My experience with Mr. Chris Profaci of Northstar Commercial Construction was very pleasant. He was very professional, punctual, concise and his follow-up is exemplary. I would highly recommend Northstar Commercial because of my experience with him.

I work with Chris on couple of big projects and he did an excellent job. My first project is a liquor store which was in very bad shape. I hire an architect for the new design and make use of space efficiently and ended up paying tens of thousands and we have made no progress due to skyrocketing project cost. Then I met Chris, Northstar Commercial Construction and after discussing the details with him, I gain confidence by his ideas and was able to finish the project with in the budget. It was very challenging project due the layout and extensions made over the time to the building. If its not him we could have scrap the project and that building never seen the light again. He did a fantastic job on building out 15,000 sq feet for a daycare in my second project with him. It is lot to describe it here. I highly recommend him.

Northstar did a great job at a commercial building I own.He soundproofed a large 3 car commercial garage and took care of some draining issues, by installing a 15’ drain and diverting the water away from the building. His estimate was very fair and he completed the work on time.I would recommend him highly .
