We collaborated with the Meydenbauer Group to build our dream home. Jeremy listened intently, provided great solutions and led the team to implement our vision. As we designed our home, the vision evolved during the construction process. Jeremy never said no and because of his experience, he was able to provide excellent input and guidance, allowing us to accomplish our goals.As the owner of commercial construction company, I can highly recommend Meydenbauer Group. Jeremy and the team were professional, fun to work with and innovative. We would use them again and would recommend them to others.We built the home within the constraints of a restrictive timeline. They performed well against difficult conditions and the various changes, yet we moved in right on time.Well done Team! Thanks a lot.

I am building a custom in W. Bellevue and Meydenbauer is my builder. Fantastic service. I hired Meydenbauer as the architect was designing my house. Meydenbauer was invaluable in these meetings with the architect. Jeremy provided input to alter the site work plan to maximize the view w/o changing anything about the house design or the existing trees on the lot. John has been wonderful with maintaining my budget and keying in all the vendors to scope and spec. The house has some non-traditional building elements incorporated: thermal envelope, climate controlled pantry off kitchen, all building materials are eco-friendly, etc.. John and Jeremy have been enthusiastic about all of this and incorporating with all the sub-contractors seamlessly. Communication is clear, my cost choices/changes are clearly delineating...all easy.

I have worked with Meydenbaur Group since 2012 and have found them always to be responsive and capable. I purchased a newly re-built home from them in 2017. I worked through several changes and upgrades with Meydenbauer Groups Jeremy Weinstein and Mike Cogar. They were energetic and producitve in finding solutions. My experience with Meydenbauer Group was so positive that in 2019, I had them build my business retail space and offices. I worked through a complex build this time often with Meydenbauer Groups Jayden Mineo. Again, positive and prompt solutions resulted in a successful build out. I am happy to, and expect to, work with Meydenbauer Group again in the future.
