    I had Prime do two bathtubs in the past 3 months. One in my bathroom that was part of a full renovation, and one in my daughters house. Robert and Johnny, the craftsmen, were excellent. They did a thorough sanding of the tubs and masked and covered everything from overspray mist. They were pleasant to deal with and showed great respect to both homes. Both are highly skilled and take great pride in their work. Highly recommend and would hire them again if needed.

    They did a good job. Julia is patient and professional when I had questions. Robert is very polite and did a very good job at prepping, grouting, and glazing the tub area. The tub was looking very bad before, but Robert did a great job all the way through caulking and sealing. Looks like new now. Would hire again.

    I highly recommend Prime Bathtub &Tiles. I needed to reglaze the bathtub. I searched online and found Prime bathtub & Tiles. Julia was very professional and provided detailed paperwork and instructions. The technician came on time as scheduled. He did an excellent and beautiful job. The bathtub looks shinny and brand new now. He also made sure to clean everything before he left. I will certainly come back to them for my future projects.

    I would highly recommend Prime Bathtub & Tiles. Julia was extremely helpful and responsive - answered all of my questions in a timely matter and quickly scheduled the appointment. And the work done by Rob was excellent. We had a very old shower, with hairline cracks in many of the porcelain tiles, and an ugly pattern all over it. Rob refinished it in an off white color, and it looks like a brand new (much less tacky!) shower. Rob cleaned everything before he left and gave me clear instructions for how to take care of the tiles. Overall a very good experience. (Attached are some before and after photos.)

    I used Prime Bathtub&Tile refinishing 3 times over the last 10 years. They do an excellent job bringing old grimy bathrooms to life. The quality of work and service is superb!The refinished wall and floor tile in the first project went through 7 years of abuse by the renters and is still unscathed, only scratches on the bathtub had to be refinished.Bathroom look like new and have saved us money and headache on re-tiling. There are lots of color options for the glaze. The service is old school great- respectful, timely and extra accommodating. Prime bath goes the extra mile to make the bath look great.

    We bought a condo and the previous bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We needed an update on a budget and hired Rob from Prime Tile because he had the best photos of his work, and those photos are extremely accurate! Rob came all the way to Nyack NY to reglaze the tub and tiles in our bathroom. He worked all day and produced beautiful, detailed, clean work and communicated the entire time. Our bathroom looks phenomenal and the work has held up. My favorite thing is how you can run your hand across the tile and it feels like a brand new tile rather than paint just splashed over it. Rob is kind, hardworking, diligent and a lovely person and we would absolutely hire him again!

    It isnt everyday you have work done in your home and you are 100% satisfied. This was my experience with the tile company, Prime Bath. I needed my bathtub reglazed and Robert was sent over. What a polite and friendly person! He did an excellent job (including cleaning up) and my tub looked beyond new.So, in a few weeks later when I needed my 2nd tub to be reglazed, I naturally called up Prime Bath again..... This must be a family owned business because Julia who took my call, she too was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I was told that Robert was booked up weeks ahead and wouldnt be available for the the next few days, which I needed but someone else would be assigned. To my surprise, on my scheduled date, who showed up.......Robert! Needles to say I had another awesome job done.I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

    Awesome work! We got two bathtubs redone by Rob. They are so quick with everything. I called on Saturday and spoke with Julia, she was able to get me scheduled in for Sunday and Rob came on time and did two bathtubs in one day. He explained everything to me and wrapped everything up extremely clean. It took him about 6 hours and both my tubs look brand new! I will be referring all my family and friends if they need work on their bathtubs.

    Julia is a very nice person and she answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Rob is also a very professional person. He took care of our bathroom tiles and tub carefully to remove all the dirty sports on the surface as much as he can and reglazed them neatly. He used a fan and a vent to reduce dust pollution for my place which is really considerable. Generally, its really a smart choice to work with them!

    I certainly did not anticipate this outstanding result! I almost dont want to touch it because it looks so beautiful!! The entire experience from start to finish was excellent!     Discovered Prime and the reglazing process while researching bathroom remodels. What an absolute game changer. We had a large old beige tub and instead of replacing had the Prime team come in and reglaze white to match with the the new vanity and toilet coming in. Looks great.     From beginning to end, Prime Bathtub was professional, responsive, affordable, and reliable. Julia and Rob did an amazing job with communication and level of skill for the job. Julia was always responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the project, helped with reasonable pricing, and made sure that the job would be done during times that worked for my schedule.Rob came on time, explained the procedure, and made sure everything was covered and clean before he started. He helped me remove and put back my shower doors for the project to be done better. His grouting and cleaning were impecable. He worked hard on removing old grout, caulk, and mold spot. He finished the job and cleaned up in about 5 hours (earlier than I expected). His work is top notch and the tub looks much nicer now. I declined to glaze the tub as mine just needs a little cleaning.I was able to allow the grout to sit for one week before using tub and so far everything has been excellent!Will definitely use their service again for future grouting or glazing projects!

    I am so happy that I used Primes services. Julia was a true professional & very responsive. Explained me the whole process honestly. I never believed in reviews fully, but I wanted to give them 5 Stars after my bathtub replacing work which Rob did so fantastic. It looks clean & almost new. Rob was polite & professional & took over 4 hours to do a great job for a good price. Prime gives a 3 yr warranty but Julia assured us that it will definitely last for 6 to 8 yrs if maintained nicely. Would highly recommend my friends & family to use them.

    Julia was very attentive. Called multiple times to inform me of my appointment and asked if the timing still worked offered to move around as well. The bathroom was well prepped allot of caution taken for the vanity and other stuff in the bathroom. Refinisher came with proper ventilation equipment. So, I contacted the company and spoke with Julia who is absolutely amazing.     My tub surface was peeling off and the drain was rusty and the whole tub was so nasty I couldnt imagine taking a bath in it. But I found this shop.     The fit and finish of my bathtubs came out amazing. I can’t recommend this company enough. People remodel bathrooms when a reglazing is only needed. My bathtub and tiles look brand new. Their 3 year warranty they stand by their product and service. I will always use Prime Bathtub & Tiles refinishing for any bathroom projects in the future. PS it’s imperative to use Zep bathroom cleaner to maintain the reglazing finish. 6 months and it’s held up very well.

Unfortunately, there was a crack in the bathtub of my newly purchased condo so this was urgent.     I recently had a wonderful experience with Rob and Julia from Prime Bathtub & Tiles Refinishing. Rob, the reglazer, was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure that the bathtub was reglazed to perfection and the tiles and floors were regrouted flawlessly. Everything looks brand new now!I also want to give a special shout-out to Julia for her patience and understanding with my many delays. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and she made the scheduling process a breeze.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my bathroom.     Two years ago I hired a company that glazed my bathtub, I thought that this was the best solution since they gave me a 5 years warranty, but in the end it did not last even 2 years, around the drain it began to crack and water began to flow under the paint, that caused the swelling, the company that did the glazing, they came just patched this place, less than two months later it started to crack again, then we decided to reglaze it again, we agreed to set a time, but in the end no one showed up when I started calling again, they not answered my calls, and I decided to hire another company, and my building management recommended Prime , they explained to me what the problem was, they answered all of my questions, when the technician came and started the process of reglazing, he showed me how thick the paint was around the drain, what caused the paint to crack and swell in the future, I am very satisfied,I am no longer care about the 5 years warranty, it is better to have a warranty 3 years, but let my bathtub looks like new, shiny, so that the color is not lost, not peeling and cracking.I highly recommend to anyone who wants to reglaze their bathtub, Prime Bath they are the best in the business.
