    Ferrandino Enterprise addressed a water infiltration in our 120 years old basement. They completed the job in a couple of days by installing a sump pump pit and coordinate the job with the electrician for the necessary wiring. The job was really well coordinated and executed and mostly that corner is dry since then.

    Deck - Recently I noticed the hillside my home is built on was eroding (sink holes under the house and my stone wall was coming undone), and the erosion was causing my attached deck to sag off the house. As a single mother of a 2 year old, this was a huge safety concern for me. I asked Jason and a few other firms to come assess the project and give me some recommendations on remediation. I received a range of quotes and projected work, but Jason took the time to come out and assess the project in person, walk me through exactly what the team would be doing and how the invoicing process would work. They were extremely knowledgeable about what my specific home would need and were able to explain to me why their phased approach (with optional additional phases) was the best option for my home - even though it meant a smaller initial job and less money for Jason and his team. Id been pitched on HUGE quotes and found Jasons approach to be honorable and very valuable to me to be able to make an informed choice about how to proceed. Jason and his team just completed the work and I am so happy with the results. Id use Jason and his team for any home related issue I have in the future without hesitation. Thank you!Flood Remediation - Jason and his team are lifesavers! My washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my home, damaging the floors and ceilings of two levels. Jason fielded my frantic call and came to help me find the source of the problem and set a plan for immediate remediation. His team was there the next day to start working with my insurance provider to assess the damage and create a plan of action to ensure myself and my 2 year old daughter were safe. As a single parent, its imperative that I have a safe home for my daughter and he understood my need to have a quality remediation solution done quickly so we could continue to reside here during repair.     In the snow storm last December, we got Ice dam built-up resulting in roof leakage and water shipping into false ceiling and walls inside the house. it was a Sunday morning when I noticed the water in the ceiling, called few contractors, Jason returned my call immediately and sent his crew to clean up the ice on roof and mitigate the interior damage. very professional team, quick response, easy to deal with. even my insurance company adjuster appreciated their estimate and approved it immediately without any hesitation. despite the holiday season Jason and his team addressed the issue at hand and handled very well.     Jason, Matt and team responded quickly to help me with a foundation/drainage disaster involving water damage in multiple areas. As part of the drainage project, they seamlessly replaced stonework on an adjacent patio, worked around a newly installed fence, saved as many of my foundation plantings as they could, and did an amazing job replacing some rotten siding and installing flashing as a last minute request. They were fast, considerate, and informative. The workmanship was excellent. Would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

    We asked Jason to repair some deck stairs that were rotting, repair a back door that had significant water damage, and Shore up some Bluestone patio and walkway stones that were out of place and sagging. We couldnt be more thrilled with the work that he did for us. All of the work that I listed was done at a very high professional level but it is the extras that were done that is truly impressive. Not only did he repair some sagging stones in the walkway but he filled in all of the joints with brand new stone dust. And because there was a staircase at the end of this walkway that had some cement that had fallen apart he replaced that as well. On the back deck there was significant repair needed, more than I think was originally thought, but no extra charge was asked. The back Bluestone patio was made to look far better than it had ever looked. Jason also added some gravel to our under deck area free of charge. And lastly he repaired an area under a stone wall that had washed out by filling it with gravel and it looks great. The bottom line is this company takes care of you. Quite often if you reach out to Jason by texting him he will call you rather than texting. Lastly I should mention that the price he quoted me was the price that he charged even though there were almost too many extras that he threw in to even list. I give this company my highest recommendation.

    JASON and his team have been great. Nobody wants to wake up with water in their basement. But JASON was responsive (there same day) and his team was terrific - they showed up next day and stayed until all the damaged/waterlogged stuff was removed as well as addressing the removal of the sheet rock, insulation and carpets.JASON knows what needs to be done and helps walk you thru the process in a way that shows that he knows exactly what he is doing (even though it is a first time for most of us). And he keeps you updated along the way so you know what is coming next.Would highly recommend him for water remediation projects.

    During tropical storm Isaias a large maple tree fell on our house. We called several tree services but none would return our call. Luckly on the day after the storm our insurance company sent Ferrandio Enterprises. They showed up at 7pm that evening and got right to work. In the dark they went up on our roof with chain saws and removed enough of the tree limbs such that they could put tarps on our roof. They were at our house until almost midnight. It was an amazing effort. Later that night it rained and we would have had serious additional damage had they not show up. Two days later, a Saturday, they showed up with a 90 ton crane, lifted the tree off of our roof and cut it up. Two days later they came to clean everything up. We were very impressed with the work they did.

    Jason Ferrandino was introduced to me by my pool contractor, Shoreline Pools. The project entailed gut renovating the entire 2 acre back yard which involved site work, excavation, irrigation, masonry work and landscaping. We planted over 200 16-18 ft green giants, laid down 2 acres of sod and installed decorative plants around kitchen and pool hardscape. The outcome was amazing and I couldnt be happier. Jason is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, responsive and great value for the money spent. He knows a lot about a lot and is a true savant.
