    As a 5th generation Nevadan, I’m always seeking a “local” company for our business needs and Joe’s Roofing checked all the boxes…friendly, efficient, reliable, professional and most importantly, quality workmanship. After a wind & rainstorm in Washoe Valley caused damage to 3 sections of our roof, I contacted Joe’s Roofing to request an estimate for repairs and never looked back. It was a couple of weeks to get the inspection and estimate; the repairs followed shortly afterwards. I was out of town when the repairs took place, but my husband was home and he couldn’t compliment the foreman and crew enough. In addition to checking all “my” boxes, the crew ensured the work areas were clean before leaving every night; which was a sign of respecting our property and very important to my husband. From the receptionist to the estimator to the scheduler to the foreman to the crew to the owner…Joe’s Roofing is an amazing company! Over the next year, we intend to replace our 19 year old roof (don’t get me started on the original contractor) and there will be only ONE phone call made for this project: 775-369-1919.

    Joe’s roofing was professional, courteous, hard working, and affordable. They were able to send a quote quickly and worked with us to ensure all our questions were answered. When they arrived on site, the workers did an excellent and quick job. Within two days, they ripped off all the shingles and installed everything for the roof replacement on my two-story house. Repairs that were needed were communicated to us and the cost to do those was reasonable.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced, contact Joe’s roofing.

    I highly recommend Joes Roofing. My house is built on the side of a hill near Verdi, and in November, a big storm rolled through, with high winds (60+ mph) that broke several concrete roof tiles. So I called Joes Roofing. They were prompt in answering my phone call, and prompt in sending one of their guys (Jason) to inspect the damage. Jason was on time, and the repair went smoothly. He checked the rest of the roof for additional damage - fortunately there was none. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. Hopefully, future winter storms will be kind to my roof, but if they arent, I can confidently call Joes Roofing Reno.

    I called to get an inspection. I had the roof re-done when adding solar to our home. A pipe was not covered and leaked all over the kitchen. I called Joes Roofing for an inspection for leak damage. Jason came out and was on time and was able to tell us the materials used we falling apart already. Jason helped us contact the manufacturer to get some assistance with replacement. Long story short. We are looking at getting a re-roof done. The people at Joes roofing are great, personal and really helped us. I highly recommend Joes roofing. They were available when no other companies would even schedule to look at the roof.

    We hired Joes roofing to do a complete tear off and new roof. They were incredibly responsive, started work quickly, and the price was competitive. The crew encountered one hiccup during the project, and Joe was great about communicating the plan and cost associated.The crew spent a week at our house, and they were all incredibly professional, kind and most importantly left our home spotless every single day. When they were finished, they spent a good amount of time cleaning up around our yard, blew off the patios, drive way, garden beds and picked up every single piece of the construction debris.     Joes Roofing was the best. There was a very small window of opportunity to get my roof done between storms. Joe sent his crew up, and they (5-6 men) worked diligently for 3 days. Arrived early in the morning and stayed until almost dark. Hard workers and very efficient (and polite). They cleaned the debris daily, and my property was spotless when they left. They did a great job. And, the bonus is that Joe answers his phone, and if hes not available, he always calls back.     I have been using Joes roofing for several years. When I call Joe he always personally picks up the phone and when asked to handle a roof leak on one of our warehouses he happily responds with Ill take care of it Last winter we had the misfortune of heavy snow tearing off a part of our roof at our Truckee cabin. After calling several local roofers and being told well get to you in a week or longer I decided to call Joe. He promised that hed close up the hole by the end of the day. Joe had two guys on the roof within a couple hours and the hole was covered before dusk and the next snow storm. I will always highly recommend Joes roofing to anyone that asks for a roofer recommendation

    The 10 June 2023 hailstorm in Carson damaged our roof to the point of needing a completely new roof. A neighbor had used Joe’s and was very happy with the job they did. We were not disappointed. Joe fit us in on the very busy schedule and his crew did a great job replacing our 2460sf single story roof. We were able to file an insurance claim as well— the hailstorm having been a highly unusual event.

    From a customer perspective, this is how all contractors should conduct business. Very quick turn around from when the job was bid to completion. They work really well with the HOA to make sure the customer gets the best possible product. The front office saved us a ton of money going from the ceramic tile to composite shingles. The owner showed up and made sure the job was off to a good start. The guys did a really nice job on the roof starting from the removal of the old all the way through to the installation of the new. They cleaned up dang near every little scrap of debris at the end. Thank you!!

    We had my parents roof redone. It was an old shake roof in dire need or replacing. Joes roofing came out, took the old roof off, put some new wood down and did the replacement in a matter of days. They did an excellent job. I already have, and will continue to recommend this company.

    Such a pleasure working with these professionals. I had a small repair job done and called six local Carson City roofing companies and basically could not get a return call even though I was told I someone would get back to me. Joe is just a great guy to work with. He listened carefully to my concerns, and patiently answered all my questions. His responses to my questions were based on many years of experience in the roofing business. To take the time he did with me, with all the work he had going on, was much appreciated. The end product surpassed all my expectations.     I am so happy with the service, the responsiveness and the quickness of the work that was provided by Jesse from Joes Roofing. He was very kinda and had a great attitude. I called on a Wednesday and he was able to come look at my roof today, on Friday. I was expecting to pay a lot more, and I thought there was more damage to my roof than there actually was.     My fathers roof had a leak around the chimney. My father contacted the insurance company and was only provided with the claims phone number.Joe personally called my father and stated look for right now lets get a temporary repair to prevent further damage. The team came out within 24 hours and put a temporary repair around the chimney. The inspection showed that a new roof was necessary.When the weather got better Joe and Chad came out and went through step by step on how the roof was going to be replaced. On the day of the install, Joes team of works came and worked to replace the roof in one day.     I had a small roof leak at the front of my house. I called Joe’s roofing and Eddie came out the following day to take a look. Eddie told me the problem was a result of the builder incorrectly installing the first row of shingles. The shingle ends were within 1 inch of each other which cause the roof leaking between the shingles and backing up into the roof felt. After the felt got soaking wet it started leaking behind my gutters. Eddie and Ismael came out about a week later and replaced the first two rows of shingles and replaced the roof felt with a waterproof membrane. Everything was done professionally and I feel confident that the my leak as been corrected. I highly recommend Joe’s roofing for all your roofing repairs.

    Joes Roofing responded to my calls and emails promptly and were concerned about smaking the process as smooth as possible, even though it all took place during their move to a new location!  That is impressive.  The only issue was that the crew was so intent on using every bit of the short November daylight to complete the roof that they didnt leave enough time to clean up/neaten up in the backyard which made the walkway an obstacle course for us, and not safe for our dog to use the yard overnight.  They did clean up beautifully upon completion of the roof on the second day.  I had no idea that a reroof (complete with replacement and installation of new roof vents) could be completed in two days!

    Joe is an honest and competent business man. Last year we had a tile roof that was leaking because of the felt rotting and failing. They removed the tile, replaced the felt with a product that is far superior, and re-installed the tile. Problem solved! We have a casita which was newer than the house so we didnt do that roof. It developed a small leak with the last wind and rain event. I called Joe and he had his people out within 2 days. It was small problem and was repaired that same day. Thank you!
