New customer here. I called yesterday afternoon because I was concerned that our septic was getting too full. The lady who took my call was very courteous and informed me of the fees involved. She scheduled for this morning between 10am and noon. Truck pulled in at 10:30am and the service man was informative and did a great job !!I highly recommend.

I love Kenway Rice Lake and all of their friendly intelligent employees. They are kind and always willing to help out. They are professional and have been able to pump and maintain my septic system 24-7 that was installed in 1978 and still functions like a charm! Thank you Kenway!

We had an issue with the septic system yesterday. Called Ken-Way. The gal that answered tried to troubleshoot with us on the phone to no success--but awesome to get the assistance right away. Then she had a guy out this morning super early. He worked the problem, figured out some issues and cleaned them out, and on and on. These guys are professional, friendly, on time, etc. We are new homeowners, and I wouldnt trade this experience with them for anything. They were awesome!

Ken-way was actually the second company to come to fix our main drain clog. The first one wasnt able to fix it after 2 separate visits. Kenway had the problem fixed in under 10 min! It was incredible! They even went above and beyond and cleared any root build up down the lines and dug up the pipe in question to make sure it wasnt broken. We wont have to call them back for awhile now. Seriously great company, John knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. He had another guy with him but didnt catch his name, he was good too :)

I recently had a blockage issue that I couldnt fix myself, I stopped in to the office and explained my situation and Kenway was there the next day. To not have to take another shower of refuse from pulling the clean out is priceless!! Kenway saved the day without a doubt, thank you guys!!

We rely on Ken-Way Services at our Birchwood home (conventional septic) and for service at our two vacation rental homes (both have holding tanks). I cant say enough good things about this company. Prompt, courteous, reliable, helpful - theyve shared many tips on things we can do ourselves to prevent problems. Highly recommend and wouldnt think of using any other company!
