    We have been extremely pleased with the whole process from A-Z. Sales (Derik) was great with the whole consultation, proposal process and follow-up before, during and post-installation. The installation team (Todd and Zach) was great to with their quality work and communication around the whole process. And the office manager (Lisa) was both professional and courteous and provided great customer service. This is a true 5+ Star performance by the whole team across the board!

    From start to finish, our salesperson Derik kept us informed with the process of cost, HOA approval, fabrication, and installation date in a timely manner. Additionally, the installation crew of three was very professional and meticulous and took the time to instruct us on how to maintain & change angles if we so desire.     Contacted Trish regarding installation of Bahama Shutters on our home. She came out and measured windows and gave us an estimate in a timely fashion. Painted to match existing shutters. Took a while for the shutter to get through production and painting but we can blame Covid for that. Thanks China!! Trish kept us in the loop along the way. Came out to install shutter but had the incorrect hinges. Billy, Zac and Jose took care of that right away and we had the shutter installed same day. May install shutters on the rest of the windows but will wait and see. Definitely recommend ABS for your window needs.

    I would definitely recommend using Armor Building Solutions to meet your needs for hurricane protection. It was an absolute pleasure working with Derrick from Sales, Lisa in Customer Service and the technicians who came out to install our hurricane shutters. Everyone we came in contact with was highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure that we understood how to put up our shutters. It was easy to contact Armor and our calls were always returned in a timely manner. Derrick made it a point to follow up to make sure we were satisfied with everything being done on our home and was always available to answer any of our questions.

    We were pleased when Armor Building Solutions did not pressure us into buying the most expensive storm shutters. The salesman, Derek, was very personable and offered several options to choose from. We had some delays due to Covid, but that was not Armors fault and they kept us informed.The installers were super professional. There was a problem with the size of a couple of the aluminum shutters and they went back to the shop and immediately brought back the correct shutters to finish the job in the same day. They went over the procedure for installing the shutters and answered all of our questions. It was a very good experience. We would recommend Armor Building Solutions to others looking for hurricane storm shutters.

    Armor Building Solutions came out to our house to replace a strip that holds the hurricane shutters on our front door. The service man was so very nice. He brought materials for a home with siding or stone front because he wanted it to look nice either way. He was very thorough and did a great job!

    Armor just installed accordion style hurricane shutters to replace the corrugated aluminum ones that came with our house. The quality of the new shutters is excellent and the installers did a great job of removing the old hardware. Todd and Robert even vacuumed the porch before explaining to us the care and operation of the new shutters. All in all, an excellent experience.

    Since we are repeat customers, we were very familiar with the measuring, ordering and installation process. The Sales Consultant, Derik and Joe , the installer kept us up to date right up to the installation day, even calling and coming earlier on the scheduled day.     After seeing neighbors half Bahama shutter on window that gets major sunshine, I proceeded to get same on my house. Sales rep Derik was great, good people skills. Install crew was also great, polite and speedy as well as professional. I love it and it meets my need.I would have given 5-star rating except for 1 issue I had. Install was scheduled for early am; by late am, no one came or called. I had to call multiple times to get live person and request update. Schedule was changed to late afternoon; they came early, right after lunch, with no warning. Luckily it worked out okay.

    We built our new home in Bluffton, SC with H 2 Construction and received metal hurricane shutters for our home. When Matthew hit we put these new shutters up for the first time and found we had a few windows that the shutters had been measured incorrectly. We called Armor and spoke with Lisa who set up an appointment for a re-measure. Todd and Jon came over yesterday to re-measure and were wonderful to work with, both very friendly and willing to rectify everything. They came back later the same day to bring us the bolts we needed to put the shutters up and will return to deliver the new shutters once completed. Working with Armor and Todd & Jon has been a tremendous experience and I would highly recommend them!

    Armors crew today finished a very professional installation of power-operated, remotely controlled roll-down metal storm shutters on the two upstairs windows of our home on Dataw Island, S.C. This is a great relief to us, as no more ladder work will be required when a storm is approaching. The shutters work flawlessly, and the color match to our window trim is perfect. I strongly recommend this company.

    Just had accordion shutters installed on 12 windows; Lexon on 4; and, fabric on 5 openings. The transaction was smooth as can be. Slight changes needed to be made with the billing and small adjustments on the installed shutters and fabric. The customer service was great as Trish adjusted the billing and Matt, Jason, and Jose did the installation and follow up. I would highly recommend this company but hope we do not have to use the product very often.

    We highly recommend Armor Building Solutions. We recently ordered and had them install the Accordion Hurricane Shutters. They are so much better than the original metal shutters that came with the house. With these you pull them together, snap in the lock and they are shut. Jonathan was our sales rep and was great to work with and our installation crew were on time, worked in extreme heat to get it done and then completely went over everything with us. Our daughter and son-in-law are also using Armor to have the canvas window coverings installed.

    I purchased fabric-shield storm protection for my windows through Armor Building Solutions. Just a word of caution: there is no warranty available for this product. The ABS warranty is for installation only. The manufacturer, Wayne Dalton, does not offer a warranty on its website.I cant evaluate the product per se as I have not deployed it, but the process of dealing with ABS was very positive. The installers (Tommy and Jamison) were excellent and my sales rep (Trish) was very accommodating and responsive to my questions.

    Construction of our new home in Hilton Head Island in early 2017 included hurricane shutters provided by Armor Building Solutions, through our builder. When Hurricane Irma arrived last Fall, we discovered several issues with the original shutters provided, and that shutters had not been provided for several windows.We recently contacted Armor to request that the problems be resolved, and are happy to say that all issues were resolved very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Vaughn and Jon came to our house to determine what needed to be done, completed some of the work that day, and told us that the additional shutters needed would be provided within the next week. Just a few days later (yesterday) I received a call that the shutters were ready for delivery. Vaughn and Jon delivered them yesterday. In both their visits, they were very polite and helpful, and obviously knew what they were doing.Thanks Lisa, Jon and Vaughn. Four stars for original work, FIVE stars for follow-up.
