    I called Bathfitters about a month after I had my install with an issue I thought was related to the new pipes they Installed. The regional manager responded quickly, coming to my home the day after I called. He rechecked the work and assured me that the issue I was having was not with the work they had done.     We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter and especially with our installer Billy who removed our old garden tub and replaced it with our new custom walk in shower. Billy went the extra mile to ensure that the shower was installed correctly and looked great! We have had a number of contractors around our home recently doing a number of projects but Billy was by far the most friendly and professional of all. It was a pleasure working with Billy and would like to thank him again for the exceptional work!

    Clayton was very professional and easy to work with. Offered different choices for shower replacements and parts. Very friencdly and went over selections , no rushing, plenty of time to choose options. Would recommend company to anyone .

    Douglass Cruise was the Bath Fitter employee who accomplished the transformation of our old fiberglass tub/shower unit to a gleaming new Bath Fitter installation. Everything about his efforts were outstanding. He kept us appraised of where he was at in the transformation process, what smells and noises we would hear and any situations he ran into. This is the second Bath Fitter remodel we had done as we had a similar tub/shower combo changed into a walk-in shower in another bathroom in this house 3 years ago. We really appreciated Douglas keeping us up to date on his progress and he displayed a positive attitude and made every effort to keep the work area clean - all of which added to his great personality. Overall the transformation would be rated a 10 out of 10 as would Douglass performance.

    Bath Fitters took out a tub and replaced it with a stand up shower per my specifications. Douglas was the technician who did the work. He knew what he was doing,, wasted no time, was timely, polite, and easy to be around. That is a HUGE plus to feel comfortable with someone doing work in your home. Thank you Douglas and Bath Fitter. Cannot say enough good things. The shower is AWESOME!!

    Douglas did an amazing job removing the old tub/shower and installing a full walk-in 🚿.Douglas attention to detail was spot-on.     We replaced a shower. Everyone we dealt with from sales to installation to service was exceptionally nice. We initially had a leak from the door area. They responded to our complaints and we were initially unimpressed with their unsuccessful attempts to fix. I have to give it to them that they kept at it until they got it fixed. Dustin really knew what he was doing and took the time to explain what was going on and his repair procedure approach. Exceptionally nice guy. I give them credit for standing behind their work and making it right.

    Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS did a tub-to-shower conversion in my home in May 2023. From my initial inquiry email to the actual work performed everything was done in a professional and expedient manner. The office staff promptly answered emails and phone calls, as did the agent who conducted our initial consultation. The tradesmen who actually performed the conversion did so in a manner that respected our home and kept all noise and debris to an absolute minimum and accomplished the entire conversion, as quoted, in ONE day. We are well satisfied with the product they delivered, and would hire Bathfitter of Ridgeland, MS again if the need ever arises.

    We had plumbing support issues with the initial install. In order to fix the plumbing, the surround had to be replaced and the added support structure installed. Our installer was Rodney Poyadou. He was very courteous and showed sincere interest to do the job to our satisfaction. I watched him working throughout the repair. He does great work. I am glad that our shower install is backed by their Lifetime Warranty.

    I am a disabled and have to use walker to get around. I cannot raise my right leg much and not very high with my left. This was caused from an injury to my spinal cord. I began falling in the bathtub and one day saw a TV advertisement about Bath Fitter. My wife and I decided to give them a call about my issue and ask could they help.They sent two men to my home. They did not just try to sell me something. They assessed the threat to me and then designed a solution to eliminate that threat. They understood how hamulated I was to fall and have to have my son and wife help me up and out of the tub.They recommended a walk-in shower with a seat, no glass (scared I would break it and get cut), 2 bars in the shower and one outside of it for extra security when moving in and out. Not only did they assess the threat they neutralized it in one of the most skilled and professional design and deployment operations I have ever seen. Mr Douglas Cruise not only highly skilled and professional but also one of the nicest young men I have ever had the honor of meeting.The extra work and thought about the shower designee by Bath Fitter has already saved me from a fall! They have done a great job all of them and I highly recommend Bath Fitter!Thank You Bath FitterJimmy Touchstone former US Marine and still full time Father.

    I had a bath/shower installed by Rodney Poyadou today and I am extremely pleased. The shower looks great and Rodney did an excellent job. He was very clean cut, professional and nice.     I recently had Bath Fitters replace my “garden” tub with a walk in shower. Rodney Poyadon was the specialist sent to perform this miracle.After removing the old tub and side walls it was obvious that the tub had been leaking for years. Instead of leaving the rotted flooring, Rodney got down to business and took care of problem.Rodney is courtesy, professional and efficient! He took the time to explain the process and completed the job on time. I couldn’t be happier with Bath Fitters and Rodney!What a transformation! Well done Rodney!

    Clayton arrived early after checking to see if that was okay. He checked my tub for cracks. I thought I had 2 but he said they were only scratches! He could have sold me a new tub but he was honest and didnt! I appreciate his honesty and delightful personality! When I do need a tub, I will ask for him. Thank you, Clayton!

    The Ridgeland location of Bathfitters resurfaced our bathtub and shower in 2006 and did a great job. Recently we had a problem with the plumbing so I called to see if it was covered under the lifetime warranty. Amy explained that the fiber glass tub and shower is covered but not plumbing fixtures; however the manager took time to explain where to get the part and how to fix it! In this “no care” customer service world that is exemplary and totally unexpected and I would highly recommend the service to anyone who wants to convert and old bathtub and or shower to a totally new look without the expense of removing it.
