Outdoor Dreams exceeded all of my expectations! I wish that I could give them six stars, honestly. Im a tough reviewer, and I have pretty high expectations for professionalism, courtesy, and quality, and OD could not have done any better than they did. We installed a new deck, patio, and fire pit, and from the design stage straight through to completion they were absolute professionals. The design stage was fun - lots of great/creative ideas shooting back and forth. Greg was just the perfect mix of offering professional design opinions AND letting us experiment and express our preferences. He found that balance wonderfully. During the build phase, OD was prompt, professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Their communication and availability is amazing. They were here on time literally EVERY day that they said they would be and every day that they could be (with really only weather holding them off for a few days). The project Manager, Geoff, was an absolute joy to work with. From his friendly and approachable demeanor to his knowledge of the building work. He explained everything to us, answered even our dumbest questions, and lent an additional artistic eye to the original design work. Geoff was available by text or phone literally 24/7 for us, and I cant say enough positive about him.Overall, you can NOT go wrong with this company! Professional doesnt cover it - they are absolutely top notch and build the highest quality product you can imagine. I highly recommend that you talk with Outdoor Dreams in youre planning hardscape and other outdoor renovations/additions to your home! -

It has been a great experience working with Outdoor Dreams! The entire process ( first phone calls, design selections, preconstruction meetings and building ) has been seamless and Mike, Greg and Geoff always had an open ear for our questions and concerns. The different construction crews have been working very hard under sometimes difficult conditions and were great to work with too. The quality of workmanship is extraordinary and we are very happy with the end result ! We highly recommend Outdoor Dreams ! -

If you can imagine it Outdoor Dreams can bring it to reality. From our first meeting with Mike and Greg to our final meeting we definitely felt like we were a part of the entire process and not just another customer. Outdoor Dreams workers are true professionals and they ensure that every detail that was presented in the first rendering are actually part of the final product. We couldnt be happier with our new outdoor retreat and look forward to enjoying our awesome outdoor space for many years. -

Outdoor Dreams was very professional and completely able to work with you and your budget while providing a complete vision for years to come. Not only did they help design a space for us, but worked with us to stay within budget and working with us to give us ideas for further upgrades. They are a design and build firm, which means they will help you come up with 3D renderings for your space and give you a complete picture of what your space can look like, whether you are unsure of what to do or need helping implementing your ideas. During the build process, the level of detail and care is above and beyond. All of the workers are friendly and professional and are easily to reach before, during and even after the process is complete. Our space is everything we imagined and more. Very helpful staff. Lots of info on their site. But I was put off by hearing that they are only booking jobs exceeding $100K and they are a year behind schedule.
