    We called and were able to get a next day appointment. It looks like most of the time, their electricians are available after 6pm because the bulk of their work is in Manhattan, which works for us too.Mike came and inspected our outlet, and helped identify the issue in no time.

    My outlet for microwave and other appliances has a burnt smell to it and wisp of smoke coming out. I called this morning and explained my problem. They were in the neighborhood not far and said they will swing by to check it. Lo and behold 15 minutes later they’re in my apartment. I appreciate them wearing booties inside my apartment. They explained everything to me and my husband. Being in an old building apartment its time to change the outlet with CGFI outlet. Price is reasonable and highly recommend them!!! Thank you!

    Me and the wife had problem with our lighting, one of the electricians named Mike came to help us, he literally got our issues fixed in under an hour and when we found another problem with our light switches he came as soon as he could and still fixed it quick! If you ever have a problem and have Mike you’re in luck! 🍀Plus he’s extremely communicative and will tell you everything that’s wrong and how fix it in simple steps

    Really appreciated their work, safety protocols in my apartment and their hands-on attitude. I had new lights installed in my bathroom -- they came out great, its a whole new room in there! They were also kind enough to install a crystal chandelier, a bedroom light dimmer as well as an LED light fixture in my walk-in closet. Gave me a suggestion of what to install in my kitchen for new lights -- which we did yesterday on our own and came out fantastic. Great team, very fairly priced and highly recommend.

    These guys were amazing. We had an electrical fire that burned our entire panel in the basement and left us without power (and without heat in the dead of winter). They came the very next morning and spent all day rewiring the box and getting our power back on. They were thorough, conscientious, very professional, affordable, and kind, and they explained everything they were doing as they did it. We were so lucky to have found them.

    AC/DC was awesome—immediately responsive, came to my house within a couple hours, and was able to install my Ring doorbell camera and troubleshoot an electrical outlet that was unpowered all in less than 30 minutes. Super efficient, highly professional, and would definitely recommend.

    Professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. We needed the electric set up for our dishwasher and after a quick phone call and in-person consultation, the work was all done in the same day. They understood our problem and gave us a quick and easy solution for our old apartment kitchen, along with some helpful advice for what we can do in the future as we keep renovating.     AC/DC guys did a great job replacing an old outlet in our apt. They came on time, gracious to offer to remove their shoes and wore masks. They took about 15-20 min to fix everything and explained what they did as well. Will definitely use them again for future jobs and recommend to friends and family. Very professional and efficient service! Affordable and reasonably priced as well. Very fairThank you again!On 9/8 - I called the electricians back again and they came the same day! It was to install a ceiling fan. They were careful with wearing masks and put shoe covers on. They assembled the fan and promptly installed it. They cleaned up and did a great and thorough job.Thank you!

    TL;DR: AC/Dc is first-rate, highly technical in their field, offers practical solutions because they listen to the client, responsive, professional and patient. I can’t highly recommend their services enough.Story time: I had to install an outdoor outlet to charge my Tesla Model S. I called three electricians, went through Angi’s List, but finally found AC/DC through a google search.The other electricians tried to upsell other services like upgrading the panel, told me I could only install a Tesla Wall Charger (which is wrong, I wanted a 240V outlet) or simply did not have experience with EVs (one did not understand they needed to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet).AC/DC, Mike in particular, was full of technical and practical knowledge. He visited my home to review the panel to check for sufficient amperage, envisioned where the junction boxes and outlet would go, and reviewed the Tesla chargers I had on hand to ensure compatibility. The next day, he was able to offer a very reasonable quote for his services. This included all materials and labor. We set a date for install which they said would take half-a-day.Prior to install, I did some research online on the best outlet brands and weatherproof outlet boxes. Mike answered my questions promptly and professionally, and helped me understand what was the best course of action and why.The day of install, they arrived promptly at 10am when they said they would. They rechecked the panel, found a spot to access the panel from the outside, installed an outdoor junction box and outdoor-rated pipes to carry the lines, installed the external outlet cover I insisted they use (after they verified it was the right specifications.. I wanted to buy this out of pocket because it had some non-standard features I liked) and reconfigure my panel box to ensure other outlets / appliances in the house were not impacted. He then stayed to ensure my car was charging as expected, and it was.When finished by 2pm, he cleaned his tools and charged the quoted rate, providing an electronic receipt immediately. He encourage I keep his contact number in case the new charging outlet isn’t working as expected (it’s working great).5/5 - would use them again for all my electrical needs.

    I had a great experience with AC/DC. Unlike other companies, they did not charge me for a diagnostic visit. They were very polite, professional, and clean - which I very much appreciate during these pandemic times (they even had footsies to put over their shoes :) They were also very patient with my questions. Ill definitely be recommending them to family and friends✌️

    They did and absolutely phenomenal job installing a very large and heavy chandelier in the foyer of my entryway. Their work was immaculate and they even cleaned up after themselves.     Had 2 electricians come today to replace an outlet in our apt. They were very professional & courteous. Asked if should take shoes off and wore masks. They replaced the old outlet in about 15 min and tried to fix another, but it was a faux outlet with no electricity behind it. They explained everything thoroughly and job was done!Will definitely use them again in the future!! :)Thanks again!!

    AC/DC Electricians Corp is top notch. These guys are very professional, courteous, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I wanted a chandelier installed in my dining room, and as soon as they walked into my home the entire process of the installation was explained to me. Due to the extensive work that would have needed to be done, I decided to have chandelier installed in my foyer instead. Which was a replacement of an already existing light fixture...AND, it’s not that these guys couldn’t do the work in my dining room, I chose not to have it done because my walls are custom painted and I would not have been able to match the color with the work that needed to be done. With that said, I appreciated their honesty of the work that would’ve been required. These guys take pride in the work they do. You know right away when you meet these guys that they are OFFICIAL. I can tell you first hand, if you’re looking for an electrician, HIRE AC/DC Electricians. You will be a VERY satisfied customer. They made sure my chandelier was evenly hung and that the crystals were hanging properly. They didn’t leave until the work was perfected. I will be hiring them again to do additional work. Thank you AC/DC!! I am sooo happy with the work you did.

    We were having problems running multiple appliances at the same time because the power would go out. They completely fixed our problem in a very professional way.     AC/DC made my home so full of light!! They did a fantastic job with my bathroom!! I have been siting without light in my bathroom for so long. They have took there time to come and make my bathroom look so much brighter. I appreciate them so much! I had originally received them from my mother who also had work done with them. They have made her house look so beautiful. They installed electric heated floors and helped her with her kitchen! Highly recommended !! They work so fast! Thank you guys!!!

    I had to install 5 new light fixtures in my brand new renovated apartment . I had contacted AC/DC Electricians who were very responsive & courteous. I had asked to install the light fixtures, on the following day they had arrived on time. They are very prompt and responsive over phone & text. Job is very clean, no issues what so ever. They took the time to install each light fixtures with out any rush. Both guys noticed that i had new carpets and flooring, they were very mindful and took their shoes off. which i appreciate. i definitely recommend them for your electrical work.
