    I am pleased with the level of customer service and the quality of work thus far as a new Dodson customer. David came out for the initial inspection and treatment. He was knowledgeable and personable, and I have not had anymore ants in the house since then. Then Andrew treated for termites and did a very thorough job and spent time explaining the treatment. He was also knowledgeable and personable. These people love their jobs and it shows in their work, as well as how they relate to their customers. I am happy to have switched pest control companies.

    I have worked with several pest control companies, and Dodson is the best of them all. The young lady who services my home, Kayla, does a great job. She is aware of my very busy schedule, so she texts me the night before, when she is on her way, and when she arrives. I love it! Communication is key! She wears her shoe booties while in my home, which translates to me as respect for my property. Thank you, Kayla and Dodson pest control!

    My family and I are happy with services we have received for pest control with Dodson since beginning our contract in May. The service representatives always call ahead before the scheduled treatment and inquire as to whether we have areas of concern during the bi-monthly treatments. Derrick has come to our home several times now and is always patient and attentive with our specific concerns, as well as respectful of the property. I would recommend Dodson to anyone looking for pest control.

    Derrick has been servicing our home for a while now and is always professional, he always gives me a call ahead to make sure there’s nothing out of the ordinary going on that needs his attention, due to work I can’t always answer but when I do he’s a pleasure to speak with and makes me feel taken care of, it’s also nice having the same tech come to my home than a different one every time. Highly recommend Derrick to anyone needing routine pest preventative maintenance.

    Brandon Robinson always does a great job for me. He gets rid of the insects and pests and is always courteous and friendly. A few times that I have had ants show up inbetween the monthly service, he is prompt to get here to stop them in their tracks!!!     I have nothing but great service from Dobson and Gresham Dovgorouki every time he comes to do my service. He always checks to see if everything is ok and makes sure that there is mice/rat killer stuff is in the traps. And reminds me if I see anything before next visit to call and he will be back to take care of my problem. Since Will left Gresham has been a great service tech.Keep him!!

    Having moved to Richmond from the hometown of Dodson Bros. Exterminators, Lynchburg, VA I wanted to support them with my business. I have not been sorry. They have done an awesome job of eliminating wood roaches and all other pests. When I moved to my home the garden shed was infested by roaches and by mole crickets. Dodson was able to solve that issue. Their technicians are professional, prompt, and pleasant. The current tech is Derrick. He comes when scheduled, always asks about any pest issues, and brushes away any outside cobwebs. He’s very pleasant and knowledgeable. Good job, Dodson Bros!Another 5* review for Dodson Bros and particularly for Derrick Lee. He is reliable, always on time, always notifies me when hell come, sweeps down any cobwebs, and treats for pests.     Andrew Outland is the most kindest, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful tech I have had with recent visits from Dodson.     Weve used Dodson since becoming homeowners in 2021 and have never been anything less than impressed and happy with our services. Derrick does a thorough evaluation at each visit, checks in with us to address any issues were noticing, and does a comprehensive application of all treatments as well as makes recommendations that are helpful as needed. Weve noticed a significantly measurable improvement since utilizing them and generally remain problem free.

    We had issues with ants for a few years in the summer months and always tried to self treat with in-store treatments but never really solved the problem.Based on other recommendations, we went with Dodson and within two months our ant problem was completely resolved.It’s spring now a year later and we still haven’t seen any ants inside. Derrick is our local rep and he has been great. Always calling a day before to remind us of our treatment and listening to any issues we may have had. Would definitely recommend if somebody has had pest issues in the past and self treatment hasn’t worked

    We have been using Dodson Pest Control (Chesterfield County Virginia area) ever since we moved here over twenty years ago. They come out once a year to inspect for termites and treat if necessary. A few years ago we started having problems with cockroaches getting into the garage and occasionally into the house. We consequently contracted with Dodson to come out six times per year and treat for them. So far the treatments have been successful.Today Derrick from Dodson came out to inspect the house and apply another application. He has been here a few times before - he is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Hes a keeper! Thank you Dodson for your service and a special thanks to Derrick!

    Our technician, Derrick, does an outstanding job providing protection from pests year-round. He knocks down all the webs around windows and doors, places traps in our garage and crawl space. He sprays around the exterior of our home and also dispenses pellets in and around all our planted areas. Dodson’s prices are very affordable. We have been customers for over 30 years.

Today the inspection was done by one of their outstanding staff members, Ronell. He was extremely professional and personable. They are also very detailed and knowledgeable - see gnats, they look at the root cause to prevent - gnats were coming from soil/excess water in a plant for example. Teach you about keeping food and water sources contained from pests while providing a great proactive treatment barrier for your protection year around. Love Dodson Pest Control Company. We recently moved into a new home and obviously chose Dodson to provide termite and pest control! Today, Andrew came to treat out home for termites.     We called for a quote and within minutes Ralliegh returned our call and within 30 minutes was at our home to give a estimate.     Brian Lamb is a professional to deal with in representing Dodson Pest control. He always calls to insure we are going to be home. When he arrives he asks what issues we may be having. After listening he explains what he going to do to rectify the situation. After completion of his work he explains what he has found and what he has done to remedy the situation. When leaving he tells us to call him if we have any problems and if everything remains fine he will see us in a couple of months.     Ralliegh at Dodson Pest Control is GREAT! He arrived at my home at the early end of my arrival window time (huge bonus!) and gave me the run down on what would need to be done to handle my yellow jacket problem. He was honest and professional and never pushed any additional services. I agreed to the services needed and he was able to immediately take care of the problem. He also told me to contact him if there were any problems after he left. Ralliegh was quick and efficient. While I hope to never need pest control services again, I will definitely call Ralliegh!     During some remodeling projects, we unfortunately discovered a hornets nest somewhere under our home. After hearing several recommendations for Dodson Pest Control, we called right away. It was after hours and we left a message. Ralliegh Engel returned our call that evening and set up an appointment to come out and inspect the next day. He was prompt and courteous and after inspecting the entire crawl space was able to figure out where the nest was. We then arranged a time for him to return and treat the nest.
