I would definitely recommend Alpha Power and Restoration to anyone needing work done as far as roofing/gutters. They did a wonderful job and my house now looks like a different yet beautiful home again! I would like to shout out to Bill Anderson (production manager) who was just wonderful at staying on top of this project for me. He was always fast in responding to any questions I had or info he needed to tell me! Excellent communication and very nice yet professional which means a lot!!Also want to say a word about AJ who is owner of this business. He has a wonderful disposition when working with his customers. He is very nice to talk to as well. They Both show concern and listen to your concerns and try to solve any problems/issues that may pop up or that come with the project you are having them do!! Great job to all the workers as well who put my new roof on and my gutters!! One person did stick out to me and that was the gutter guy, George! He was so nice and listen to a concern I had and politely answered my questions. A big plus for me. You have to listen to your customers and make them happy and understand what and why you are doing this or that. A+ for All of them!!Thanks again guys!!

Alpha Power Restoration did a spectacular and high quality job replacing our roof and gutters. The management and staff were very experienced, professional, compassionate, and they worked with us from start to finish. They explained every step in details and kept to their timelines. I was delightfully surprised at the speed they completed their work, and cleaned up everywhere; no single debris was left behind. My wife and family are overwhelmed with the high quality of their work, professionalism, consistent & communications, and speed of delivery.Alpha Power Restoration met us at our lowest point when we were grappling with issues with a dubious irresponsible big insurance company, and God used them to calm us down, offer hope and brought resolution and peace of mind.. AJ is so knowledgeable about everything insurance. If he hadn’t come to our home to inquire about the roof, tell us to contact the insurance company we never would have. Our roof was completely covered by insurance. Alpha did our 40,000 sq ft roof in one day!The most painless, major project we’ve ever had because of alpha!

Just got my siding and window wraps redone with Alpha Power and the quality of work and high level of customer service was impressive.I worked with Joe and AJ and they were both very helpful. Joe was always available to answer questions, and stopped by multiple times on the day the work was completed to make sure all went well. AJ was very helpful with working with my Allstate adjuster to make sure they got everything they needed and got everything covered as well.I will be recommending Alpha Power to my friends and family for any roofing and siding work. Thanks again for all the help!

Alpha Power did a great job managing my project end to end at our home in Lake Forest. The owner AJ was on site and available for all the work and regularly connected with me. We had hail damage from a large storm and they worked with our insurance company to show them all the damage and were able to get what was initially covered up by 110%, the work they did on my roof, gables, garage doors, and gutters was great. They communicate well and are fair/honest on their prices. I got multiple quotes for each portion of the project and they were consistently most competitive.

From the first contact I had with Alex I was impressed with his knowledge and concern with my roof issue. He came out to inspect my roof at my convenience and took many pictures to indicate to me the damage caused by the hail. He initiated the call with my insurance company and explained the issues. He then showed up with my insurance company’s rep to do their inspection. Insurance agent ultimately approved my claim. Alex was there to answer any questions I had and was always communicating with me on any updates. He was instrumental in getting my gutters covered as he talked with my claim to to explain the damage. AJ then called me to say the material would be delivered and work would commence the next day. The key with both AJ and Alex was their concern for me the customer and keeping me in the loop of any updates to my claim. The workers from Alpha arrived to do the roof at 6:45 and worked efficiently throughout the day to finish by 3pm. Cleanup was meticulous and all workers were professional. The supervisor was there to answer any questions. AJ called to let me know a few issues that came up that required a trip to Home Depot to get additional materials and I was kept in the loop. All in all I was very satisfied with the work completed from the first contact with Alex until completion of work.

Had a problem with water cascading off the roof over existing plastic gutters. AJ recommended six inch gutters with oversized downspouts. All good now. These guys are professional, fair priced and experienced.

We are so happy with the quality of work and the customer service we received throughout the entire process.Casey and AJ were incredibly responsive. They first showed up at the house in the middle of the storm that caused damage. They walked us through the process from there, assisting with communication to insurance. They answered all of our questions and came to the house any time needed.We will be recommending APR to friends and family for exterior restoration work. We are so glad to have found these guys! They were just so incredibly helpful.

Throughout the process, I dealt with Damarcus, AJ, and Kevin, all of whom were courteous, prompt in their responses, and displayed a high level of professionalism. They went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining the entire process, the contract terms, and the pricing breakdown, which set them apart from other companies.I was particularly impressed by how APR handled an issue with my bank mistakenly bouncing the 50% down payment I provided. Despite the banks fraud suspicion, APR didnt delay the work; instead, they proceeded with the job trusting that I would pay in full. This level of trust and action is commendable, as most other companies might have canceled the installation until receiving another check. Furthermore, APR was understanding and accommodating when I needed to change the installation day due to work and family commitments.Even in the scorching heat and humidity, the roofing crew, led by Alexi, remained professional and incredibly hardworking. Aj and his team did my roof last spring. Got the whole job done in one day. Really good work, and they did an excellent job with the clean up. Very honest man, didnt pull my leg or give me any B.S. on price or installation. I refer this company to all my friends and family. This summer our area experienced three big storms. Knowing our roof had a few years on it, I checked w neighbors and was referred to AJ and Jenny at ALPHA POWER.
