We hired Frasier’s for our first ever cabin drain-down service. Theresa and Adam kept communication open leading right up to Adam’s arrival for our scheduled service. Adam performed all the drain-down tasks and was willing to thoughtfully and thoroughly answer all the questions I had as I followed him around during the service. We won’t hesitate to call on Frasier’s again for our plumbing needs.

Frasier’s is a really good company to work with. Competent and friendly professionals from scheduling to in-home service. I appreciate the communications on service day. There’s a 1 hr window the day before. They send a photo of the tech and let you know when they are 20 minutes out. No waiting for half a day…I enjoyed my interaction with Conor Loreth today.

Cody Ottman was our tech to inspect plumbing systems. I gave him a good overview on our systems first and then he checked water quality before and after the water softener. He was very good at answering my questions and gave good guidance on expected lifetimes on various equipment and things to watch or listen for. Likewise good recommendations on how often to check or inspect. Would definitely ask for him in the future.

Our water heater went out and we called Frasiers to come look at it. Adam was amazing! He said he could try and fix it or we could get a new one. The brand we had didnt exist anymore and it was pretty old. I appreciate that he was willing to try (some other plumbing companies wouldnt even come look at it). We ended up getting a new one. About a week later we noticed a water spot on our ceiling (completed unrelated to the water heater). Again we called Frasiers, Adam came out within 24 hours diagosed the problem and had it fixed. Our leak was around a light so Frasiers even helped us fix that. I would Highly recommend Frasiers!!

KUDOS TO TEAM FRASIERWe have been utilizing Frasiers for nearly 40 yrs and honestly, the service is non-stop! My husband called to report an issue with our furnace...it wasnt doing its job. He called at 10:40 am and the scheduler answered back at 10:45 am. Wow, thank you!Fast forward, Mitch and his assistant show up shortly after and make a prediction...a few options and he sends in the big guns, Kyle;)Kyle was very knowledgeable, offered a few ideas, gave us a few options to cut the cost of a full blown replacement and left the decision up to us. Kyle walked us through exactly what to expect, explained the details, and went over the services that would be included in the new install. Yes, our furnace was an 18 year install from Frasiers. Our install was the next day...The job was not an easy one due to the fact that the furnace was in the attic. It had to be dismantled in the seat it held for 18 years, part by part and numerous trips up and down the spiral staircase. Jeremiah and Matt worked diligently without a break for most of the morning. (they arrive at 7:00 am in the morning) Thankfully, our new install was a bit smaller; I watched the boys carry the new one up the spiral stairway:)Kyle was able to stop by and check on the progress of the day. He passed the baton and left Jeremiah to complete the install and diagnostic set up our new install. Jeremiah was quiet and extremely focused on the completion of the job. Kudos to Jeremiah...the end result is one of perfection.

Frasier was very responsive to our request for plumbing work, as we had experienced backups in our septic system. We had septic service out,, and then called Frasier to ensure system ready for busy summer. Victoriano did excellent job, thoroughly testing all points to figure out the issue and rule out others, unclogging pipe to septic, and running scope to check for roots. He was thorough, explained every step, showed us what he was seeing, and made sure we understood and agreed to charges at every decision point. Appreciate his work, and recommend Victoriano and Frasier.

Our problem this time, was there was only power to one outlet in our boathouse. The power originated in the house and goes downhill to the boathouse Luke explained everything and was so thorough. He walked us through what the problems were and what he would do, including replacing the panel in the boathouse that was known to cause fires. We loved that it would be him coming back to actually do the work. I cannot praise Frasiers enough. We have now used them for plumbing, heating and electrical. They are so responsive, calling us back and scheduling a visit, sometimes same day. Teresa in dispatch is so personable. The entire company is top notch. Mitch from Frazier Plumbing was excellent! He arrived on time and went right to work, coordinating with the drywall contractors I also had working in my home so they wouldnt be in each others way. He removed a baseboard radiator no longer needed, then reconfigured some plumbing at the boiler to provide a better flush and allow my boiler to fill properly. All 5 of the techs that were back and forth out of my home, and Brett the advisor were great. Was sort of laughing comparing to salaries of beginning teachers.

Brandon and his crew showed up on time for furnace and a/c install. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When testing the new furnace it was making a high pitched whistle, I asked if it would go away or if there was an issue with it. They checked into the noise and were able to get it to stop but said they would have to replace the part that was causing the noise and that they would be ordering it when they got back to the shop. They showed us everything they did and how the furnace, a/c and thermostat work and explained the maintenance needed. They were very thorough when cleaning up after the job was finished. Very happy with their services!

Victor and Cody serviced a plumbing water filter system and went beyond what they were there to do. They made sure that the part worked before leaving the job. This required an additional 30 mins of work. Our dogs were all up in their business and they were so kind about it. I hope they are getting paid what they’re worth!!! Fraisers can be more pricey than other plumbing outfits but I have to say that Victor and Cody make it worth the extra coin!

I will never use them again and I will not recommend them!
