideas and concerns and talked through options. He and Jack returned early Tuesday to complete the work. The work was done in less than two hours. Complete professionals! Their work was safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Live Oak Electrical Services and will definitely contact them for all electrical needs.

    Live Oak Electrical service was excellent. We cannot speak more highly of it. They answered the phone live before 8 am when I called and got a tech out the same day which we needed. Kyle Strauss called in advance in the timeframe identified. Kyle was professional and friendly. He explained what had happened in terms of the RFI (s) being fried, the work that he would do, etc. We added two surge suppressors on our boards as additional protection at his suggestion. All was well installed and Kyle again explained exactly what he had done. Further he checked out a few of our outside outlets that were “soft” to push on. Kyle was great. We were really impressed by Live Oak from beginning to end. Well done!

    Tony and Jack were awesome. They were able to figure out where transformers were located that no one else had been able to find. They also figured out a solution to provide under cabinet lighting without having to cut into drywall. Every other company told us the only solution was to cut into drywall and fish the wires.     I have used Live Oak Electric several times now, they have been professional and timely every visit. Due to mechanical issues with a ceiling fan, they waved the fee for a service call when the new part did not work for a second time and disassembled the old fan to ship back to the manufacturer.     I had a problem with my garbage disposal tripping the breaker and not turning back on. I didn’t know if the breaker was bad or if the garbage disposal had died. I called Live Oak Electrical and they came out to determine the problem. It turns out the garbage disposal was dead. While they were here I had them change out three breakers. I would highly recommend this company. They come when they say they will and are very neat. This was the third time I have used this company and each time Kyle has come. I would definitely recommend Live Oak Electrical and Kyle for all your electrical needs.

    In my first rating, I noted that I would have given Live Oak a 5-star rating, except for something that hit a sour note. And that was the $20 charge that was added to my invoice for access into my development. The owner posted the reason for this charge (please read it), so I am amending my review. I failed to see the bigger picture. And I apologize for that. I would not want to mischaracterize or shed a negative light on this company in any way. They do excellent work! I had only considered one truck for an annual access decal at $480. Of course it would cost more for additional trucks. I have no idea how business “write-offs” work, but it would sure be good if they could apply this to gate fees. I also had the impression that some companies may even absorb the entry fee for the benefit of generating more business. Word of mouth is a BIG THING – especially in a development with almost 10,000 homes.

    We cant recommend Lacy and Live Oak enough. We lost power in our guest bedroom just a week before guests were due to arrive. I called a half dozen electrical companies, but all were booked until after our guests arrived. Live Oak took the effort to adjust some things and squeeze us in.Lacy was a fantastic technician with which to work. He came early but called in advance to make sure it was alright. He was friendly, informative and professional. He resolved our problem and also made the effort to answer other electrical questions that we had.Best service experience we have had since moving to Sun City 3 years ago.

    Kyle Strauss and an assistant installed a new fan/light that the company had recommended and I had purchased separately. They did some drywall alteration and wiring changes and seem to have installed the fan well. The work was done neatly and on time. I have used this company several times before and, while they are not the cheapest, I believe they are a good value. They offer flexible scheduling, adhere to their schedule, and have friendly, respectful personnel who know what they are doing. Kyle was great to work with.

    I used Live Oak last week for a circuit breaker problem. I called them on Monday and they came on Wednesday. Christian arrived at the appointment time. He promptly diagnosed my problem and replaced an outside GFCI outlet. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I will certainly use Live Oak again for any problems that might arise and highly recommend them. I l liked the text prior to Christian’s arrival that showed his picture and who would be arriving at my door. I was told up front what hourly charges would be and it was exactly as I was told.     The technicians installed a 240v outlet for use with an electric car charger that we provided. They arrived on time. They were very courteous, and they explained exactly what they were going to do. They completed the job neatly and within the estimated time frame.In the process they had to remove a section of drywall to install the wiring. They carefully replaced the drywall section, adding a 2x4 backing to secure it in place at no extra charge.We charge our car every day and have had no problems with the outlet.
